Excellent staff at reception. Very clean. Reliable air conditioner. The best possible location - a 2 minute walk to the metro that takes you directly to and from the airport. The area is full of bars and restaurants but is clean and quiet.

Breakfast was disappointing. The friendly lady told me she can make a cappuccino but she heats (froths) the milk for half a minute and creates a non-drinkable soup instead of a cappuccino. Luckily there is a high quality espresso machine at breakfast so it solved the problem. The scrambled eggs are completely bland as are the cucumber and tomato that are only sliced. Portugal has the best herbs, fruits and vegetables in Europe in summer so it is a shame none are used and that there is zero innovation. There is no kettle in the room.

The room is large. The electric shutters are very helpful, they make the room so dark, you can sleep late...and very well. The location has some pluses: the area is nice, elegant, safe. There's many entrances to the metro within 4 minutes. There's lots of shops around including a supermarket just down the street. Taxi to the airport is aprox 12 Euro, it is not far.

Breakfast is not like a 4 star, not lavish, but is OK, you have all you need. One day only the breakfast room was full due to a group, I had to come back later. The Saldanha metro is not great except for the airport and Oriente, else you have to change to the other lines.

The hotel is comfortably located in a nice neighborhood, 2 min walking from a Metro station which makes it easy to reach the center. You can walk to the center in about 25 min, downhill…. The stuff was very friendly, referred to all what we asked and needed. Special thanks to Christina who was so helpful with planning our routes. The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast was good. With verity to choose from.

It’s not a “real criticism” but the blanket was extremely large and heavy….

We went for 4 days, this hotel was the perfect choice for us. We were looking for accommodation close to the metro line, and this hotel is about 50-100 meters from the Saldanha exit. The room with balcony on the first floor was very clean, cleaned every day and towels were changed, the mattress was hard and very comfortable, the breakfast was also very tasty and of good quality. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

I haven't had much of that, maybe I would think that the breakfast offer could be a bit more varied, at the moment they serve the same thing every morning.

Beatrice who worked in the breakfast room was very attentive. I didn't have to ask her for warm milk after the first time. The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well. The blinds are electronic. The soap, shampoo and lotion were of good quality.

The carpets really needs to urgently be replaced. It is really letting the hotel down. The shower was a bit finicky.

This hotel is amazing. Great location, very quiet and the staff is very nice.

The room was very clean and was quite big and light and airy, we had a large terrace and upon request the hotel kindly provided 2 chairs for us to sit out in the evenings. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided . Breakfast was amazing fantastic choices and lots of everything. We enjoy walking so the walk every morning to the waterfront (45 mins) was relaxing for us and a way to walk of breakfast.

The reception area and breakfast area are both beautiful but could do with a little background music for ambiance.

Very nice stay in a modern , clean, staff friendly hotel. The location is ideal for discovering the city. I also apreciate the beakfast, best coffee ever and the diversity of the options. Very close to metro Saldanha and Marques de Pombal and many nice restaurant near by. great. I needed an iron machine for my shirt, I get it in 10 minutes, Obrigado !

4 euros city tax but ok c'est la vie....

Cozy and quiet surroundings close to a metro station, reachable directly from the airport. the center of Lisbon is in distance walking 15-20 minutes. The hotel is really clean, and the room is spacious and well-soundproofed. Breakfast is tasteful in continental and European style, but with a rather limited selection, so staying for more nights would be monotonous (every day scrambled eggs, bacon, fried vegetable, a small selection of hams, cheese, tomato, and cucumber slices). A great asset was the pastry selection with really fresh traditional Portuguese natas, muffins, sweet cornetti, etc. In the nearby area you will find bars, restaurants, and shops. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Nothing meaningful

This hotel was a great choice for our last night, after staying in apartments the rest of our trip. The young man at the desk was very nice, pleasant and chatty, his English was perfect. He got us registered quickly. Our room was very nice. It wasn't huge but well laid out with plenty of room for repacking our suitcases and hanging a few things. The bathroom was very nice with great soap/shampoo options and thick towels. The included breakfast buffet was very nice with a good selection of sliced cheese, meats, tomatoes, hot eggs, bacon, ham, cereal, and several varieties of pastries. Coffee was served in pots at the table, but there was also an espresso machine for self serve. There were nice juice and fruit options as well. The hotel is located on a very short street one way/loop with several diagonal parking spaces available in the center. We were able to park the car (paid at machine and displayed ticket in the window, there may be a time limit but we only needed an hour). We were able to unload all the luggage without fear of blocking the street, and get it into the hotel to check in before returning the rental car (europcar about 15 minute walk back)

The breakfast room was on the lower level with no windows and a little bit crowded, but that's a minor issue. The hotel is a couple of blocks from the nearest metro stop but we felt safe returning at night. We decided it was not worth the hassle of taking the metro to the airport in the morning because of luggage, so we grabbed an uber instead. With 4 of us, probably not that much more than the cost of the metro, but a lot easier.
