Staff were very friendly. The room was spotless, and it’s a very good location. Short walk from metro, restaurants, and main attractions.

Bed was too soft for me, and was an issue for my back. Otherwise everything was fine.

We’ve had a room on the 4th floor (401) for 4 nights as a couple with two small hand luggage suitcases. It was big enough, the bathroom was big for the room size and had a window too. Actually it was a door and you could step out on a slim ‘balcony’. The room was very clean and had a good AC/heating. Bed was very comfortable . The staff (we’ve met several front desk agents and cleaning personnel) were all very friendly and helpful

Although the windows were cancelling noise very well, you can hear police, the tram or cars honking. Otherwise calm. The carpet was a bit questionable in terms of cleanliness.

The stay was amazing. Marta Iona. Andrea. And Diogo were amazing at the front desk. Always answering any questions we had for them. Always giving us directions. And always offering great ideas for food transit and nightlife. What a great staff. The housecleaning team was amazing. Fresh and clean room to return daily. We really appreciate their hard work and great hospitality. If you are looking for a fabulous friendly safe and charming place to stay in downtown Lisbon we can’t stress enough the great experience you will have at Meraprima Gold.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

The location was great! Close to the major hot spots, restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. We walked everywhere and didn't need to take taxi's/ubers. It was easy to come back to the hotel mid-day to freshen up or drop off some of our shopping. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and their customer service is excellent. They really care about the customer experience. We didn't choose the breakfast option but I had a look at the buffet and it seemed good with various hot and cold food options. They give a complimentary large bottle of water each night which was nice. It was also very quiet despite being on a busy street. You won't get much of a view with this hotel because it is only 5 floors and faces other buildings. But it doesn't really matter because you're steps away from a beautiful waterfront where the real views are!

The location of this hotel is fabulous - it's very easy to get anywhere in the city from this location. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They have a great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

My room location wasn't the best but it was comfortable and extremely clean. They could use a few more electrical outlets/charging ports and provide a kettle for tea, not just the coffee making machine. And something needs to be done to lower the building air filtration noise that comes from the bathroom ceiling. Except for these few things, my stay was great.

Almost no plugs in the room- there’s one in the bathroom , one behind the coffee machine (if you want to use it it’s a bit of moving around), and standard usb in the lamp, which is nearly outdated now. Didn’t like the fact that at reception they asked for my credit card details either. It takes a bit of time for the hot water to reach the shower, but there’s good water pressure after so not a big drama

The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the Commercial Square and to Tram 28 stops. The single room was of very good size with comfortable bathroom and most of the amenities one would need for a couple of nights' stay. The aircon was very efficient and the shower had great pressure

It would be good to have a box of tissues in the room. The mattress should be turned regularly cause over time it developed a dip where people are most likely to sleep. Also the toilet developed some issues with the flush wasting precious water.

The location was PERFECT, close to everything! The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to explain things and answer your questions. The beds were super comfortable and make it hard to wake up in the morning :) Breakfast was great, delicious, a great variety of breads, fruits and savory foods. Mohamed and another gentleman in the breakfast service (his name escapes me) were fantastic, always smiling and trying to be helpful, going out of their way to gives us the best experience.

The rain but that wasn't their fault.

The room was lovely, efficient, clean, and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole place felt much more upscale than I anticipated. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating; our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an extra night, and the staff was very kind and helpful to seamlessly move us to another room (since our current one was not available for another night). The hotel location is perfect and easy to locate. Our room was on the 1st floor above the lobby, and we enjoyed the mural art in the stairwell and so skipped the elevator unless carrying luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

We could have used an outlet in the room; there were only USB ports in the lamps, so we could not charge USB-C devices without unplugging the coffee maker to access a wall outlet.

We only stayed 1 night , but the service we got was exceptional. While checking in, we were served complimentary cake and tea. Getting up to the room, there was a welcome note with chocolates and gowns on the bed. After checking in, we went shopping , arriving back , and there were chocolates on the pillow, which was such a nice touch. Best part was going to bed , the beds were so comfortable and the linen was so soft ,it was like you were sleeping while being hugged by a cloud
