Staff were very friendly. The room was spotless, and it’s a very good location. Short walk from metro, restaurants, and main attractions.

Bed was too soft for me, and was an issue for my back. Otherwise everything was fine.

We’ve had a room on the 4th floor (401) for 4 nights as a couple with two small hand luggage suitcases. It was big enough, the bathroom was big for the room size and had a window too. Actually it was a door and you could step out on a slim ‘balcony’. The room was very clean and had a good AC/heating. Bed was very comfortable . The staff (we’ve met several front desk agents and cleaning personnel) were all very friendly and helpful

Although the windows were cancelling noise very well, you can hear police, the tram or cars honking. Otherwise calm. The carpet was a bit questionable in terms of cleanliness.

The stay was amazing. Marta Iona. Andrea. And Diogo were amazing at the front desk. Always answering any questions we had for them. Always giving us directions. And always offering great ideas for food transit and nightlife. What a great staff. The housecleaning team was amazing. Fresh and clean room to return daily. We really appreciate their hard work and great hospitality. If you are looking for a fabulous friendly safe and charming place to stay in downtown Lisbon we can’t stress enough the great experience you will have at Meraprima Gold.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

The location was great! Close to the major hot spots, restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. We walked everywhere and didn't need to take taxi's/ubers. It was easy to come back to the hotel mid-day to freshen up or drop off some of our shopping. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and their customer service is excellent. They really care about the customer experience. We didn't choose the breakfast option but I had a look at the buffet and it seemed good with various hot and cold food options. They give a complimentary large bottle of water each night which was nice. It was also very quiet despite being on a busy street. You won't get much of a view with this hotel because it is only 5 floors and faces other buildings. But it doesn't really matter because you're steps away from a beautiful waterfront where the real views are!

The property is ideally located in the old town, right in the heart of the city. It is only a few minutes’ walk from the sea, as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. The staff are very helpful, and the room offers a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The addition of a coffee machine and refrigerator in the room is an especially convenient touch.

There was some noise from the street, and the telephone in the room was not functioning. Additionally, the reception staff could benefit from having more technical knowledge in order to address minor issues within the room.

The location of this hotel is fabulous - it's very easy to get anywhere in the city from this location. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They have a great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

My room location wasn't the best but it was comfortable and extremely clean. They could use a few more electrical outlets/charging ports and provide a kettle for tea, not just the coffee making machine. And something needs to be done to lower the building air filtration noise that comes from the bathroom ceiling. Except for these few things, my stay was great.

Great staff at the hotel in Lisbon. They were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful view from our window. It was an excellent location and super easy to get the 28 or 12 trams. It's really in the center of everything. Some attractions in Lisbon are pretty spread out, but staying there it was only 20 minutes at most by Uber/Bolt/cab to all the farther away main attractions. There are a ton of main attractions right within walking distance which was great.

Almost no plugs in the room- there’s one in the bathroom , one behind the coffee machine (if you want to use it it’s a bit of moving around), and standard usb in the lamp, which is nearly outdated now. Didn’t like the fact that at reception they asked for my credit card details either. It takes a bit of time for the hot water to reach the shower, but there’s good water pressure after so not a big drama

The bed was so comfortable. Very clean room and the shower was great, with lovely products in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room, but it was brought up straight away when I called reception. Perfect location for exploring Lisbon, a quick walk away from all the main attractions. The famous tram 28 goes right by the hotel. Drinking water left in the room daily was appropriated.

It was no problem for us as we are heavy sleepers but the tram runs until around 12 midnight and starts up around 6/7am.

The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the Commercial Square and to Tram 28 stops. The single room was of very good size with comfortable bathroom and most of the amenities one would need for a couple of nights' stay. The aircon was very efficient and the shower had great pressure

It would be good to have a box of tissues in the room. The mattress should be turned regularly cause over time it developed a dip where people are most likely to sleep. Also the toilet developed some issues with the flush wasting precious water.
