Location was perfect. Very central. Beds comfy. Air conditioner cooled down apartment very quickly.

Really bad smell in bathroom. We spoke to the receptionist and she told us it was because of the old city piping. They put some air freshener in Bathroom and it masked the smell a little bit. Stairs from front door to up to reception had no handrail and were quite dangerous for older people or those with bad balance. TV was in bedroom and not living room.

Size of loft. Location. Cleanliness. Cute little window overlooking the street that I could open up and sit in. Keypad entry to building and apartment - saves me worrying about losing a key

They advertise that a coffee pod machine is provided however did not provide the pods and milk (which most accommodations do if a machine is provided) even just a little milk and tea bags would have been a welcome touch. No information on how to get into building on arrival and unclear which button to push from outside.

The receptionist from the desk was so nice and accommodating. It was convenient that it had no keys but a code access. The location was great!

The room was not bad but it had no place to hang stuff. Also, the bathroom shower leaked all over the outside floor when used. Needed more counter space everywhere

Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, Praca de Comercio and Baixa-Chiado metro. Good A/C units (there were 2). We had the 2 twin + sofa bed for 3 people and it was comfortable enough for 3 days. Would book this place again.

Tiny sink but workable. Frying pan was old and scratched. Need to be replaced. Apartment code didn't work on our last night so had to contact the management office. They answered promptly and was given a new code but would be nice if this didn't have to happen at all.

If you want to stay in a clean apartment located right in the centre of Chado district then look no further. It ain't no place for fussy travellers but me and my hubby were very happy with it. Clean, comfortable double bed, smart TV so if you are a member of netflix or Amazon prime you can use it. There is a lift in the building which makes it extremely comfortable to get even to the top floor. There is a reception downstairs, that was also quite cool because we were able to leave our luggage for a day since we had a late evening flight. But most of all it's safe, and in a very clean area. There are loads of cafes, shops and restaurants just at the doorstep. There is a place with live fado music also extremely close. Thank you for everything :)

The kitchen could be equipped a bit better. For those who want to cook meals at the apartment it might be a bit problematic. We were eating mostly in the city.

We needed a place for the night. Pateo served the purpose. Location is near to restaurants & the square. It has a cafe next door which serves good breakfast and coffee. It has a queen-sized bed in master bedroom & 2 single beds in the living area; it is a good space a family of 4 for a night.

you will need to go through a small flight of steps before getting to the lift & the lift is small, so we had to make 2 trips to get the 3 bags and 4 of us back to the apartment. The bathroom is good size (shower area and toilet are in the same space, you will need to wait for the use of the toilet, if someone is taking a shower) there were not enough hooks for us to keep our towels dry for next day use. There is no sink top space for us to place some toiletries

Central Location. Close to metro, restaurants, close to old town; Alfama. Many other attractions were also at walking distance... Beach, commerce square, municipal square, shopping area etc.etc Had all the facilities needed in an apartment.

Size of the apartment is small. Bit cramped. Sink is tooo small. Very different to wash even hands. Communication through app was very slow. Did not provide us main door code. We got stuck outside the building at night. Then, next morning, I had to get it personally through reception. Which only opens between 9-5. Eventuall other guest opened the door for us from inside.

Very Central Location, close to Harbor and outdoor restaurants and shops

Elevator is only from first floor. You have to climb one set of slick stone stairs with no railing and another 6 steps to get to elevator and reception. Very hard to do with luggage if you are older or have any kind of physical issues. Should have been noted in the listing. Also they came into the loft and changed the room configuration which meant them moving my luggage and clothing around with no prior notice while I was out. They notified me via text after they did it. Prior notification should have been given.

We arrived to the door and pressed the doorbell. I could see how some might find this confusing as there wasn't clear signage. However we just started ringing bells until someone let us in. Once the exterior door is open, there is a clear sign for the office to access the rooms. The hosts were kind and accommodating. The apartment was large enough for us (four guys) and the beds were comfortable. We appreciate the small patio for private phone calls. The AC in both rooms worked fabulously. The location is amazing and close to Pink street and Rossio Square. We didn't see another family or individual enter or exit the apartments while we were there, so it was pretty quiet. We didn't hear any noise from any other apartment.

The ONLY downside we could find was that the cabinets are not cut away over the kitchen sink. This made using the kitchen sink difficult. We did feel the apartment was expensive, but it was a better price than most of the rooms we found in this area. You are paying a premium to be in the guts of downtown Lisbon and walking distance to everything.

Very central location in the Baixa-Chiado district, only about 2 mins walk to metro station and main tourist streets, waterfront etc. Apartment was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed, although it was small.

The rooms were not soundproof so we could hear the people in the next room talking and walking up and down the corridor late at night. a note in the apartment letting people know they could be heard next door and asking them to be considerate at night would make this better. I doubt our neighbours realised how noisy they were to us.
