Location, comfort, everything you need for a family stay at the heart of Lisbon. Really loved the place!!!

I’m not so sure about the safety of the building (at least once we found the main door of the building open at late hours). The lock at our apartment needs maintenance ( it was very difficult to lock the door). The apartment is beginning to show very mild usage marks, that can quickly become issues if not properly taken care of.

WOW - The place was amazing. I invited my mom to a Lisbon adventure and wanted two rooms with a confornt + a kitchen. The apartment had everything and more—two separate bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Nothing was cheap, and with excellent quality care for details. We also got light breakfast daily. The building was clean and with two elevators. It is the perfect location in the heart of all the main activities, metro, tram, and buses.

1. I appreciate the daily breakfast bread. However, they bring it at 3 p.m., so it is dry by the following day. 2. The booking photos show a balcony, but I wonder if it is for the building or a few apartments. It is not promised in the description, so don't expect it.

We were 3 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 2) so it was important that we avoid long walks and stay at a place that was centrally located. Location: amazing. Just 3 minds walk from the main area and we really loved it. Apartment: We really felt at home. Children were happy as they could run and play in the living area plus the tv was a bonus as they watched YouTube and we're happy. Room size: great was a family of 5 and were so comfortable. Utilities: having a washer and a dyer was amazing as children dirty their clothes so much as we didn't have to worry about it as we could wash and wear again. Breakfast: breakfast was plentiful, simple and good. Overall: it was centrally located and the apartment was very comfortable. We are so glad we chose this for our stay. Thank you so much for making our stay at Lisbon so comfortable and enjoyable.

Even though utilities were there and good but it's hard to operate when nothing was in English. So many functions that it took me a while to understand and operate them. I had to watch videos on YouTube to understand how to operate them. Maybe a simple English instruction would help as user manuals are there but still didn't help reading them.

Apartment was spacious and in a great location. Added bonus was the lovely breakfast we received every day, fresh bread, fruit, yoghurt and cheese. We also had a coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods for the 4 of us. We had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms which was great for the 4 of us sharing.

We did hear some noise from the street during the night, and we had a toilet which dripped water and did keep us awake at different stages. It would have been nice to have clean towels at some stage as we were there for 5 nights, but all in all a great stay and would stay again.

Perfect location , on the flat , walking distance to all areas. Great Value for money . Large facilities for 4 people. Tram stop on corner . Small Asian restaurant next door which was great value and did takeaway delivered to room on plates! Self contained apartment with breakfast supplies included , dishwasher.. After lots travelling the washing machine a bonus and they managed to source an extra clothes rack . Extra breakfast supplies if needed was immediately dealt with. Property manager Soo was also quick to respond .

Asked for single beds to be made up as a double ( wasn’t done) 2 nd bathroom too far away from the other bedroom .

The apartment was in a great location and the unit itself (deluxe 2 bedroom apartment) was spacious and full of light from the numerous windows. It was a good size for 4 of us.

We had a few issues with the laundry machine, and a smell emanating from one of the bathrooms.. staff were responsive and easy to get a hold of.

We liked the fact that there was breakfast provided each morning - compal juice, milk, bread, cheese and fruit that was delivered between 3-5pm the previous day. We lived in a 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen (stovetop, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer). These were very convenient when we needed to cook or do our laundry. The location was also great as it was only a 2 minutes walk from the Baixa-Chiado metro station in the centre of Lisbon.

The fit and finish in the bathroom could be better as the tiles in the shower and paint job were not as luxurious as it could be. The keys to the door is a bit complicated but fortunately Lucy (one of the workers) explained it to us. If you arrive at the apartment between 9am to 5pm, you can ask the bellman to assist with opening the door.

A modern, comfortable space, well insulated from street noise and offering all the amenities, including a washer/dryer combo. The foodstuffs for breakfast were ample and miraculously replenished every day. Within walking distance of the major sites of central Lisbon; easy access to trolley, metro, and train.

We arrived after 5pm, had to call the number several times before we finally got through to someone who could tell us how to secure the key. While the main bedroom was comfortable and had a bathroom en suite, the second bedroom was tight and afforded no closet or storage space whatsoever. (Some mention of this discrepancy should be made in the description.) Finally, instruction manuals for the appliances should be left in a more visible place. The washer/dryer combo is not intuitive and we didn't find the manual until the last day--in a bottom drawer in the kitchen.

My wife chose the Ouro Grand by Level Residences for its centralized location in old town Lisbon, it's modern renovation, and value for three people to have a two bedroom location. We arrived by car during the day and was greeted by Sue who let us drop our luggage in a luggage room until our room was ready around 3 pm. She gave us great suggestions to a much more reasonably priced parking place for 8 Euros per 24 hours rather than a city center 45 Euros. The parking was about 3/4 of a mile away (we like walking) near the cruise terminal and was safe. We didn't use the car much in Lisbon on our first two days but did on our return from southern Portugal where we stayed further out from the city center. We enjoyed our breakfast of milk, juices, granola cereal, yoghurt, cheeses, and fruit. We also bought eggs at the local market and used the kitchen to preparing a hot breakfast. The apartment was clean, sheets and towels clean and fresh, bed was comfortable, but the furniture was a bit worn with some stains. All in all we were happy with our choice and the service that Sue provided us. She also has a great little restaurant next door that we used for a late dinner one night. There is plenty of refrigerator space, place to make ice in the freezer, and a four "burner" induction stove. All worked great. The WiFi worked well.

European washers are generally not that great for drying clothing, no where near having a separate dryer. The apartment had a washer that was suppose to dry but it is not sufficient for drying. If you use the washing machine for just a few items, you can dry them on the drying rack they provide. Be sure to allow 24 hours to dry your clothing. The furniture in the living room could of been cleaner. Since the building is located in old town off of a streetcar rail street, you do get some street noises at night. I do wish there was parking included but Old Town Lisbon is known for its lack of parking.

Very central location. Spacious apt. Daily delivery of groceries including milk, bread, butter, cheese, fruits and juices.

Apt was functional, but not updated. Wish the cleaning crew would have taken out the garbage rather than having to take it out ourselves.
