Received a WhatsApp video showing how to enter the apartment which is needed as from the street it is just a plain door amongst a normal street view. I also received many WhatsApp messages which was also good. The house is on the fourth floor and you enter into a multiple room apartment. My room had an ensuite bathroom which was good, though I couldn't work out how to get the large shower head to work (probably my fault). It is located along a mini centre with a supermarket nearby and many shops and restaurants. A taxi cab rank is located right outside useful for a 5 am journey to the airport and I caught a bus (number 744 but consult google etc) on arrival from the airport which dropped me off about 100 metres away. The room was small and clean as was the house which contained a usable kitchen and had a living room area. I only stayed a night for a flight connection but it would be a good place to stay for a few days to explore Lisbon. It is located a 30 min walk from the airport.

It is soon the fourth floor which is accessed by steps so be warned if carrying a lot of luggage. The room(s) are small which is not a problem if you are going out. Without the WhatsApp video you may take a long time finding the front door ? You need to leave a 2 euro local tax a request is to pay by Paypal or similar but you can leave in coins.

The room is clean, small, and has an innovative and easy way of explaining how to check in. Comfortable bed, large window, small balcony, shutters, and curtains. Large common area, large kitchen with a big fridge. A short walking trip to the airport, lots of cafes around.

The kitchen is shared, so preparing coffee at 4 am is impossible, because you will wake up other guests, but there is a private bathroom; it can get noisy, because you literally live near the airport, so you hear the planes. Kind of hard to find a shop to get water or groceries later in the evening, but it's still quite possible.

Close to the airport & in a nice neighbourhood. There are lots of cafes & restaurants. Also, there's a big market across the road, a couple of supermarkets nearby & a large recreation area. The kitchen & dining areas for the rooms are handy. The ensuite was nice. I enjoyed having my own bathroom.

It was difficult to sleep at night because the temperature was in the high 30's each day & the fan wasn't enough to cool the room. The temperatures were unusually high for June but I was sweating the whole time I was in the room. Perhaps a small portable air conditioner could be provided for weather over 30 degrees. Room 4 is on the hottest side of the building. It is also difficult to find room 4 behind the kitchen door. A sign on the kitchen door stating that is behind the door would be very helpful.

Location couldn´t be better. There is a supermarket next door with fresh food, fruit and vegetables, not to mention the big Market with everything fresh: fish, vegetables, fruits, cheese, bread, and also the local supermarkets Lidl and Pingo-Doce, which I didn't get to go because there was no need. Right next door there is one of the cities lockers for luggage. And more small shops in the same street which are practical for every possible need. The room is small, but enough for a few nights and the shared kitchen is equipped, so we can cook. Other residents are respectful and calm. The bathroom was very clean.

There is some maintenance needed by the side of the owners to renovate the silicone layers in the kitchen and bathroom that are developing mold. It is still small, but it needs attention. The cleaning lady does an amazing job, but a few simple building maintenance is necessary.

All the rooms were very clean, it was easy to find the apartments. The bathrooms were big and had everything we need. Also the kitchen was very well equipped , you literally had everything you need. And the living room was cozy. Beds in the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue was constant airplanes flying over the apartmant , but we needed the apartment closest to the airport so we didnt see that as a problem because we were super tired from the trip.

Nothing to add, like I said above , the only thing was small noise from the airplanes but it wasn't that noisy.

Location is great either you’re in a layover and want to be near the airport whether you are visiting the city since is very near the subway. Room is renovated and well equipped so is the washroom, overall quiet, easy check in, great communication, fast wifi, thick window glass so you can’t hear the airplanes passing by

Cleaning lady was in an intense call with her mum apparently she is in Brazil and they’re missing each other a lot which is very sad but I don’t want to be waken up by that conversation. She could have walked out of the apartment. Be aware is a 3rd floor with no elevator, not their fault, I had actually fun bringing my luggage up

The neighbourhood was really cute! And the location was perfect to get yourself quickly to the airport. The room was cosy and the bathroom very comfortable!

Everything is done digitally. There is no staff present at the place but they are fairly available and very helpful. Self check-in is easy and they provide all the details with photos. Room with private toilet is small but more than enough for one person with above-average comfort. The location is perfect.

Bear in mind that on Google Maps the pin for the accommodation is on the opposite side of the road. Even with the detailed information shared by the staff I catch myself entering the wrong building. Price is a bit high but unfortunately that's a general thing in Lisbon. It is not fair paying so much when in service and not in turistic visit.

It was very easy to take the 744 bus from aeroport to Bombeiros Alvalade bus stop. Had to cross the street to 44 and entered with no issues. The locker facility is great although I did not utilize it, it definitely is great to have nearby. I especially like the cafe and location close to grocery shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The room is spacious with a nice patio to enjoy the outside air.

I wasn’t too keen with the restroom/shower area as I did notice some sort of mold/mildew on the ceilings.

Clean room, close to the airport. Lots of restaurants in the area.

The instructions and video that were provided to get into the accommodation were very helpful. However, we did have a few problems unlocking the door that leads to the staircase from the inside when we were leaving in the morning, especially when trying to do it quietly. We had left the keys in the room as instructed, but discovered we needed to use the key to unlock the door and then replace the keys in the room. (luckily we did get it figured out without having to call for assistance). Perhaps this extra door unlocking information could be added to the instructions??
