Room comfortable, clean, spacious kitchen, nice flat for a reasonable price. Big thank you to the lady who waited with the keys because we had problems with transport.

It was clean, and kitchen was there. With kids it was really comfortable. And neighbourhood was kids friendly: park, playgrounds. We loved staying there.

It was a amazing with a family

I didn't like the Spying camara at the entrance, but I understand the owners side too of course.

Fruit, potato chips and wine were provided.

The bathroom drainage was poor and the bed squeaked.

Clean. The host is very helpful, he gave us a warm welcome and useful information. It is in the top of the building so the view is good. It is close to the train station and easily accessed to the city but the train is not very frequent. So the location is just OK.

The sewer in the bathroom is a little blockage.

Good value for money! Shared kitchen, clean. Very welcomig host, even provided fruit and small chocolates. Excellent town view. Supermarket - 5min walk. Quiet.

Someone opened our door in the middle of a night, while it was closed with our key in it.

It was relatively nice and quiet, nice view from my room, good service. João (the owner) replays really fast if you have questions or needs anything. Cleaning every day. Maybe a bit too much 🙂

João was not the one that was accepting me, instead another guy showed me my room. Due to a misunderstanding I was giving a 3 persons room (I'm only one). The kitchen is nice but not many tools for cooking is available, and there is no washing machine. There is a bathtub, but it doesn't work. Overall the place could need some repairing. And there was leftovers from drugs at the new room I was giving.
