The staff were very friendly specially the lady in the kitchen who.served us breakfast and our guide (as, we called her) from the reception. She guided us, giving directions to the point when we ask her. She advise us where to visit around of interest in Lisboa and some interesting places in the vicinity (unfortunately we could not remember the names). All the staff members were welcoming and could take their time listening to us. They endeavor to help by all means they can, considering the language barrier as we could only speak English and French and some of them could only speak Portuguese but the love of entertaining us made them still wanting to communicate with us. We laughed together as humans. Would wouldn't mind to stay in the hotel again on other visits when we are in Lisboa from England.

The space was a little bit small for 3 adults, there was no wardrobe and also no iron. Would like to have a taste of your dinners. on breakfast if you could add some sausage and fried eggs alternating.

The hotel is located a short distance from the metro station. The visitor has direct access to the most important sites of Lisbon. In general, the area where the hotel is located, although central, is quiet and convenient. The cleaning service is very good and daily. The room, although relatively small, had sufficient space and the bathroom had everything the visitor needs. There are restaurants and grocery stores very close by.

The reception was formal, but I was disappointed that a credit card number was required for any damages to the room. There was a small refrigerator in the room, but it did not work properly.

A very good place. the room is quite small but clean and looks stylish. The checking-in is smooth. They provide an electronic key to the room. We lived on the 6th floor. The floor in the corridor is covered with carpet so you never hear guests walking there. The linen and towels are good. The mattress is great. There are blackout curtains on the windows and they are at the back of the building, so neither much light nor noise bothers in the morning. I enjoyed sleeping there. You don't need to wait long for hot water coming while taking a shower (there is a bathtub by the way). It was warm at night (there is central heating / conditioning plus there is an air conditioner inside the room). They provide breakfast for EUR 9 per person but we didn't order it. The location is great. Very close to the metro station. There are lots of cafes nearby. Great place to stay for a few nights

The room is small and there is no wardrobe but if you stay for a couple of nights it is not a problem

Great location with a lot of restaurants/ cafes around, quiet front street with mature trees and a lot of shade and a very convenient access to the Metro! Excellent and very helpful staff, very professional. Very welcoming and pretty entrance. Very clean room and very helpful cleaning staff. Overall, great experience!

Room very small, two people could hardly pass each other; no closet space and only a rack with a few hangers. Pretty noisy outside, one morning workers at a neighboring property started construction work @7:30-8 am with a powerful tools making a terrible noise. Breakfast could offer a better choices, but absolute pet peeve was the coffee machine offering every choice of coffee with sugar in it!

Location was close to metro station. I had a room with an enclosed balcony which I liked. It felt like an extra room and I could sit out there with a cup of coffee. Tea/ coffee facilities ( always a plus in my books)

Staff member in reception on arrival … poor customer service!! Seemingly surly, no hello and madame took her time to lift her eyes from the computer screen. Not a good start! Other staff seemed friendly and helpful. Small shower head and no non slip mat for the bath whilst taking a shower … risky! I used a bath mat. Door stopper which is situated in front of the toilet …. Easy to stub your toe at night.

Although small, the hotel is perfectly equiped, extremely clean, with a very good location, 2 min from Saldahna metro station. Comfotable bed and pillows, electric kettle and fresh water (every day) in the room, hairdryer and all necessary accesories in the bathroom. They changed the towels every day. Breakfast offered a lot of options: eggs, bacon, hotdogs, ham, cheese, 2 types of butter, milk, yogourts, several types of bread and sweets, cereals, jams, nutella, fruits, coffee, several sorts of tea, sugar, sweetener, ketchup, mustard, etc. All in all, I appreciated the very good quality of touristic services. The staff was nice and polite.

The rooms are a little small, but very clean, recently renovated, everything new and functional. Each room had a balcony (loggia), with a coffee table an 2 armchairs, which compensates the dimention of the room..

The room was very nice. It had new modern decor and was very clean. It exceeded my expectations. Although small, they used the space very well. The bathroom was a decent size as well. The wifi worked great. My room faced the other buildings and not the street. It was super quiet. The bed was very comfortable. If you are pretty tall, maybe 6 foot the bed will seem small to you. It was perfect for 1 person on a short stay. Air condtioning was very cold during the hot days of summer. The location of the hotel is great! You can get many places on foot or take public transist right on the corner. There is a grocery store right across the street. Note: This hotel is on the smaller side typicall of a European hotel. The elevator fits 1 person and 1 suitcase. You must carry your bags up one flight of stairs to get to the landing for the lift. There are different areas for stepping up in your bathroom. It could be challenging for someone with mobility issues.

Very minor. The bathroom had a very slight 'old house' smell. It was not overwhelming and you could not smell it in the room. Turnng on the fan helped clear out the smell.

Very narrow rooms, especially the double room (if you take a room with two single beds, it is a little bigger). The hotel itself is also quite narrow and a little difficult to move around if you have a lot of stuff (but there is an elevator, so everything is doable). I liked the location, because it was close to the metro and close to airport. The breakfast was very simple, but it was enough for us. Overall, it seemed like a very good hotel in this price category and if necessary, I would use this hotel again.

We lived on the 4th floor, and there were residential apartments below us, so the hallway smelled a little of cigarette smoke, but everything was fine in the rooms and it didn't bother us. The only big downside is that you can hear the sound from other rooms and the apartments below us quite well, as well as the fact that there is an airport nearby and planes fly around a lot. I am a light sleeper and it doesn't bother me, but for others who are not as light sleepers, it might bother more.

Room was small, well decorated and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a heater to keep me warm on the cold nights. The staff was very patient and helpful. Will definitely be coming back on future business trips. The wifi works good also. Location is also great, very close to Saldanha subway station, Atrium Saldanha shopping center and Galeto (a good restaurant that closes at 3 AM).

There's a problem in the bathroom pipes that makes it smell bad. Although can be easily fixed, it sucks. Had to turn on the fan inside the bathroom all night and close the door to keep the smell away form the bedroom.

Mattresses were really comfy, windows and bathrooms needs a little improvement, but everything else was nice and modern, two little elevadors in the building really helped, breakfast room is small but cosy, iron provided when a asked 😀, close to the city centre.

We stayed 5 days, only after asking three times at the reception someone fixed the safe as was close when we arrived, no waste bags and receipt provided(receptionist tried but computer did not work), brackfast is fresh with lots of options but maybe needs to be rotated every 3 days, always the same eggs, cheese and ham, just a suggestion.
