It is located in the heart of Seixal away from the business and the hustle and bustle of Lisboa center. It takes you 15 min by ferry to be in Baixa Lisboa at only 5€ return ticket. We found it a great solution to visit the beautiful city without having sleepless nights.

As soon as we arrive we had an electricity problem which unfortunately lasted till night. However, having spent the whole day out it didn’t bother us too much.

The staff was very friendly and warming. Regarding the place, the room was simple, did not have a TV, and was very very clean. The bathroom was shared, but even tho there weren't a lot of people staying, it was very clean and the shower was working perfectly. The build also has a shared kitchen on the 3rd floor, which has the minimum of needs (forks, knives, coffee, etc) and also has a balcony with e very nice view of the river and Lisbon. Overall, to spend 1-3 days, I recommend.

Manuela who worked at the property was extremely helpful with every little thing that we needed and made sure everything was kept clean and tidy. She was a great host to be around and made our stay very comfortable.
