This hotel is a Marriott run and operated hotel. This has all of the accouterments that one would find at any other Marriott hotel and is excellently located immediately next to the Oriente Train Station, Metro Station, and Bus Station. It is also down the block from a mall that has a large "Continente" supermarket, food court, and stores of many other varieties. I stayed here for one night, after taking the train to Lisbon from the Algarve, before leaving from the airport the following day. It was clean and wonderfully convenient.

The room is small and the desk is especially small, so much so that I don't see how it can actually operate as a desk of any meaningful kind.

The location is perfect. 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from the nearest beach, opposite a huge shopping mall, bus station and metro within less than 1 minutes walk. The logistics of the room really worked well. Mostly everything you need. Staff were largely friendly, accommodating & helpful. Sound proofing was also really good. Absolutely will be back. No major complaints from me at all. Really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast is okay but tbh I don't think that's their speciality and that's okay. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, especially for keeping drinks chilled. Maybe it was just my room.

We stayed here on our last night in Lisbon before flying out, and it was absolutely perfect — I’d give it more than 10 stars if I could! ✅ Excellent Location: The hotel is conveniently located very close to both the train station and the airport, which made our early departure super easy and stress-free. ✅ Exceptionally Friendly Staff: Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel genuinely welcome. ✅ Comfortable Common Area: We were a group of six and really appreciated being able to enjoy dinner together in the cozy common area. The hotel provides all the plates, utensils, and other kitchenware — such a thoughtful touch! ✅ Compact but Well-Equipped Gym: The fitness room may be small, but it has everything you need for a good workout — a rare bonus during a trip! ✅ Great Bathroom & Shower: The water pressure was strong, the hot water consistent, and the bathroom itself was clean and comfortable — everything worked perfectly.

🔸 One Small Downside: We had a twin room with two single beds, and the beds were a bit squeaky when turning over. But honestly, this was just a minor issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The highlight was the staff. I arrived with a bicycle in a box which I needed to unpack, leaving the box until my return to the hotel at the end of the trip. They could not have been more helpful at both ends of my trip. The hotel is also very conveniently located for the airport, taking trains and using buses including Flixbus.

At check-in trying to get my signutere under a paper to declare that I am fine that they sell my data to third parties, a lot of small printed about payment procedures, my preferences and their marketing partners, nothing to do with my stay in the hotel. When I told the lady from the reception that I will not sign, she told me I may just delete what I don´t like. People are signing without reading, thinking it would have to do something with their stay, simply unserious practise

The purpose was an overnight stay before an early flight the following am. & it was absolutely perfect. The hotel proved to be well located for our purpose. The Orient Stn which runs to the airport is right across the street. We dropped off our luggage mid Am at the hotel & fortunately they could give us our room….Bonus! We then dropped the car off @ the airport & did a test run….Mocy Orient its 3 stops away from the airport. From the orient stop to downtown it took about 35 min & a change from the red line to the green..,again Easy. The hotel is newer, very comfortable, quiet & seemed like a safe area.

Absolutely nothing was wrong.

The concept, even with a young team, they where very professional, and friendly. With 160 rooms is not easy to manage, but with a good team effort, and support between them all is possible. They way they manage to provide food to all clients that come after the Concert was amazing, not easy to have more or lass 100 starving clients, after some of them experienced bad manners from the staff of the restaurants inside the Vasco da Gama Center. You rock!! Keep going!!

It isn't we did not like, as in all Hotels there are always an opportunity to evolve. But for that it is need to have more professionals, what is very difficulty in nowadays. The team need support in this mather, but with time they will have it.

The location of the accommodation is close to the bus and train stations, but it's quite far from the tourist attractions, about a 30-minute journey. The staff were very helpful. We asked them to book a taxi for our early morning check-out to the airport, and the driver arrived on time. The taxi fare was €12. Important note: the taxi driver only accepted cash. The room was spacious, but it had the typical Moxy design found in locations worldwide. We arrived before check-in time, but luckily, we were able to check in early without any extra charge. The hotel also provided a welcome drink, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options."

Location quite far from the tourist attractions, about a 30-minute journey.

Walk across the street to the Oriente staion go anywhere in Portucal you want to go. ( Trains , Buses ,Subway). Also the airport is not faraway ( Take Uber it is cheap and easier then lugging bags on the subway. Don't take a taxi ,they rip you off.) Also the station has a hugh mall and a lot of food courts ,large supermarket, The hotel is very modern and funky with a fabulous breakfast. Staying at the Moxy is great for your last few days in Portucal and want to be close to the airport but can still get to city centre by subway.

I had trouble with my wifi could not get service in my room on times. ( my wife did not " so" ) I found the room excellent but the King size bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker.

The hotel is situated very close to the train and bus and metro station -literally a 2 minute walk. There is a large multi level shopping centre behind the station and a large grocery store. This is a newer hotel, very clean, great breakfast buffet and very comfortable beds. The check in desk doubles as a bar, quite unique. The room had very good soundproofing as I barely heard the trains or traffic. The room darkening curtains are fantastic. I was in a corner room with the station light blaring into my room. At night I closed the curtains and they had a magnetic strip on them which attached to the wall. Total darkness.

There is no mini fridge in the room Maybe instead of the ottoman under the safe the hotel could put a fridge there. I stayed 2 nights this time but my upcoming stay will be 5 nights. It would be nice to have a cold drink after a day of touring.
