Location far exceeded my expectations - close to the Metro and many restaurants in the area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room was suitable for one person.

The only negative aspect of the stay was the lack of certain amenities such as paper towels, a dishtowel, and bowls for food like cereal.

We had a very good stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and we really appreciated that a baby cot was provided upon request — a thoughtful touch that made our stay easier. Accessing the apartment was very straightforward, and the location is excellent, close to the metro, train stations, and other transport options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Just a small heads-up for future guests: the lifts are very compact and only fit about two people at a time. Not a major issue, but something to keep in mind. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Succeed Campo Pequeno Apartments. It was great to find a baby crib already set up for our daughter – a thoughtful touch. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located on the fourth floor with elevator access. It was also very quiet, perfect for resting after a day out in the city. What really stood out was the customer service: the team was incredibly responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. When I realized I hadn’t received the code to access the building, they replied in less than a minute – truly impressive support!

The apartment floor is covered in linoleum, and there’s a noticeable bubble or bump near the bathroom door, which could use fixing. The bedroom door doesn't close properly – it seems a bit warped – and in the bathroom, the lever to turn on the sink water was missing, possibly broken. These are small issues, but worth addressing to improve the overall experience. Also, while there's a coffee machine, there were no espresso cups provided.

Our check-in happened to be on the day of the blackout, which could have been quite stressful. However, the property went above and beyond to handle the situation, staying in constant communication with us and showing great organization. Thanks to their excellent support, we avoided a lot of stress and felt well taken care of.

I would have appreciated having more bedding available. There were extra pillows and blankets, but they didn’t come with pillowcases or duvet covers. For example, we were two people and might not have wanted to share one duvet, or one of us might have preferred to use just a sheet—but there wasn’t an extra one provided.

The apartments are centrally located, and the ones we rented (4A and 5A) were really nice. Both had 2 bedrooms, 1 convertible sofa in the living room, and a kitchen. It had easy access to the Campo Pequeño commercial area as well as to the Metro. The building also has two lifts which were very useful for bringing luggage up!

To get to the elevators to go up to the apartments, there was a 10-20 step stairwell that one has to go up first from the front door. This is easy enough if one does not have luggage, but since we were on the tail end of a 3 week trip, we had lots of luggage that were difficult to lug up those stairs. Also, the elevators (2 in the building) are tiny, and might not be good for those with claustrophobia. We were thankful for it as it was very useful for luggage!

Great location. Away from the crowds but close enough that taxis were still extremely cheap! Spotless and a well equipped kitchen! Very big apartment for being so close to the centre. Staff were extremely helpful, could text the WhatsApp if we had any queries. Housekeeping changed towels after 3 days which is rare for self catering apartments.

The elevator, like many in Europe is very very small. If this is an issue try request a room from the 4th down.

Very helpful staff. The apartment is managed by an office close by, which is open 24/7, so no worries if you are on a late flight. Whilst you have to book out by mid-day, they do offer you the opportunity to leave you bags at a nearby hotel that they run. It is very useful if you have a late flight back. Facility has fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and toaster. The bathroom has clean towels, a shower, and a bidet.

Lifts are VERY small. You would struggle to get two full-size suitcases and two people in the lift at the same time.This is more a comment about the building (which is otherwise very nice) rather than the apartment itself.

The position is very good, close both to the train and subway services. Close by there is a shopping mall where you can find everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. The remote support is incredible, they are always available via whatsapp

In the building one elevator was not working and the other one only allowed three people in at the same time. The sofa's pillows and cover were a bit dirty, and the electronic lock in the apartment 6b was not working (but it since support was 24/7 that was not an issue).

The location was perfect, situated right next to the bullfighting arena. The loft itself was huge, clean, and modern—probably one of the best studios/flats I've ever stayed in within a European city. Access was easy, both to the main door and the flat itself, with two lifts available. The entire building was clean and modern. The studio has two balconies/terraces, perfect for dining or having drinks in the evening or breakfast. The couch/bed was made upon arrival with towels neatly folded on the bed. All amenities were excellent, including great water pressure in the shower. There's a supermarket and pharmacy at the end of the street, and the area felt very safe. The owners were easy to reach via WhatsApp, which made communication very convenient. I'd highly recommend this place if you're staying for a few days in Lisbon.

I have nothing negative to say except that the flat was lacking wall plugs or plug extensions.

The property facilities and location

No parking, only 3 coffee pods for the whole stay, micro lifts and no regular cleaning. When we asked for someone to come in to clean the apartment, reception said they would send someone in but no one ever did. We had to come into reception at the night to collect new bedsheets ourselves because my baby got them dirty and we couldn't sleep on them. The actual bedsheets that we were given ended up being the wrong set. This was on our last night and for perspective, we stayed Sunday and checked out on Saturday the next week.
