The location was perfect, close to the metro and easy for a taxi to pickup. The breakfast was good!

The planning of the room was strange. The sink was outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. So to wash your hands after the toilet you had to go out of the bathroom and to wash them in the bedroom. But when you turn on the light in the bathroom the light above the sink also turns on. So if any of us went to the bathroom at night and turned the light on, the light above the sink woke up the person sleeping in the room. Or if in the morning you wake up earlier and go to the sink to clean your teeth the sound of water also wakes the other person up. You can’t manage the air conditioning system from your room and you can’t turn it off from your room also, for this you have to call the receptionist.

Parking was only €10 underground across the park from the hotel. Much cheaper than Seville and Madrid (€28) . Easy to find with Google Maps. We walked to a delicious Brazilian restaurant 1.5 km away to enjoy on our last night before returning home the next day.

We were on the first floor and we could hear the subway train and the planes since we were on the flight path when they were taking off. Not ridiculous and it quickly became white noise. Not enough to disturb sleep.

Everything was fantastic. It was located close to the metro and is only 15 minutes away from the airport. The rooms were a good size and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here again!

Two of the staff members were very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious with a modern vibe and design. Located in a quite area right on top of the metro. Despite some things we did not like we would choose Luzeiros Suites again.

We paid for an accommodation that could host 3 persons but everything was prepared only for 2. We had to ask extra items on both days of our stay, which could be fine if the staff were not to stress the fact that " the studio is supposed to be for 2 persons" although we paid for 3. The rooms and the bathroom were not properly cleaned and some items in the room were broken or not functioning properly (like the trash can or the flickering light in the sleeping room).

The location was very convenient as the hotel was 10 feet from one of the Campo Penqueno Metro subway entrances. Travel to/from the airport and downtown is very easy. Furthermore, one of the local train stations that go to Sintra is only about 1000 feet away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. His suggestions on getting to places etc was very helpful. Our room was one of the budget rooms on the second floor. It faced away from the street so was pretty quiet when the windows were closed. We opted not to purchase the 15 Euro breakfast. There are several grocery stores and pastry shops nearby to get something quick when you are on the run trying to get to Sintra before the crowds do. The staff arranged our ride (not a taxi nor uber, probably someone they have an existing arrangement) back to the airport as the subway stops running at 1 PM. The driver was nice and courteous. Cost was only 15 Euro for the car so reasonable. They provided a coffee machine with 4x free pods so you could make coffee anytime you wanted.

This is an older building and it shows its age. I am sure at one time it was the pride of the city but those days are long behind it. Our shower had many spots of mildew in the grout between the tiles as well as on the wall above the tile. Some of the tiles were loose on the floor. And finally our bathroom trash can was not emptied prior to our arrival. We notified the staff and they removed the trash shortly afterwards. The floors had some bits especially under the beds which goes to tell you the cleaning staff only concentrates on the spots you typically see and the room doesn't get a thorough cleaning between guests.

*Staff were very welcoming, this being our 4th stay in two years, and who recognised us, and were helpful. *Excellent value breakfast served from -7.30 - 10.30am, with both continental style and hot food offerings, in adjoining restaurant/cafe which has a separate private area for hotel guests. *Prime location with Metro station Campo Pequeno immediately at the door; so you could remain dry from a journey to the main airport even in a heavy downpour.

*Air conditioning unit's manual control was regulated by the main desk so if you prefer cooler temperatures, you have to physically request this and even then, you have to say what precise temperature you require as only the staff are able to make the change. Moral of the story is do not waste time trying to understand the room unit and go staright to front desk with your request. *Choice of pillows could be greater i.e. soft and hard. *Room wasn't quite spotless as there was dust and "old pills" under units; only discovered because I dropped an item and had to look underneath unit to locate my item. *Inadequate number of clothes hangers in the wardrobe; i.e. only 5 for a double room and obviously a number had been removed because the hooks were still there but without the hanger units.

- Metro station entrance right next to the hotel entrance. - Supermarket very close. - Shopping mall right under the square across the street, which includes a supermarket and a food court. - Clean and comfortable. - Fridge in the room (important when travelling with medication needing to be kept cool)

- The typical drawbacks of staying on top of a metro station: you can hear the metro. - Music playing in the hallways through speakers, could hear it in the room. Thankfully those were turned off for the night. - Not sure if the room was badly insulated, or the neighbor across the hall was just extremely loud, but at one point I could hear them telling someone over the phone the story of their whole day. Could even hear they had a British accent...

I really like this hotel, it’s comfortable, spacious, well located, professional and kind staff. It’s my 3rd time staying here. Also great location with a lot to do in the surroundings. Very good cafe/restaurant they have downstairs and not expensive at all. On our 3rd night when we came back to the room after dinner we noticed a leak in bathroom ceiling and wall nearby, called receptionist and promptly they checked on the issue and we had to move another room which they upgraded to a really beautiful suite and offered free breakfast for our last morning we had only one day left.

For a few times, couple days they were having issues with electricity in the hallways of the 5th floor and no tv signal at those moments which sometimes took couple hours or more to fix.

The hotel is very well located, very central, with several paid parking options, both on the street next to the hotel and in an underground parking lot across the street. In terms of ambiance, it is very well decorated, and the scent of the space is something that is hard to describe—simply wonderful! The room was modern and comfortable. Highly recommend :)

With my reservation, I tried to change the dates to stay an extra night, and the hotel simply refused, so we had to book the night through my partner's account. On one hand, it's good because it ended up being cheaper overall. On the other hand, it's strange because they refused my request without any explanation.

My room was large and really quiet. The decor in the hotel was lovely and all places were really clean! All staff members from reception team to cleaning ladies were friendly and efficient. The area of the hotel was more calm compared to more central locations. The metro stop and bus stop were directly by the hotel so it was easy to travel around. There is a little grocery shop really near the hotel too. The room had a nicely cold mini fridge. It also had a security box large enough for a small laptop. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was good quality for this price.

The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom which was odd! But I was not bothered by that. It would be nice if the breakfast was included when you stay here.
