Where do you start? Large room, great bed, welcome bottle of wine, daily replenishment of refrigerator items (eggs, cheese, yoghurt, butter, fruit, milk, granola) plus a bag of fresh rolls, croissants, Portuguese custard tarts, hung on the door each morning! - a coffee machine with capsules! - a washer dryer, bath robes, and the list goes on. The staff without exception were excellent, especially Alex who checked us in and came up to give us a run-down of the apartment’s features. We saw him often in the week we stayed. The location was brilliant. Close to restaurants, landmarks and transport.

The rooms were equipped with everything that you would require - daily breakfast of freshly baked croissants, bread rolls , pastel de nata delivered to your room every morning in a calico bag to a fridge full of basics like fruit, cheese, butter, jams , granola . Everything was thought of - first aid kit, makeup wash cloth , bottle of wine . Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way if needed. The hotel was central to many places . The room we had had a balcony which was lovely to use .

Excellent place _ super nice staff. Don't hesitate to ask for more coffee if you need in the morning, they will bring it to your door in no time. Middle of Lisboa, ideally placed near shopping and cultural areas and 10 min walk from the sea front. Very modern, clean and well equipped appartment.

Apartment really nice, clean and comfortable. Location perfect. Staff friendly.

Breakfast was really limited, no special area and you need to cook them yourself.

The staff at this property were exceptional and very helpful, going above and beyond, Location was also excellent within walking distance to train stations and ferry terminal.

The bed was easily one of the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. Bed linens were of very poor quality as was the mattress cover. Towels in bathroom again very poor quality. Floor rug was dirty and chairs at dining table worn as was the headboard.

Great location, lovely apartment with amazing facilities and breakfast included every morning which we could have in the comfort of our apartment. Friendly staff who were always helpful. One of the only apartments we stayed in in Europe which had shampoo as well as conditioner which was great! Also separate recycling & organic bins in kitchen which was very environmentally friendly! Would thoroughly recommend this Accom to anyone visiting Lisbon!

An extra bin just for rubbish in the kitchen would have made it more convenient although this is only a small thing and there were bins we could use in the bathrooms.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was on the corner and we had 4 windows that overlooked 2 streets. Loved that we could open the windows for fresh cool air (we were here in May) and lovely views. Each morning, on time, we had fresh croissants, seeded rolls, and the country's favorite-Pastel de Nata delivered to our door. Because of the kitchen and dining table, we were able to brew tea/coffee and have our fresh breakfast. (milk, butter, and eggs were in the refrigerator as part of the room package). We were within short walking distance to everything, including the Metro. The location was perfect and easy to navigate to any of our tourist destinations. The room was clean, comfortable, and a nice layout for a quick rest between eating/shopping, and for sleeping. I have zero complaints, except one that is common for all hotels/apartments; the check in time. International flying from the US arrives early in European countries and after an all night flight, you just want to go to your room to freshen up.

Location was great, on a pedestrian street with only trollies, but that does mean you need to walk with your luggage to the hotel from a street that the taxi can drive on. Not a big deal for us because we travel light. The room was amazing with 2 bedrooms and two baths (parents traveling with two sons ages 18 and 20) so we had plenty of room and personal space. The fresh bread delivery each morning for breakfast was great when paired with the items in the refrigerator. Reception was available during normal hours for questions.

The bed was loud due to the plastic covering on the mattress and the sheets were loud as well. Bed was not super comfortable.

The location is excellent, just off a main walking promenade and close to the water and many sites. The room is basic but well laid out with most needs met for amenities. The “make your own breakfast” with supplied ingredients is unique and allows you to decide if you want a small or big breakfast to start your day. The bed is comfortable and unit 205 is fairly quiet. This unit overlooks a side street facing north so it gets indirect sunlight. Strong wifi, never had any issues. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and were always ready to assist us or offer suggestions.

Everything was pretty good. Some extra kitchen items like a toaster, some cooking utensils and coat hooks for hanging jackets would be helpful. Small suggestions for sure. We couldn’t connect to the wifi speaker so that was disappointing.

Amazing location, excellent service and breakfast delivered each morning. Clean and comfortable studio apartment with complimentary wine and everything in the fridge included (milk, eggs, cheese, yoghurt) which they replace each day. They even added a spare bed for an additional third person who joined our trip last minute at no extra cost. Alex on reception was super helpful, friendly and professional. Great place to stay in Lisbon with nice views of the city from the apartment balconies, could even see the castle! 10/10 stay

Nothing - everything was perfect Maybe some juice with breakfast would be nice :)
