Super hotel! This was our 2nd time here. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Beautiful garden and pool. Food: delicious, extensive breakfast with fresh fruit and healthy options. The food of the restaurant and Pine Bar was also very tasty. The hotel added coffee machines to the rooms, which is a lovely improvement compared to last time.

In our opinion, various maintenance work would be advisable, such as cleaning the facade or replacing broken or flashing lights in the night lighting. Also the sun lounger cushions are dirty and worn and should be replaced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - it's the people who make the biggest difference to guests. Swimming pool was beautiful. Excellent quality food, would recommend half board. Clean, light, modern rooms with a balcony. There are several excellent golf courses within an hour drive from the hotel. There was a beautiful white cat (Cali) who came to hang out at the hotel.

Aroeira Challenge golf course - it was generally poorly maintained, and there wasn't a single toilet facility once you started the round. This is not acceptable if you have ladies tees! Aroeira Pines course was closed for maintenance - this was not widely advertised at the time of booking.

Overall services were really good and our week there was fantastic, thanks for everything. We stayed a week with a little dog and overall services included with dog was impressive, staff, facilities..thanks!

I advised before we arrive that was key and important to have our double room with views in the -1 floor, in the same level than grass. When we arrived there isnt available room and we must wait a day to have this type of room. I know that this type of request depends of available, but we only repeat if we'll have this type of room, because we need. Thanks

Amazing hotel in a beautiful, peaceful location. The surroundings are stunning, with lovely outdoor areas and a gorgeous pool. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. The staff were friendly and helpful – when we had a blocked drain, they came immediately to sort it out, and they kindly provided toiletries I had forgotten at no extra cost. Easy to travel to Lisbon. A fantastic stay, and definitely a hotel I’ll be returning to.

Couldn’t use balcony most times as guys next door was a chain smoker. Smoke went right into my room as I had opened my doors to get fresh air

Everything. Literally from the rooms, pool, bar .. etc .. it’s the only hotel I would stay in over the bridge from Lisbon. I’ve been staying there since 2018. Staff are always great with a big smile. General manager who was there on the 02/02/24 literally went above and beyond to make sure me and my dogs and my girl were comfortable. They sent dog beds, with treats and dog goodies. Just amazing service overall. Will always go there looking forward for the next time:) ** the place needs a car to be comfortable going around but it’s located near literally everything. arived 7.30 first night room great went down to bar and ordered coffee and burgers was asked how would you like the burger well done please wating 30 mins for drinks then asked about burgers told will ask down stairs then at 50 mins asked again told they are busy so looked down in to resturant 4 people sitting down then burgers turn up chips cold bun cold and burger raw not cooked so show bar staff and she agred not cooked so took back down to restarant was told will cook new i told her no thanks as it was 10 .30 now i took a pic of the food and spoke to manager she was very good and say sorry but think chef needs to learn to cook as other guest say same about food and coffee macine never working at breakfast had to wait for staff to bring coffee out

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. It was just fantastic!

I liked the breakfast but would have preferred to have baked beans daily instead of alternative days. I liked the staff that worked during the breakfast sessions. they were very attentive to our needs and very helpful. I liked the fact that the hotel accomodated our large party on the same floor at our request.

we had to request an ironing board. it would be helpful to have one in every room.

A luxurious hotel offering good value for money. The food was excellent, the rooms modern, cozy, and spotless. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the pool was a true highlight. Late check-in was no problem - and check-out at 12pm is a true gift. Perfectly located within easy reach of many stunning beaches. Free street parking available, with EV charging possible.
