limited range of hot breakfast items. susceptive to the surrounding noise despite on a less busy side of the main street.

The location is great, in the center of the old town 3 minutes from the station approximately 30 minutes by train to the airport. The hotel has a modern cleaned feel. The staff were very helpful giving advice to get around and great local tips. Although the rooms don't have coffee and tea making, you could have a freshly brood coffee or tea delivered to your room with no charge or you could have at the bar area downstairs.(limit of 2 drinks per day for each room) I think this approach is better for the customer and better for the environment.

Just 2 extra pillows but again, once We requested it was efficiently delivered.

The location

There is a building that is being renovated outside the hotel and it is really noisy, we had a power outage, because they repaired the hotel's electrical cabinet and did not tell us that we made the reservation and therefore could not work that day, when we came in the morning and talked to the reception they did not even offer compensation.

This could be a great hotel with a little better management and quite a bit more attention to detail. Great location, modern and well-appointed, with a friendly and mostly helpful staff. Our room on the top floor was spacious, the bed nice and firm, the water hot and forceful. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, our room showed too much wear. Stained carpet, every corner bashed in, walls scraped. Lighting is poorly considered so that you can barely see into the cabinets, bath is black walls/floors/ceilings with weak lighting. All the towels were frayed and torn. Generally shabby, which, again, is a shame since it wouldn't take much to make it 10/10.

Where do I start! I was In room 108 on the first floor and the room was huge! Views onto the street were great. Walking distance from most things and super handy to pop back during the day if needed. Location could not be faulted. Did not eat in restaurant but was always busy. Shower was very powerful and warm. Huge bed and I slept very well. Would stay again.

Cleanliness was lacking slightly - dust in room and carpet quite stained. That being said didn’t hamper my stay and there is a lot of road works going on in the city so that could explain the dust. Access to plug sockets a bit tricky but again a minor complaint.

Nice hotel in downtown Lisbon, perfect spot to visit the city as it's just a short walk away from the center and also close to both metro and buses. Amazing staff and service, both the reception girls and breakfast manager were lovely and very welcoming. Nice breakfast spread, all fresh ingredients, if mostly sweet. I was able to leave my luggage on the day of departure, which was really appreciated, and use the main hall to work from.

Bedrooms still have carpet in the rooms, which in my case was a bit stained (you could tell it had been cleaned but still stains from age were left). My room was a single and pretty small, with no desk space, but the bathroom was large and well equipped. Wifi was very spotty or did not work at all.

Location was great. Not much room for suitcases. Two of us with two suitcases each not enough room. No hooks in the bathroom for towels no shelves for toiletries

The location was perfect - less than 15 minutes walk from many of the places we wanted to see. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The aircon was both efficient and quiet. Breakfast was good. The shower was very good, powerful and just what was needed for a wake up or refresh after a long day in the Lisbon sunshine.

My wife would have rather had a bath than shower after walking around all day. And it would have been good to have some operating instructions for the aircon and the dolce gusto machine. Both of these were easily solved within a couple of minutes though.

Great location. Nice sized room w an excellent shower.

Breakfast was fine but had to ask a staff member to get u a cup of coffee. Then the staff member had to bring it to ur table. If the staff member was busy, u either had to wait to bother her or just go w/o coffee. Terribly inconvenient. Much simpler just have a couple coffee machines available and let the person fill his own cup. This was the 1st hotel I've stayed at that didn't have a box of kleenex in the room. Assume it must have been an oversight.

EN: The hotel is beautifully designed. I think it's based on a moonlight theme, because you walk in and there is a huge moon light piece on the ceiling by the front desk, the hallways have this reflective black wall that turns day into night once you step in the hotel. It is very classy and chill, its location is excellent, and their customer service is amazing. This hospitality team truly golden - from the front desk to the housekeeping department, they were all very attentive, caring and willing to accomodate requests to make for a comfortable and personalized experience.

The room lighting, as well as the bathroom lighting position. Maybe have a good light by the desk and the bathroom light is too strong and right above the mirror, making it a bit difficult to do my make up, as it lits mainly the top half of our faces and creates shadows.
