Nice apartment in the central part of Lisabon. Only 2 things disappointed us. Expected an apartment with balcony as it was shown in pictures, but in fact we got the one without balcony. So, for those who wants a balcony as we wanted - probably should contact the host first and double check the availability. Second thing - both rooms of our apartment were on the street, where the tram goes and it quite busy in general from the early morning hours. But the worst thing - the reconstruction works on the front building just in front of the apartment's windows! Sure thing - it is not forever, but my recommendation - to discuss this with your host before your trip. Else, apartment was nice, enough space and so on. Very nice bathroom - modern and attractive design. Building is just in the center, so perfect location! In the end, we liked our stay (thing with balcony - it is just mine disappointing, because I love to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony :-) )

Best location to stay in Lissabonin. Room was big enough for 3 people family. They clean room everyday. Self check-in was easy.

(The renovation started immediately at 8am, and is was really loud.) The renovation is of course not your fault . One family can’t not do self check-in and I was there to help them, But it didn’t work and we try to call/contact to apartment many times and no one ever answered.

The property is in a fab location, modern , well kept and works well for a stay in Lisbon with kitchen and living room , which was great as we were a family and not eating our for every meal.

The dishwasher didn’t work on our arrival we were informed. It wasn’t fixed during out 6 day stay, meaning we had to wash multiple dishes everyday as we are travelling with allergies so unable to eat our for all meals. No token gesture/ refund was given. The virtual reception works well, however when we left with too few towels, we were unable to get anymore as the building is locked as it isn’t staffed after 5.

A great location easy to access from the train stations, exciting part of Lisbon but not noisy, we appreciated the air con & the washing machine plus being able to buy washing detergent from the daily house keepers. The lift is helpful & the kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. There are supermarkets close by & we cooked on 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms clean & modern.

We found check-in to be tricky; the communication was good but the instructions complicated & in the end we needed to make a phone call to sort out the codes etc.

The apartment was a good choice for our stay. It was quiet, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location was ideal—just a short walk to tourist attractions and good restaurants, yet tucked away on a relatively quiet street. Public transportation was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the area. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I can recommend.

When hardly any noise can be heard from the street (3rd floor apartment), noisy neighbours upstairs can be a nuisance. Building works going on next door but not a problem if you are out during the say.

Studio apartment, located in the back of the building, not much of a view and a little dark so need the lights on when in the apartment. Bed comfortable, nice cupboard to keep your clothes and suitcases out of the was. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and nicely decorated. Bath comfortable with storage space, I love a well designed bathroom. Water pressure in the shower excellent. Bonus daily cleaning which was amazing. Dishwasher and soap pod!! Washer/ drier and for 1 euro you can get a soap pod. Good location to access tours and restaurants. Supermarket next door, perfect for picking up snack/ breakfast items. Check in was easy with no issues and fairly quiet, no noise disturbances.

No real complaints just a suggestion - leave instructions on English for operating the washer/drier and dishwasher please. I did write to the owners about a smell when we first came to the apartment, did not hear back but it improved after the first day. Would stay again so did not put me off.

If you carefuly follow all instructions that you get by email the check-in procedure is very smooth and easy. The location is absolutely fantastic, many interesting points on walking distance. If you have a very early departure flight as we had, the Uber can take you directly from the door which is not always possible elsewhere.

The apartment is okay for a short stay, especially if you are coming "home" after long walking day late in the night just for shower and bed. The cleanness could be better and the sofa in the living room should definitely be exchanged (it was old, dirty and extremely uncomfortable.

Location is excellent, spacious, with mini market next door. Plus daily house keeping whom provide ample towels/ and bed sheets changed at request with bed made daily. The water bottle provided on arrival was a nice touch. The owners reply promptly which is great.

There is building work opposite , which starts from 8am. This is loud!!! Some basic things such as napkins, pepper/ salt/ oil would be useful. The heater in the living room works but there is no remote available for the one in bedroom, there can get cold. But there is additional duvet in the cupboard.

Locations, cleanliness, the size of the rooms, and that they cleaned it everyday.

The check in staff was a bit rude. It was totally my mistake. I didn’t realize there were two codes to check in for the two rooms, but instead of being patient about it, the person on the phone was just rude! Oh and the laundry machine. Make sure you read the instructions. You can’t open the machine until 2 hours after it finishes drying. My nephew had to leave with a couple of shirts in the machine, since we had a flight to catch.

The location of the apartment is supreme, in the heart of Lisbon's city center. The apartment is spacious with all amenities. The host provides a daily housekeeping and cleaning service, which was honestly flawless and made a big difference to our stay. The building is equipped with locker rooms, which were a great way for storing our luggage even after our check-out. Highly recommend staying here!

The wifi at the apartment went off for a few hours, but it was instantly looked into and fixed by the building managers. No further complaints.
