The hotel is at the junction of the blue and red metro lines. This is actually the end of the red metro line, providing direct connection to the airport. The blue line takes to the city center. The airport is very close to (or we can say that it's in) Lisbon, and there are many low flying airplanes over the city, but the hotel windows' noise insulation is quite good, so you can barely hear the air (or ground) traffic. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has hot and cold meal, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushroom, pasta, salami, cheese, cereals, pancake, croissants, other baked goods. Sometimes they also have buffet dinner, with soup, variety of hot meals and desserts, other days they have à la carte.

From the moment we entered, every staff member treated us warmly and professionally. It was great to have the underground parking - a little tight, but we managed, and they offered to have their staff park the car. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous! Always scrambled eggs as well as sautéed mushrooms and vegetables, plus roasted tomatoes with a nice topping. Any kind of hot beverage you could want in machines, many kinds of fresh breads and pastries, assortments of cold meats and cheeses, lots of fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and I'm sure I'm omitting something. And the wait staff were excellent. The location is close to a Metro stop. We had absolutely no complaints, and we'd highly recommend it.

We can't think of a single thing. It was perfect and exceeded expectations.

The staff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet was very friendly. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast is extensive and good. The location of the hotel is great: there is a bus stop at 100m, metro station San Sebastão is at 5 min walk (with Red line directly to the airport and Blue line directly to the city center), train station Entrecampus (train to Sintra) is a 15 min walk.

Due to several tourist groups, the breakfast was sometimes too crowded. The breakfast is between 07:00 and 10:30. Before 08:00 it is hard to find a table, even as a single traveler, although the breakfast room has a lot of space. If you come at 09:00, it is very calm, but unfortunately certain breakfast things are already gone at the time and they are not refilled. This may be a point of improvement, since the breakfast runs for another 1.5 hour.

The room had a good size and was cute. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited, but we loved having delicious Portuguese desserts (like the famous Pasteis de Nata). Close to transportation - metro (the direct line from the airport), buses, even city sightseeing bus stops. Nice quiet area, close to a park and arts center. There is also an El Corte Ingles mall close by for shopping and dining, plus various dining locations within walking distance.

We did not have a vent in the bathroom (or it was not working) so the steam from the hot water would fill the room very quickly. When neighbors would turn the water on, you would hear it very loudly (even the piping).

A nice hotel close to El Corte Ingles and San Sebastio metro station, the room was a good size clean and comfortable the staff were friendly and it felt secure a couple of nice restaurants nearby and a lovely cafe a few doors along.

The breakfast wasn't brilliant. The hot items were warm only. However, there were plenty of other things to choose from and it's a little way out of the centre but this is reflected in the price and the Metro was cheap and easy to use.

Hotel services correspond to 4 stars: friendly personnel, excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable rooms. Parking available in the hotel. I appreciated the gift from the hotel on my Bday)) a bottle of champagne and some cakes with a candle...so romantic!! Many thanks for a great stay.

The insulation of the rooms is not at the proper level. We could hear people talking and could hardly sleep at night((

It was second time staying at this hotel. It is closely located to friends who live nearby, that's why location is perfect. It is very convenient to get to the airport from there. It was my birthday trip and I didn't mention anything at the check in, however on a day I got delivered to my room champagne and sweets, which made my day even more special. It was a very nice touch.

Bathrooms are outdated, tiles, especially showers need some refurbishment.

Room was very clean and recently refurbished. Beds are very comfy and bathroom is large (with a big walk in shower). Staff is very professional and helpful. Elevators are fast, so no need to wait in line. Breakfast very good and lasts for 3 hours at least, which is handy. Location is nice and quite, metro station is literally 2 minutes away. Very nice Shopping Mall 5 minutes away. Hotel bar was open till midnight with a good choice of drinks at reasonable price.

Only thing one might complain about is a room layout. We were on the last floor and had a big door leading to the terrace, however it was permanently locked for the security reasons (that it understandable) and we had no window, so there was no means to let a bit of fresh air in (air conditioning was great though). Also not enough electric sockets in the room. WiFi was slow some times.
