Modern, trendy & colourful downtown so expect some noise which usually subsides later. Very convenient for us since close to our meeting pts for our tours. The staff were fabulous especially Eduardo, Felipe the Brazilian, Robert, Herrardo, the Mgr & Asst Mgr & Gisele. The guys were patient in making my husband’s coffee every morning & night! The room had a tv, wardrobe & kettle. Fantastic shower & bed. Definitely will recommend this hotel & they have a chain.

Need a soap dish on the bathroom sink & our soap tray was crooked in the shower. Also would be nice to have some tissues & moisturizer as well. The pillows were too hard, if a bit softer will be nice. There was some noise 1-2 nights from the room upstairs at night which disturbed our sleep but then stopped after we mentioned it.

The location of STAY was amazing! So close to restaurants, shops, bars, and easily accessible by taxis/Ubers/Bolts. The rooms were clean and well kept, all the basics were covered (ex: supplied in room tea, water, toiletries, etc...). When we would return from the bar late at night, STAY was enclosed by two metal gates which we had to ring the front desk to get in. We appreciated the added security, always makes it better for peace of mind! We really felt comfortable and enjoyed our time!

Didnt have breakfast-too basic & expensive. The location was excellent - practically next door to the Metro & close to shopping, trams , trains & cafes. We had clean towels every day.

The beverage tray could have been better, only a kettle & 2 sachets of coffee, 2 teabags & 1 small bottle of water & 2 paper /plastic cups which we had to also use in the bathroom for toothbrushes & drinking water. We fronted a road - cars didnt bother us but the refuse wagon did at 3 am every night followed by an operative slamming shut all the bin lids. I don’t think the windows were double glazed.

- Prime Location: Situated close to the Metro, with convenient parking nearby (though slightly expensive). Centrally located, all major tourist attractions are within walking distance. - Exceptional Service: The staff, particularly Renato Tavares, were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist us in finding written ingredients for vegetarian options. - Dining & Banking Convenience: Excellent dining options are available nearby, along with numerous major banks for easy cash withdrawals. When withdrawing, it's advisable to choose EUR and decline the USD exchange rate for the best value.

Breakfast Suggestions: While the coffee was excellent, the breakfast offerings could be improved with more options. It would be helpful to have more ingredients listed in English and to include additional vegan and vegetarian choices.

Hotel was centrally located and about a minute walk to the Metro which was super convenient. The room was comfy and clean. Staff was nice and very helpful especially when my friend lost her backpack on the 28 Tram, I asked one of the staff for advice and she called a friend who worked for the tram service. My friend ended up trying her bag back thanks to the tip. The hotel’s location allowed it to be easy to explore but if we wanted to go back for a break before the next activity it was easy to go in and out.

The breakfast that was included was the same option everyday. It would be nice if there just added hard boiled eggs because otherwise it’s scramble eggs every day. Otherwise the overall breakfast is a good spread

Location is perfect for start exploring the historic downtown area. Metro station is just 1min walk away and there's also a pub right in front of the hotel and other restaurants. Also, the rooms are very spacious and with lots of plug-ins.

Only thing that I didn't like is that they do not include coffee in the room and if you want some, you have to pay 2 euros for it at the lobby area.

The location of the hotel is perfect. This is the second time we stay here. The first time we had the Suite, this time we went for a triple room. Overall I would say that the triple room was as good as the Suite, if not better. The room was very spacious, fantastic view to the castle, and beds were very comfortable. Next time we go to Lisbon we will go for the triple room again.

Very centrally located city centre. Large room with comfy bed and good bathroom. Metro station near by. Walking distance to Alfama, Rossio square, and other attractions. Good choice of bars and restaurants around.

Not really "didn't like" but worth to know - had keep curtains closed for some privacy from opposite. Lightning a bit poor, especially in front of bathroom mirror. The "just enough" minimalist approach in general. Breakfast (optional for us) was one of these "just enough". Value for money - well - you pay a bit to be in the centre of Lisbon.

Comfortable spacious room. Neat and clean. Well equipped. Rooms are well insulated acoustically, street noise doesnt disturb even though its so close to main happening street with evening/night crowds Excellent location, just next to metro station and close to major city attractions. Good wifi. Easy checkin

Room facilities like tea, coffee satchets, water bottles should be topped up daily for which we had to give multiple reminders and still it wasn't done every evening. Lighting levels in the room are a bit dim, minor issue but sometimes is a bit difficult to do without the main room lighting.
