To be honest it was much better than I expected, having seen some poor reviews. The room had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was as good as I'd hoped. This is a perfect place to stay while transiting through Lisbon. Close enough to shops and cafes in what I thought was quite a nice part of Lisbon. Close enough to the airport, I was able to walk there for my flight out (although most people would take a short taxi ride). I'd be happy to recommend.

Hard to fault - reasonable value for money, bearing in mind you're in the capital city. It's a perfect place for passing through, not somewhere for a romantic stay though.......

We stayed here mid May for 1 night. We needed to be in this area of Lisbon to get to a particular rental shop early the next morning and it was situated perfectly for that. We stayed in this area back in April also at another place (Seven Dreams Suites) and both are located fantastically for easy access to the metro to/from airport and to connect with the one into old Lisboa town area. Imperador was very clean, air con worked well as did free internet. Good amount of power points near bed, etc. Large flat screen TV. Modern bathroom. Breakfast included in price was fairly basic but did include cold meat cuts, cheese, tomatoes etc as well as continental breaky type stuff so filled us up.

The hotel is in a nice location with easy access to the metro for exploring Lisbon. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms have everything you could need. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and my dietary needs were catered for.

The first room I was offered was on the first floor, but it felt like the basement, and was a small cramped room. I asked for another and was offered a much nicer room on the 6th Floor which was brighter and larger. There is a nice lounge area on the top floor but this was locked and couldn't be accessed. It would have been a nice space to relax as there is no other communal space to do so in the hotel.

Location is excellent, basically all 3 metro lines are walking distance away. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to store the luggage for free before check-in and after check-out, a rare thing nowadays in Lisbon. Towels, air conditioner, tv -everything as you expect for 2 star hotel. My room was small, but it was actually bigger than it seemed from the pictures. And yes, the room pictures are real, it looked exactly how it was shown. Breakfast was very basic, but it was not written it was included, and came as a surprise during check-in. so I am grateful it was, absolutely no complaint here. For the cheapest hotel option in Lisbon in that particular day ( I paid less than 70 e total in the peak season) everything was good enough

The shower walls and hanger for shower were kind of dirty or just too old. Also it would be better to have a door instead of curtain in the shower, otherwise water leaks all over the floor. Bed was not very comfy, I would say this was the only thing below expectations. The window view is to the buildings all around - again, it was shown on the pictures, I expected that, nothing to complain about

Great location near 2 metro lines and several cafes, room was a good size, felt safe coming back at the hotel at night because the front door was locked. Great choice of breakfast.

Staff doesn’t really speak English but I heard mostly Portuguese between the guests so it might not bother the clients if it’s mainly a local clientele. Also, the window was positioned so I could hear the people sitting on the balcony of another room.

Even if I stayed just one day, I really loved the hotel. It was quiet, the breakfast was very good. The neighbourhood was beautiful, safe and quiet. Since the hotel was too close to the metro I managed to visit all of Lisbon in one day. The recepcionists were very nice and helpful, they let me store my luggage in the hotel. This was my first experience as a 21 yo student both alone and abroad. And the hotel made me feel comfortable. If I come to Lisbon again one day, it is definitely the hotel I will choose.

Literally there isnt anything I didnt like. I wish I could stay more.

Staff was very nice and they gave me some vegan options (they organised it just for me) for breakfast . That was very nice and I really appreciate it. The hotel is closed to the Metro which is very good so you easily reach every destination you want. The room was clean the bed comfortable.

It was quite loud outside next to the hotel is a Doner kebab shop (but fairly I have to say I’m quite sensitive) and the doors of the room wasn’t totally sealed so it was a bit noisy when people where on the floor or closed their doors. And the lights where shining through the gap between door and floor.

The rooms were clean and were refreshed daily; Very good location: close to means of transport + nearby restaurants and hypermarkets. Good area; we felt safe on the street even at late hours Kind reception staff; they helped us with the invoice, they agreed to host our luggage until the time we had to leave for the airport

Poor breakfast A single power socket near the bed, in the twin room; The cabinets smelled old and musty; an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom

The staff were super kind and helpful, they were flexible with the check in and on my last day after check out they kept my bag safe. The hotel was clean, my room was cosy with a balcony. If you choose a room without balcony there is still a common room with balcony accessible for everyone. The breakfast was good, only thing I was missing were some vegetables, but that's matter of taste. Overall I highly recommend the place for a stay in Lisbon. Location is also good, only 10 min walk from Parque Eduardo.

Great location, good metro connection to city centre. Comfortable beds and rooms (we had a two-room apartment on the first floor for three), nice new furniture, cosy breakfast room on the third floor, a living room on the eighth floor (you can wait there after check-out if needed). Breakfast is basic, but good and fresh: two kinds of everything, plus nice cak, fruits).

The road is noisy during the day but if you close the window, it is okay.
