Very nice staff, close to airport, thoughtful decorations, hotel has soul!

Found hair in my bed that was not mine.

The hotel staff was wonderful, including their willingness to help us drop the car off the night before our flight home (and they were 100% right to recommend that!). The shuttle service to the airport was super easy and every 15 minutes. We also loved the small bottles of port in the room---the perfect end to an amazing trip to Portugal. Room was a tiny bit small, but given it was for 1 night that was fine. Nice and quiet, too. Really, if you have an early morning flight to the US or elsewhere, this is the way to go.

Beautiful hotel all the amenities pools in and out, spa, gym. Most comfortable bed we had in two weeks in Portugal and Spain!! Room very clean had everything! Location 5 minute walk from terminal one, also shuttle every 15mins in early morning. Dinner and buffet breakfast were very good. Highly recommend, look forward to staying again!!

Only two repair items for the room told on departure and staff said they would work on it right away. One wall plug had broken single pin making the bedside plug unusable, second the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was loose on the wall about to fall off.

The main reason for booking this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Its just a 5 minute walk. So if one has an early morning flight, this is a great location to stay at. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurants are also quite good. If you have an early morning checkout, they provide you with a packed breakfast, which is great.

The bathrooms are oddly designed. There is a separate WC and a separate Bath. Both have translucent doors, which we were not very comfortable with. We had to checkout at 2:45 AM to catch our flight. The front office staff were not very friendly or helpful at that time. They were supposed to get us a taxi, but it took so long that we finally decided to walk with all of our luggage ourselves.

Convenient for airport, shuttle bus, good bar snack meals as well as restaurant . Staff friendly and helpful. My room had a terrace which was a nice bonus.

Decor really dull and quite depressing - dark hallways with just floor level lighting panels, dark walls and awful lighting in the room.. Couldn't find the wardrobe as it was cunningly designed as a wall (I found it by accident when I opened what I thought was a linen bin - the mini fridge - and caught the cupboard above it. 🤦‍♀️. open bathroom in accessible room quite off-putting (just a curtain to close it off from sleeping area) and an open shower so water goes everywhere. Quite dangerous to walk on the soaking wet floor. Lack of plug sockets (a couple at ground level behind bedside cabinets and although there was a hairdryer ( in the hidden wardrobe) there wasn't a plug near a mirror.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Perfect hotel for early morning flight, and also to access downtown Lisbon. Even though it is at the airport, it is very well sound proofed. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety.

The hotel was having repairs done, so we had to change rooms 4 times because 2 rooms were on floors where painting was being done and the fumes were unbearable, and the 3rd room the AC was not working. The 4th room worked out really well, and the staff were helpful and apologetic throughout the process.

Having a hotel with bunk beds was great for kiddos. The hotel is an easy walk to/from the terminal, shuttle is provided but it takes much less time to walk than to wait for it. The restaurant was adequate for our needs and the breakfast was very extensive.

There's a curtain separating the main sleeping area from the bathroom area but there's nothing separating the bunk bed area from the bathroom or main sleeping area. So after kids went to bed we had to sit in the dark and shower/get ready for bed in the dark. The curtain placement makes no sense. The window was a bit thin, plane noise wasn't really a problem as it's pretty far from the runways but voices of people outside were pretty easy to hear in the middle of the night.

Close to the airport. As they say: 5 minute walking distance from the aiport. Navigating the uneven brick paved sidewalks and multiple street wasn't easy though with two big suitcases. Luckily from airport to the hotel it's somewhat downhill. Would not want to do it the other way around. Hotel and room good. Breakfast buffet setup very good.

Maintenance of room: phone kept unplugging as the data cable terminals were broken. Very dark room, even with all lights on. Confusion with the light switches. No door in the bathroom. personally I really don't like that.

Terrible shuttle service to airport, only fits 8 passengers for the two hotels across the street ftom each other (Melia and Star Inn) and limited soave gif luggage as well. Only 1 shuttle goes back and forth, if you don't line up ahead of your necessary time to get to the airport by at least 30 minutes, you have to wait for the shuttle to drop off and come back... These 2 hotels either need larger shuttles or more than one!

Design of bathroom. The inclusion of an unnecessary traditional bath caused the shower and wc cubicles to be far too small (resembling the type of facilities found in public conveniences). The lack of door to the bathroom area. The huge window from the bedroom to the bathroom area showed exceptional bad taste (even though curtains and blinds were available for use) - a large mirror here would have been an obvious alternative. Lack of usb-c charging facilities even though hotels of lower categories have these as standard in the EU.
