Excellent location for those visiting Parque das Nações and then going to the airport. Room was spacious and had quite a nice view. The hotel has an elevated feel. We were 4 ( 2 adults 2 kids) staying in a room and the hotel prepared extra beds free of charge.

Some of the reception staff did not seem to want to be there or speak to guests, no complaints about the ones that actually made themselves available to help us out. The shower in our room was leaking water out of the tub when showering which was a bit annoying. It would also have been nice with a menu in the room of the restaurant in the hotel.

Everytime I am in Lisboa I stay here. It's not in the center but I enjoy this location very much. The staff is always really nice, especially at breakfast. And that's what I like the most the staff and the breakfast options. The rooms are also delightful.

I think this may be due to the age of the hotel. The A/C in some rooms don't give that chilled environment. I have stayed before and my room got nice and cold but not this time. It was warm not uncomfortably warm. It just never got cold in the room and sometimes I like a cold room. But being on the 12th floor with a balcony ...helped. Still will be good to service the A/Cs. Especially in the summer

No question about that and it was great staff and communication for translator with my cellphone and one night however, it was too expensive. I like the view over windows etc. Unfortunately, there is no microwave only having a mini refrigerator... I hopefully revisit them again someday for them...

They need to be remodeled or updated everything inside the rooms and need to add socket plugs/ USB near bed and table or desk above top not on under floor than stand table by lamp. A/c and heater need electronics with digital rather than analog control. In the bathroom, the hair dryer needs to be new and better. Needs to set up a microwave in each room in the future

The fact we were told to check out not on the right day (a day before the end of the reservation), might be by mistake but still it happened and wasn’t compensated back with the money we were charged for the day we didn’t stay .. and needed to pay for another night in another hotel because of that and twice paying city taxes as well on the same day (at first the reason was you didn’t return the second key, which wasn’t working from the start and it was returned second after giving the key expecting to be refunded with the daily payment and taxes, we were told to wait for the manager tomorrow and coming tomorrow saying she will be here the following day)

Great location, comfortable executive modern rooms. Very good bed and facilities.

The only negative was when I asked for the kettle (which is free to request). The element inside seemed covered in something and had a really bad smell. I tried to use it by boiling and discarding the first time and tried to drink the second. The second batch of boiled water stank too and I tossed it and didn't use it again. I didn't bring it up with reception because there was little time to do so but it was surprising because otherwise everything was fine.

Plenty of facilities just around the corner. This hotel is very well located, with a Vasco da Gama Bridge view. Close to Vasco da Gama mall with plenty of restaurants, and stores. Oriente is the Closest «central station» where busses, trains, metros and other choices of transports to anywhere you want to go. There are only 2,3 stops by trem to Santa Apolónia station where museum do fado is located.

The only issue is the Bath tub which licking throught a gap and the shower which was difficult to gets a right temperatura.

Everything was good, the staff are very friendly and nice. Always there to assist with any matter. The location is excellent as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel provides all facilities.

The only downside was that the cleaning crew would come into the room and ask us to leave so they could clean. It would be much better if they waited until guests naturally left or cleaned around us instead of asking us to step out especially when we’re in our pajamas, which I, of course, refused to do.

Decoration was very good. Housekeeping were spotless and would even clean the room during the afternoon without request. The whole hotel is beautiful and is very well located.

Even though I've kept the towels hanged they've changed it every day. Not something I'm complaining, but I've hanged them expecting to be kept and save water on the cleaning, as they noticed on a bathroom note. The front office desk could be more attentive, especially when a client is waiting to be attended. Although there's nothing the hotel could do, my room was on a side where it has a train sation right in front - it would be appreciated if they'd inform during the check-in that it could get noisier by 8am

Perfect location (very close to the office). Very good view of the Tagus river from the top floors. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Will visit again if I have to travel again to Lisbon.

The rooms could be refurbished at some point. The main restaurant too. In the bathroom, it took me some time to understand how to get hot water in the shower... Despite these minor things, the stay was great overall and I will probably probably come back if I have to travel again to Lisbon in the future.

Super hotel! First of all, a great location and very comfortable beds. But most importantly, the staff is very helpful! My trip was for 6 days. I made a reservation through Booking a month and a half in advance. Upon check-in, I paid for all 6 days. However, due to personal reasons, I had to leave after 3 days, and the hotel refunded me all the money for the unused days! It was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this hotel!
