The location cannot get any better than this . In the heart of Lisbon. Stone's throw away from Rua Augusta, Praca commercia, Praca Rossio, walking distance to Alfama, all the hustle and bustle. Loved the tall windows where you can see tram 28 go through multiple times a day. The property itself is in a very safe, locked building, clean with elevator. There's someone at the reception below with cookies everyday until 6 pm. Christina came to help us show how to run the washing machine and was always available for questions. Apartment is clean, we were greeted with some goodies like jam, cookies, tea, coffee, merangue, water etc Love those little touches. Having washer/dryer in house really helped. They even would replace anything you run out of. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the Area

Nothing to really ding about. Personally we like more modern amenities, there were few things that were traditional like the lamp on the dining table etc. but again, not taking points off for this. Dining table was a tad bit too small for four of us, but we didn't cook really, so it didn't matter. Concealed dishwasher, laundry, fridge made it hard each time to find them but we got used to it towards the end

First of all the location was so convenient for us because we could move any time whenever we want. Secondly the apartment was amazing,very clean,big with nice view,bright,with a comfortable king size bed,comfortable bathroom and although it was over a busy street it had soundproof windows and when you closed them it was completely quiet. The staff was amazing too,very kind, and always ready to help us with whatever we wanted! I will stay there again for sure 100% in the future and of course I will recommend it to my friends! Redisentas Áurea made our experience better and added to the reasons that we loved Lisbon so much!! Thank you so much !!!🙏❤️

Apartment was very spacious and having two bathrooms were great! A bit pricy but we wanted to stay in a large apartment in Lisbon close to everything. It had washer/dryer and a bowl of detergent available, which made it convenient to do one small load of laundry; not just here but washer takes a long time in Europe so start the load in the morning before leaving for the day and run the dryer in the evening. This property is centrally located so we practically walked everywhere except for the Belem Tower but Uber was cheap so worth the cost saving more time for fun! Very friendly and professional staff! A tray of tea cookies in the lobby was a nice treat each morning! Had a great stay in Lisbon!!

We only used the sofa for sitting and it was huge but wished it had more cushions. Cushions on the dining chairs could use new cushions.

The location is fantastic it’s very close to Baxia Chiado tube station and in the heart of all. The flat is lovely, clean and there is everything you need thought of. Beds were very comfortable and the shutters on windows made it all quiet and dark to goto sleep. The best is though the team! They were so amazing I asked their names to say thank you properly. Mariana, Catarina and Matilda were amazing! They sent us tips on things to do, was always smiling and helpful and even left me a yummy piece of cake for my birthday. They make the Residentas perfect place to stay.

Everything. Starting with the location. There’s a lot going on around the property, from restaurants bars and shopping. The apartment we stayed in was cozy and furnished with style. It had all the amenities you would expect from an apartment rental and more. Did I mention the elevators? The staff welcomed us with some Portuguese meringues and a box of crackers and jams. The apartment included a Nespresso machine which I personally appreciate. All in all, highly recommended. We Will definitely stay here the next time we come to Lisbon.

Best place to stay as a first time visitor in Lisbon. Picked 5 different places initially, including Chiado / Alfama area. Glad we picked this gem right in downtown area, everything walkable to tourist areas and nearby cafe's. Why a 10 ? 1. Excellent staff communication & quick reply via What's app, even before our arrival 2. Wonderful location 3. Very clean place 4. Very quiet at night. No loud noises from clubs / restos from outside, even inside no loud neighbors. Lovely view from balcony day and night 5. Very friendly/helpful faces at reception ( Catarina / Henrique ) 6. Thoughtful welcome treats at dining table & send off / thank you gift / notes. So glad we came here, definitely exceeded my expectations 👍Thank you for the wonderful stay ... hope to be back again 😁

None. If I may offer suggestions, lessen the throw pillows on the sofa beds, we didn't know where to put / stack them. Maybe also update the sofa green fabric ...

This aparthotel is in an excellent location to walk around much of Lisbon. We really enjoyed the space having a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities we required. We walked around the corner to buy food to make our own breakfast which was very convenient. The staff provided nespresso coffee for us to make in the morning. The staff was engaging and responsive to anything we required. I would highly recommend this property as well as the excellent location.

washer/dryer - the unit was an "all in one" and was very confusing to use. We got one load of laundry done but couldn't get the machine to work to do a second load. We were travelling with carry on only for our 4 week long trip that included a 16 night transatlantic cruise. Lucky for us the staff rectified this situation and offered to get our laundry and do it for while we were out sightseeing!

I loved the location of this property, it was central to the main shopping boulevard, Praça de Comércio, ocean, and main amenities. Within 10 min walk from major train stations. I appreciated the little touches they provided - complementary snacks and drinks, little gift on Christmas, macarons. The bedroom was comfortable and we lived in a duplex with living room sleeping area as well (sleeps two). It was well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling through.

The place was a bit cramped in terms of space, but this is to be expected from downtown locations. In general the building is a bit on the older side as well.

Our stay at Residentia Aurea was simply amazing! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Praça do Comércio, making it the perfect base for exploring Lisbon. There are countless shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, all within walking distance or easily accessible by public transportation. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including a stove, electric oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer. It truly felt like a home away from home! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return to this apartment on our next trip to Lisbon. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location, very tidy, nicely decorated, very well maintained, all appliance are quite recent. It was very nice touch when we arrived the table was nicely set, giving you the feeling of coming to home rather than a hotel! Rooms decor was a very nice combination of “old” and Portuguese feeling with modern comfort. My only recommendation to the team was to work a bit on the restaurants recommendations, as the one we tried the first night , which was recommended first was quite mediocre
