This is a beautiful apartment and a great location. Almost evrything about the apartment was great. I was missing a desk and a chair but one of the cleaners gave me a chair so I could make a desk and a chair so I apprecite that assistance.

The problem was the internet that I was told was fast which it was until all the guests started to use it after 9 PM and then it was awful. One of my very important zoom calls I had to cancel. Additionally, the water drain was clogged when I washed the clothes, and the spin cycle didn't work, so the clothes remained very wet. At 9 PM, water started dripping from above my bathroom as they used the washing machine above me. I called the property, and no one was working to come out to look. It was fixed the next day, but it wasn't enjoyable, and there was water in my bedroom and bathroom floor.

Excellent location near main attractions in Lisbon. Apartment was beautiful , conveniently located near subway, tram and train stations to move around. Of course many places were reachable by walking. Only limitation was parking in our case since we were on a road trip. However we parked our car in the Vasco de Gama shopping center and reached the apt by taxi paying a reasonable fee of less than $20. I highly recommend this place. Checking in and out was easily done remotely. Loved it!

Everything was great! Even more! If someone wants to visit Lisbon and be satisfied with their accommodation - this is the place I recommend. First: Booking.com had organized a wonderful meeting for me with the driver Paulo, who helped us with our luggage and drove us to the accommodation address in Baixa for free, which is the very center of Lisbon. Second: Here, after about 6-7 minutes, Fabio came, who fully assisted us with the accommodation. The apartment is large, spacious, with air conditioners (heating/cooling) in the bedroom and living room. All towels were changed every day, and the apartment was cleaning during the time we were on trip. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, toaster, electric kettle and microwave, and even a washing machine. And across the street, 10-12 meters from the front door, there is a wonderful small restaurant that I recommend. They cook extremely delicious food! All the main landmarks are within a 10-30 minute walk from the apartment: The Elevator from the beginning of the 20th century, the Carmelite Church, which remained as a monument to the devastating earthquake of 1.11.1755, the Church of St. Nicholas, the Monastery of St. George, Commerce Square, Rossio Square, the Maritime Station... We liked everything.

The check in process was easy, I have done the check in at home. We got a code from the digital shop for entering to the apartment. The use of the code was very comfortable. The apartment were very clean and well equipped. It is in the center of Baixia, the location is perfect.

The air condition is only at the salon and one of the rooms, the two other room doesn't have air condition, and I think it is necessary. The elevator reach only the forth floor, so we had to carry all the luggage from the forth floor to the fifth floor by foot, also we had an adult woman with age of 80 and she had difficulty to climb the stairs.

The location was perfect for our family of 4. There are a number of amazing local restaurants nearby and the apartment is surrounded by a shopping area. The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There is also a lift.

Nothing much apart from you need to pay one euro for the washing machine capsule, which we didn't know beforehand. However you can always bring your own.

Apartment was amazing, big enough, in very city center, safe, in the middle of all amenities, easy approachable by walk, with lift. Cleaning service and towels daily. I recommend.

Grade 9 goes as per difficulties in communication with customer service, very superficial and vague replies. We also had issue with check in as all goes with kiosk in entrance so if you are not comfortable with digital technology you can expect some difficulties.

Nice apartment at the best location in Lisbon. Metro station 2 minutes away. Very close to main attractions. Easy self check in and out. Comfortable bedroom and spacious bathroom.

Cleaning was not very good. There was a glass and a bottle under the bed from the day we arrived until the day we left. Also there was a broken door handle, some lights didn't work and some windows did not open. Need better cleaning and caring!

Great location, nicely laid out flat with excellent kitchen/cooking facilities. Excellent clean bathroom/shower. Beds comfortable (mattress quite firm) Plenty of pillows/towels Very clean. Friendly cleaning lady.

The air conditioning was difficult to get working (not intuitive and no instructions). it worked well but left us all with a sore throat (maybe needs cleaning) Lack of lighting in the bedroom - very dim and no bedside lamps.

The location, the cleanliness, the facilities, the beds and pillows, the check-in and check-out process. The next time I come to Lisbon, this is where I will put up - no questions!

The strong smell of the cleaning liquid used to clean unit before we checked in. The apartment's phone was a dummy. I had an eSim so didn't have a number from where I could call someone if I needed help. But this is no t a big deal and I'm nitpicking here.

1. Location was great, just a block away from the the busy Rua Augusta. Plenty of food options nearby. 2. It has a washing machine. Really comes in handy when we’re traveling for a long period of time. 3. The ‘contactless’ check in / check out process. Everything was done online, even when we arrived and had to get our apartment through the kiosk, I liked not having the tedious process of dealing with people personally. All the instructions were clear and we checked in and out smoothly. 4. Plenty of storage space and hangers for clothes.

1. Creaky floors. The noise can be distracting at night. 2. Street noise can be heard even with all the windows closed.
