The location was excellent (right outside São Sebastião metro station) and it was situated in a nice area of Lisbon. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. The Aircon cooled the place down a lot which was fantastic. Good bathroom and showers also. The staff were very friendly and assisted wherever possible. The food was good and so where the drinks. The breakfast in particular was very good; Great selection of pastries and fruit. Some reviews complain about it, but it's probably because they are expecting a fried breakfast (no fried eggs and there were only small sausages and bacon). We were personally very happy with the selection of food available to us. The rooftop pool area was also great fun. While small, it was only on occasion that a lot of guests appeared at once. It was generally quiet and a good area to relax with food or drinks.

The only minor issue was that it sometimes took quite awhile for drinks and food to be served. Much of this was down to only a small number of staff working and orders having to be taken from the ground floor to the pool on the 8th floor. It didn't really impact the quality of the stay. There were also some guests who reserved pool loungers with their towels all day which was rather ridiculous considering the small size of the pool area.

Very good location, just few steps away from the entrance/exit of metro station Sao Sebastiao. Department store, restaurants and mini mart are in walkable distance. Friendly and nice staff. With simple but good breakfast.

Can hear clearly what the nextdoor guests are saying at night

We had a great stay! The breakfast exceeded our expectations – fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. The pool was also very nice and relaxing. Having a coffee machine and minibar in the room was a convenient touch. The room itself was simple but clean and the bed was comfortable, which is what really matters. Overall, excellent value for money. It’s a bit far from the city center, but if you don’t mind using Uber or taking a walk, the location is totally manageable. The area wasn’t too crowded, and there was a handy mini-market nearby.

The street was noisy during night. Next time I would ask a room bot facing the busy street

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. There was a small swimming pool, which seemed warm, although we did not find time to use it. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and the public areas were bright and comfortable. Breakfast had variety and was good for a three-star hotel. The hotel is opposite the entry to a metro line linked to the airport.

Room sound-proofing could be better but it did not interfere with sleep. Guests staying longer than two nights are penalised by being required to buy further coffee and tea supplies. There is no dried milk. The breakfast room can be cramped and crowded but staff are efficient at clearing tables.

Nice hotel, comfortable, spacious room, more less basically equipped, but everything you really need is there. Spotlessly clean room so the best comments for the cleaning staff, discreet and perfectly doing their job. Staff generally is kind - a professional way of kind. Situated in a very nice, quiet part of the town with metro and some bus stations literally a minute away, it is very good connected to the centre and different touristic atractions. Big shopping mall is two minutes from the hotel, Lidl and restaurants offering different cuisines as well.

My biggest problem and complaint is about the heating which practically has’t been working at all. We were there 1-7 January and it was very cold in the room in the mornings and specially evenings and nights. Since heating is central, I complained once at the reception, they said they would do something but they didn’t. Second time, the other person at the reception reacted and thus we had heating unfortunately for only one night. So, if you go at the winter time, be prepared to be persistent, demanding the heating over and over again. In that sense, the rooftop pool doesn’t make any sense in the winter time, since the water is ice cold.

Hotel stay was very relaxing/ enjoyable, staff were all very Friendly / helpful. The Breakfast Each morning was great , really well laid out , good food / Choice. Rooms were very clean , bed comfortable. ( Rooms as seen in pictures) Swimming pool area on roof was amazing , nice place to chill out and relax. Pool slighted heated so , even on slightly Breezer days still was great. Elevator in building so easy access if limited mobility or in Wheelchair. Would definitely stay again . Very easy to get to from airport by metro and cost via Uber to airport is also very cheap.

Great location, right by the subway that goes directly to and from the airport, and takes you downtown in just 10 minutes. The building has a strong 1980s vibe throughout, but overall it felt relatively fresh. The rooftop pool with sun loungers was a nice feature, though unfortunately the weather in March wasn’t on our side. Perhaps because of that, the pool was neither heated nor cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide and generous selection that included both hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. There were also lactose- and gluten-free alternatives available. Service was good overall, and a special shoutout to Antonio, who seemed to handle everything from the bar to the kitchen—and more. He worked hard and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He truly deserves credit for his efforts!

There was a stain or some damage in the bathtub that had been covered with tape, which didn’t feel very reassuring. We didn’t need to use the AC during our stay, but when we arrived I tried adjusting the temperature—it was unclear whether it actually worked or not.

Great all round experience, we enjoyed the roof top pool area and the sports screens in the bar. Friendly staff.

The breakfast offering could be improved, the better sausages and the hash browns that we had on Friday morning were a highlight and they were gone for Saturday and Sunday. A coffee machine that can produce latte/cappuchino would be significant improvement.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Small token big gesture! Doors were slammed shut in the hallway from time to time Eggs at Breakfast could use some improvement

We only had a short one night stay for a convention but we were very impressed with the facilities. Had we had more time, we would've definitely like to try the rooftop pool. The staff was very nice, always helpful - whether it was to give us advice on places to eat, or the availability to leave our bags there for several hours after check-out while we were at our convention. Breakfast was good and varied, sadly we were in a rush but on a next trip we would take it in more. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and big bathroom.

3rd pull-out bed was a bit wobbly - for someone with vertigo, this would be a problem. Luckily one of us didn't mind. Not enough sockets to charge your phone - none close to the beds. This would be something useful to take into consideration.
