The property has amazing location, close to everything, restaurants, attractions, the beach side, tram and train stations. The service is amazing, the manager Sandrina and the whole crew are incredibly nice and attentive. Before I booked it, I was worried about the noise as it’s so close to the tram line, turned out we could barely hear it as the windows are double glazed/sound proofed. Also the tram service stops during night time. The facilities are all new and clean. It has everything we need, they even give you small packs of olive oil which comes in very handy when we cook.

The apartment is in a great location in the oldtown, close to plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants. The apartment itself was fantastic - really clean and spacious. I really liked that they had a daily room cleaning service as part of your stay if you wanted it (hang a sign on the door - hotel room style) , so when you got back after a day out, the beds were remade, rooms tidied and coffee capusles restocked! The lady at reception was really friendly & helpful. 10/10 - highly recommended!

One small point to note which is not a complaint - but a simple fact. The lift up to the upper levels is a fairly compact four-person lift (this is the nature of renovated older buildings) which might affect some people, my daughter was not a fan!

You could not imagine a better location for visiting Lisbona, as it is placed in an historical building next to the Rua Augusta, just at the heart of historical Lisbon - and despite it, at night it is extremely quiet (at least, in early June). All public transportation are really nearby. The building has been renewed, but the apartments mantain their fine historical athmosphere. Our accomodation was suitable also for a prolonged staying, as it was perfectly furnished. The hospitality personnel were very welcoming and helpful.

Our apartment (quite big and yet the smallest at our floor) was perfect for a couple, but a bit unfit for a family of four people. However, the only real drawback was the lack of courtains in the living room, that allows a very bright interior, but might cause a problem at night if someone has to sleep on the sofa-bed. We are sure it will be easily fixed.

This apartment is located just next to Rua Da Augusta the main shopping street. Super convenient to travel around and the tourist attractions are just within 5-15 mins walking distance and surrounded by bus, tram and metro. It’s very rare to find such a spacious apartment with all the amenities you need - full kitchen, fridge, washing machine, dryer, dish washer and lift in such a perfect location and daily cleaning of course! In summary, this place is recommended for family or group of friends.

The apartment is right next to a church and there will be bell ring intermittently. The floor and wall are thin so you can hear upper floor walking/running but most people should be out most of the time.

1. THE STAFF: Very friendly, kind, and helpful. The receptionist was always so gracious and kind. We were given presents for Christmas and New Year as a token of good faith for staying long-term. The cleaning staff were very kind and thorough with their cleaning. 2. THE LOCATION: Amazing location! Central to everything and yet quiet as Rua Da Prata is not allowed to be driven on by cars and other vehicles. 3. CLEANLINESS : Very clean. 4. COMPLETE KITCHEN WITH WONDERFUL AMENITIES : As we stayed for around 3 weeks, it's important to have a well-equipped kitchen.

1. For long-term stays, consider adding a Smart TV that has Netflix and other channels in English. 2. Add a big bowl in the kitchen for salads or mixing.

The location can't be beaten - it's very convenient for sightseeing in Lisbon and for day trips out of Lisbon. There are lots of options for eating out and self catering close by. It's a lovely apartment, very well appointed, spacious, light filled and most importantly it's quiet. If anything, the photos don't really do it justice. We found having a reception desk was a huge bonus and the two Anas at reception were very friendly and helpful. We arrived after 6pm when reception closes, but the instructions for self check in we were given were very simple and worked perfectly.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment, within walking distance of most sights and public transit. Very close to Alfama and Rossio square. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Many good restaurants right outside the door or around the corner. I recommend Taberna de Baixa and Taberna o Lis, and an Indian restaurant, Swaagat, Taste of India. Finally, I cannot express enough our appreciation for the desk clerk, Ana, who was extremely helpful and accommodating from the very beginning of our trip to the end. She arranged transfers to and from the airport seamlessly and quickly, even when we changed plans. Answered any and all questions we had. And she was always patient and smiling. Thank you so much, Ana. We loved our stay here, and we loved Lisbon.

My only criticism is the two safes inside the apartment did not work. But the apartment lobby and building seemed very secure, so we were not too worried about our luggage and belongings while we left for the day.

We loved everything! The room size was perfect for us, we were traveling with a baby so it was great to have a bedroom and living room. The kitchen was fully equipped, the location was good, close to main elevators, shopping and restaurants :) Lastly, the staff was very nice and willing to help us. Hope to come back soon.

If I have to look for sometime I didn't like, I would say that there was construction right outside the hotel entrance so we had to hop over the sidewalk to get in but I assume this is temporary. Also, there is a church with bells ringing several times a day across the street, but it didn't really bother us and didn't wake up the baby :)

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we want to extend our gratitude to Anna and Anna, who warmly welcomed us and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is superb—just a 5-minute walk from the subway and a large supermarket, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. And if something isn’t walkable, the nearby public transport makes it easy to reach. The apartment itself is perfectly equipped. It was also spotless—impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Great location! The apartment had a "clean" decoration which we liked. Sometimes, less is more. We could see the quality details: Bordalo Pinheiro, Vista Alegre,... We didn't cook, but we had some food delivered and the kitchen had everything we needed for the meal. Well done!

The only thing was the housekeeping. The first day, it was great, the other two days, not really up with the level/price. However, this was a minor subject, it didn't spoil the overall experience.
