Location is great, both for arriving from the airport (subway station at walking distance and almost flat) and for exploring the city by foot everyday. The room was the perfect size, as was the bed.

The towels were really old and had seen better days, and they only gave us two body towels and a floor mat which I find insufficient for two people. The pillows were scarce too and very thin. There is a lot of noise from the street but that is to be expected with the location and having a room that faces the street. But keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. The shower holder was broken. If you have thick or lots of hair don’t expect that hairdryer to do anything for you, it’s pretty weak.

This location cannot be beat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but perfectly serviceable for what we needed, which was a place to sleep. The only downside was that the windows did not block any sound at all. The trams going by and people outside yelling late into the night sounded like the windows were wide open-not really any sound dampening from the windows at all.

The hotel is really close to the city centre, well connected with trains and buses. They have an elevator so it's easy to reach all the levels. The staff is always around the reception so you can ask them anything. The room was big and they were always cleaning it and asking us if we need anything changed.

It might be a bit noisy , especially when is windy and in weekends. It was a bit cold, we had an AC but sometimes it won't start, the staff helped but every time we were trying to use it we had the same problem.

We loved the location plus the positive and helpful attitude of all staff members. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size. It had all the main facilities we required: - a safe, lift, fridge and a window that opens. The Arsenal Suites even offer breakfast but it's on the sweet side, so we decided to eat elsewhere.

Airconditioning - we couldn't control the temperature. If you adjust the temp the cooling ceased immediately and gradually became hot. We found out on our last day that the main controls were from the office.

The location is great and the rooms are big enough, there are options of quieter rooms as well but then they are a bit darker and with a damp smell. some of the girls at the reception are very friendly and nice, quite helpful

Wifi connection almost inexistent, maybe it was the location of my room but it was impossible to get connected or use it for almost the entirety of my stay, and even phone reception was bad so I had to count sheep to fall asleep. Quality of sheets, towels, etc - they are very old, ripped in some places or even stained. It felt clean but it's not easy to sleep on a pillow with several black stains on it.

The location of this suite is amazing, if you are in Lisbon for couple of days and want to explore the city day and night it’s the perfect spot.

My expectations were fully met, the location was perfect, the room was clean, it was quiet, the staff was very nice. The WiFi was good and the room had a mini fridge, good bathroom and good housekeeping staff. Also check out hour was at 12 which was perfect.

The hotel is perfect. I arrived as a single passenger. I booked their smallest room of 15 square meters, and it is huge for a single person. (Also can be for a couple) by the way. The lovely receptionist helped me with everything. The room is clean, the hotel is clean, the location is really good full of things to do around. There is hot water in the shower and the water pressure is Excellent. There is a safe, hairdryer, kettle, fridge. No conditioner and shampoo but it was ok because I brought my own. The area is very quiet, so you can sleep comfortably. There is an elevator to get to the rooms. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The hotel is in a really good location because it is by the sea. It is right near the pink street. It is right on a main tram line. But it is also really quiet at night, there are no cars driving and honking. And there are no street performers playing in the middle of the night.

Very helpful staff, central location. Despite the message I received from the hotel, that it has limited accessibility by car, taxi dropped me right at the entrance.

All rooms have twin beds with a very basic beddings and blankets from 90's. Breakfast didn't taste well, same selection every day, products itself (ham, scumble) don't taste that good, bread is amazing though. It's better to book the room without breakfast and try it out, many better breakfast options in the cafes outside.

Perfect location. Very close to all the needed transports. 200 meter from iconic tram 28 stop. 100 meter from Augusta. Very close to bus,tram and train to Jeronymo's monastery and Bellem tower. All the main tourists attractions are within radius on foot. Spacious room with big bathroom. The service was excellent and all the people working there were more than happy to help us with our staying.
