Front desk staff were phenomenal - always helpful and friendly. During two mornings of our 3-day stay, they had “breakfast boxes” done up for us because we had to leave the hotel (to go on side-trips) prior to the breakfast room opening. This involved four breakfast boxes on two days (as there were four of us). When we asked for information, they would even go out into the street to give us directions. They all could not have been nicer or more helpful. Another lovely thing was they brought up a lovely cake to welcome us back as we had stayed there two years ago! The rooms, the lobby, and hallways were all clean, comfortable, and impeccable.

We had an exceptional stay. The room was very clean and the windows were very thick so they blocked out noise from the street. Housekeeping was able to provide a mattress topper so our bedding was more comfortable. Overall, the hotel was in a central location so it was very easy to travel around. I also truly appreciated the staff, they were phenomenal at check-in and they even provided a birthday cake for me to make my stay extra special.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

The location was perfect, the hotel was right in the city center and we could walk out to most of the city sites. Parking was 5 minutes away from the hotel and had a discount from the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a bit bigger, less noisy room. The room was clean.

The rooms are pretty small. Very loud noise from air condition grills in non-city-view rooms, so loud that we went to ask if we could get upgraded to a less noisy room. Luckily, they were helpful and gave us another room (city view), otherwise, we wouldn't be able to sleep at all. The bed was not so comfortable.

The location, the cleanliness of the room & most of all the friendly & efficiency of the staff. Especially as l had to stay an extra night, then l have transferred to Rossio Plaza for another 2 nights due to the Air Canada dispute. I am about to go downstairs to see if l can stay at least another 2 nights, depending on when l can get a flight back to Toronto. My time & experiences in Lisbon have been wonderful. I can’t fault anything

Nothing, all has been more than l expected

The hotel was in a quaint area, it’s a pedestrian only area and was close to the Rua Augusta , Praca de Comercio and the Rossio Square. Had lots of opportunities to explore the area. Food places were everywhere, shopping stores were around too. Although as a person with reduced mobility, Lisbon is quite challenging, I think I’d stay here again next time.

The official website wasn’t working so I had a hard time booking.

The location is fabulous, the view from the room is a 100 on a scale of 1 to 10.very clear and a little romantic

Not all the people at the front are friendly and attentive. It was reported that the closet door, which is also the door to the room, was having problems and we left and no one ever came to see what was going on. Be careful with what you consume from the mini bar, even if you replenish it and in larger quantities, that won't matter. They will charge you for what you consumed, so don't try to replenish it because they won't care.

it was right by the arc de Augusta ! the streets are lively , the staff are lovely !

the shower drain wasn’t working properly and the water was almost overflowing the shower and up to our ankles

Staff was friendly and attentive. Located near the water in the middle of the pedestrian shopping area of the old town. Close to shops, restaurants, public transportation. Loved the complimentary glasses of port in the lobby.

Bath was large and the shower was fine. Room was a little small and not much of a view. A fair amount of street noise from down below in the late evening.

The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep. The nearest Metro station is about a 5-10 minute walk with easy access to the airport. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and informative. There was port and pastel de nata available each day in reception, which was a lovely touch. There is a lift to all floors. Our room was very small but was nicely decorated, clean and serviced every day. The aircon worked well, and the shower was powerful and hot. We were room only and didn't have any meals in the hotel so can't comment further on the restaurant facilities. Although in a busy area with lots going on, we were never bothered by noise.

Our room was very small for a standard double and for the price paid, but other than that everything was great.

Brilliant location as right next to shops, restaurants and transport links. Hotel is bright and modern and exceptionally clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast and also complimentary custard tarts and Port at reception. Just a fantastic place.
