From the moment we arrived, Júlia was very welcoming and helpful, and Flor also made sure my family and I were happy throughout our stay. The living room and kitchen were very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The private car park was a great bonus — if you're lucky, you can park underground with direct access to your room. Otherwise, the public car park is just a 2-minute walk away. We had a great stay and will definitely return!

No space at the car park despite the number of times the staff tried to accommodate us due to have a disabled person. Also, as constructive feedback, it would be nice that the security team could liase directly with the hotel?

Great location and lovely welcome, clear explanations, and a clean and well-maintained studio. There is also great Wi-Fi if you need to work. The plus is that this is a pet-friendly location where we, as pet parents, can feel welcome and not feel stressed about the space or damages that might happen. The week after, I had to book a one-room apartment in the same building from the same company which is much more comfy and well-equipped in case you might be able to choose this option. I will be back in the future!

Some appliances need to be changed, they don`t work: hair dryer and sandwich maker.

This is a real gem: a spotless apartment with easy access to public transportation and shops. Whether you are looking for a city break apartment or a first apartment when you arrive in Lisbon, this apartment has all the necessary amenities, including great wifi if you need to work remotely. The welcoming team is very kind and very responsive to your questions, making sure your stay is comfortable and relaxed. Underground parking is available by request and, on top of everything, these apartments and studios are pet-friendly and safe for them as well. A great place to call home away from home! Everything is as described, nothing to complain about.

Superb location for getting early to airport and for Oceanário. On the 20th floor, so wonderful views over Parque das Nações and Vasco da Gama bridge. Felt very safe. Overnight parking for 10 euros, which is good value. Two bathrooms, both with a bathtub, was nice. The man who came to collect city tax was very simpático, and someone always helped us straightaway when we rang their number. Everything you need in flat, like iron, board, coffee maker, kettle.

Even in November, too hot, even with windows open (which was also quite noisy). Charging 15 euros for a cot was a bit much, but at least we were told beforehand, so could take our own.

The location is very good on Parque das Nacoes. Easy walk to Vasco Da Gama Centro and access to shops and eateries. The apartment was on the 20th floor, so we had very good panoramic view of the city.

The apartment did not have a very good cooling system. Summer in Lisbon was very hot, and we were a bit uncomfortable until the apartment managers brought in mobile cooling units. The mobile units had to be connected through the windows, making it impossible to close the windows, so noise from the street could not be avoided.

The location was great for us as we were driving into Lisbon and it was very close to the bridge into town. We enjoyed the river location, onsite parking, and nearby restaurants and grocery store. It was convenient to the train station. It was also easy to take an Uber to the old town. Our host was very communicative and met us at the apartment. He gave us tips on the neighborhood and best ways to get around. The beds were comfortable and the second half bath was a plus.

The public spaces were sparely and contemporarily furnished. It did not have a homey feel. The kitchen was setup more for takeout than cooking.

Awesome view! We got the top floor corner 3 bedroom unit with a breathtaking view of Vasco De Gama bridge. The apartment was very clean and modern. Alex was friendly and helpful in helping us checked in. A cheap public parking which can accommodate a full size van is next to the building.

The air conditioner units weren't working.. It could get a bit warm in the morning. In the afternoon the breeze from opening the windows could cool the place though. There was a portable AC unit available.

This was a very comfortable apartment which had all we needed for our overnight stay prior to taking our son to the airport for an early flight. It is just a few minutes from the airport. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the mall, restaurants, and the Oriente train and bus station. This is our second time at this property, and it will be our go-to when we come to Lisbon. Excellent customer service!

The staff was incredible, super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answer all our questions. Our three-bedroom apartment was even better than we expected, with an amazing view of the Tagus River. Waking up to that view every morning was truly special. It's in a perfect spot in Lisbon, close to public transportation, great restaurants, and all the major sights. Honestly, you won't find a better value for your money.

Well equipped studio with comfortable beds, therefore good quality sleep. 2 metro stations away from the airport, so convenient location if you want to stay close to the airport. The area is good otherwise as well, a big mall is very close by, reachable on foot. Train station is also nearby. The city center is also easily reachable by metro. You can leave your luggage in a separate room if you want to, the owners are very responsive.

The bathroom lighting could have been a bit better, but not a major inconvenience.
