The hotel was cosy, clean, cute and artsy. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The Fred Perry clothing was a nice touch for the staff. The location was excellent. A wonderful hotel. Comfortable pillows too.

The soundproofing of the rooms. A lot of clatter and noise during housekeeping and clatter from other rooms.

Conveniently located but didn’t suffer from too much noise despite the proximity to the main outdoor dining street nearby The room was very comfortable. I liked the modernised renovation which retained some original features of the building

I had to keep asking for more bottled water. It would be much easier if they just put 2 bottles a day in the room so I don’t keep running out of it I was late to check out by 15 mins and I had someone come banging on my door as if to throw me out for being late. Very unfriendly person. I think they have just one person specifically for this purpose though because the other staff were ok.

The location was super convenient. And it was actually very quiet given how central the location was. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room and we didn't even ask. The bed was very big and extra comfortable. We received a free welcome cocktail that was refreshing after a long day. The room had all the essentials necessary for a pleasant stay.

This is so minor and didn't detract from our experience at all but the decor was a bit cluttered. I had to move decorative pieces off the nightstand and cafe table in order to have space for my things. But the friendly staff and comfort were worth that small inconvenience

This was the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. The location was very perfect and central close to shops, restaurants and the main plaza. Absolutely beautiful and charming. We received an upgrade to a suite with views of the castle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was stunning and well appointed. We wished we could have stayed longer. The entire vibe of this hotel is very special and retro. Beautifully decorated throughout. The bar and restaurant was excellent. It is a real experience to stay here and well worth it. We will definitely return.

We loved everything.

The hotel is really cozy, with very nice rooms - everything was really fine. All the staff was so heartwarming. When we arrived, they gave us lots of ideas what to do and visit in Lisbon. There is also a bar and a restaurant in the hotel, and they are also very nice. We used to sit there every evening for some drinks. The breakfast is served in another hotel that is only a few steps away. Breakfast was also very good, and all the staff there was really nice as well. The hotel is located near the Praça do Comércio, also near the Rossio, and the Elevador de Santa Justa is not far.

Hotel is very centrally located. You are in the middle of the tourist centre where all the shops are. You are a stone throw away from metro Baixa and you can walk to the river in 10 minutes

I stayed on the 2nd floor with three floor to ceiling windows which was nice, but they only had dark curtains in front of them, which meant I either had to sit in the dark or anyone could watch up in the room. It would be nice to actually put some light curtains before the dark ones so that you can enjoy the day light but still have privacy. Also there was a big fridge in my room that made a lot of noise at night and the walls are paperthin so could hear my neighbour walking across his room

The location is excellent but the room quiet. We stayed in a "Small room with street view" and it was indeed small! Very little room for suitcases but we got used to it (the bed was unnecessarily large and a smaller one would have provided more space to move around). The room was clean and stylish. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the welcome cocktail very nice! Breakfast was buffet style at the adjacent Brown's Hotel with a wide choice. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The room was small, but as advertised!

The location was fantastic and the staff were great and they arranged an excellent day trip to Sintra for me. The lobby and bar are beautiful and they offer you a free welcome drink at the bar.

The room was otherwise comfortable but the shower and toilet were very oddly placed, like separate wardrobes and were really tiny, almost like airline bathrooms. Also i think the walls were wafer thin and even a phone conversation could be heard from the neighbouring room. So I would reduce my overall rating for this hotel because of this.

We loved Browns Boutique Hotel. EVERYTHING was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I want to give a big shout out to Beatrice. She was incredible and always willing to help. Beatrice was passionate about her job and is a big asset to Browns boutique. It also happened to be my husband's birthday and they sent up a bottle of Champagne and shared their best wishes. We will definitely being staying at Browns boutique, the next time we are in Lisboa!

Great location ! Beautiful boutique hotel with large room and comfortable bed. Really great lobby/restaurant with thoughtful decorating and excellent drinks. Staff was wonderful!! (Thanks to Alfonso for the upgrade to a better room!) Great hotel collection (Browns Boutique/Central/Downtown/Rossio) and we really liked the location of the hotel since we walked most places.

The WiFi was slow and not password protected. Also/ because of the great location be aware you’ll hear noise if you sleep with the windows open since it is in a very central location.
