Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable, welcoming. Food lovely, staff really nice and helpful. Brilliant location. They gave us some wine and cake as a birthday gift !! 😁

The pool and spa were extra if you wanted to use them. It was quite expensive to use. If they have a pool, it should be included in the price.

The Hotel was attractive and very quiet. The room size and layout made for a very comfortable stay. The Hotel provided easy access to the Metro system and numerous local restaurants. The water infusion station adjacent to the elevators was a welcome touch.

Overall the breakfast offerings were numerous and tasty but we do have some comments and recommendations. Some of the hot bar offerings were lukewarm at best, e.g., the scrambled eggs and the porridge. The bacon was typically, to my taste, undercooked. I know many enjoy it this way but I recommend having some percentage of the offering more thoroughly cooked. I recommend having some nondairy options available at the dry cereal station.

A tendency to charge extra for every possible thing which is inappropriate for this price level and at 4 stars. No facecloth in the bathroom which is very unusual!

Breakfast was gorgeous! The custard pastries are amazing! Gorgeous coffee, perfect.

We didn’t like that the pool on -1 was charged at €16.50 per person. We expect that to be included.

The room was super clean, with walk in shower, large bedroom area and bathroom, and a window that opened to fresh air. It was a great place for our 6 day stay in Lisbon as we could easily hop on the bus to museums, markets and galleries or walk to them. The wifi was not as good as other places we have stayed as the security was rated as weak so our anti virus protection kept bumping us off our equipment - we ended up purchasing data ourselves through our phone provider and hotspotting. When we first arrived the front desk promptly sent someone up to look into the issue but they said nothing could be done. So we just put it down to one of those infrequent travel inconveniences.

The location is very convenient, not only from the airport (directly accessible with the red subway line) but also for many of the attractions (as there is also the yellow line and many buses right in front of the door). Our room was huge, very clean and full of little welcome gifts (even our little son got presents, which was a nice touch). The staff is super helpful, friendly and just so welcoming. This was by far one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at (and we’ve been to a lot of hotels/countries). Super family friendly (but it’s also a good place for couples or business travelers). We can highly recommend it (our little one didn’t want to leave, he liked it so much)

The fact that the hotel charges to use the indoor swimming pool. We would have used it more but it was a bit too expensive for every day.

The hotel was good. Nothing stood out as unsatisfactory. The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Also the car park underneath the building was very convenient.

Nothing to dislike outright. The breakfast was good, but the restaurant area didn't feel cozy at all. During breakfast it felt like a large canteen and not like a restaurant mainly due to noise. Acoustic treatment would help. The bed was quite hard. I and my wife are ones to enjoy a mattress on the harder side, but the one in our room was too hard for us. On the last evening of our stay we paid 59€ for dinner for two at the restaurant. It was a buffet and the food was not very enjoyable. Also, no drinks apart from plain water was included in the price.

I recently stayed at the Jupiter hotel in Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is very convenient as it is situated near public transportation options such as the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel offers great amenities for its guests, including a spa, swimming pool, and sauna. These facilities were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. What truly made my stay at the Jupiter hotel special was the staff. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and kind, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping service was also of a very high standard, making sure that the room was always clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the Jupiter hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon. The location, amenities, and most importantly, the friendly and attentive staff make it a great place to stay during your holiday.
