This hotel was amazing. From the beautiful lobby, to the excellent breakfast, to the incredible view, to the even better spa - we loved every second of our stay. We visited during out last night of our honeymoon and they made us feel so welcome and provided two surprises that made our stay really memorable. Loved our time here!

We had an incredible stay and if we had to provide any critical feedback it would just be the trade off on the location. Its very close to the airport but farther from the city center. However, it was a cheap cab ride to the hustle and bustle of Chiado and the other neighborhoods

We had an excellent holiday at Myriad. Everything was great. The hotel is located on a promenade. So you can have a relaxing walk along the Tagus river. There are a lot of play ground around the hotel, that our children appreciated more than anything... And a lot of restaurants really close. The views from the room were outstanding day and night. The staff was kind, welcoming and walked the extra mile to make sure everything was going according to your expectations. We are planning of coming back in the future.

Nothing to complain about. We left on the day of the Iberic peninsula electricity blackout. We thank the staff for providing us with some water to have on the road. Probably for those who still had to stay there, a generator for the elevators, reception and bathrooms would have been of use.

The hotel is located right on the Tagus River and our room had a view of the Vasco de Gama bridge in the distance. The hotel is within walking distance of the Oriente station and the Vasco de Gama shopping center. There are two dozen open-air restaurants lining the Alameda dos Oceanos, the main promenade along the river between the hotel and the station. The hotel restaurant opens up onto the water and there is nightly entertainment. Cab service to the airport is readily available on the drive each morning. We took the train in from Porto and needed to be near the airport but did not want a hotel with a “near the airport” feel. This property delivered… and more. A beautiful, contemporary hotel closes to a variety of cuisine options and shopping situated on a tree lined promenade along the river.

My partner Emily and I stayed at Myriad Hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our occasion memorable, surprising us with a bottle of chilled champagne, a beautiful arrangement of roses, and a selection of chocolates in our room upon arrival. Their thoughtfulness set the tone for a truly special stay.The service throughout was impeccable, with every member of staff demonstrating warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort. From the seamless check-in to the attentive care during our breakfast at the restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean, elegantly appointed, and offered a serene atmosphere that perfectly suited our romantic getaway.We were particularly touched by the small, personalised gestures that showed the staff had taken the time to understand the significance of our visit. We cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious experience. We look forward to returning.

Spa could do with a update and treating

I had a truly lovely time at Myriad by SANA. The hotel has breathtaking views of the river and the Vasco da Gama bridge. The room was large, stylish, with a jacuzzi bathtub, soft bed, and embroidered linens — everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding — very healthy and diverse, with lots of vegetables, fruits, berries, more than 10 types of cheese, delicious pastries, hot dishes, and fresh juices. A real treat every morning! The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel is close to the cable car, Oceanarium, and the Vasco da Gama shopping center. Getting to the old town by Uber/Bolt only costs 6–10 euros. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return one day!

Is a special one with great views and a very high feel good factor. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are polite. Location is extremely good.

One detail escaped for a full 10. When you need to go out of hotel early (before breakfast) and although you payed full breakfast you get a breakfast pack (good and standard) but the quality of this pack leaves really a lot to be desired and needs to be highly improved to the standard of the hotel…

This hotel is right along the water, so the view is super cool. The swimming pool area is fun with some spa services and complimentary drinks and snacks, and I was greeted with some welcome treats. The breakfast was tasty—I would have loved to enjoy it for longer but had an early flight to catch! It's definitely not in the heart of Lisbon but it's convenient to the airport and the Oriente train station is easily walkable to get around the city. Staff was friendly, as well (and compliments to the bar staff for making a mean cocktail)!

If you grab your key card when you leave, everything resets. That means when you come back in, the TV is on, the shades are drawn, and you have to readjust any settings you had.

We came in on the day that the power failed in Portugal and Spain - April 28, 2025. The place was a madhouse due to the sudden influx of stranded travelers like us. The staff was exceptionally nice, very friendly and helpful with everything on the day that we arrived. The friendly, excellent service continued throughout our stay for the next two days as we waited for a new flight to return to Germany. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the quality of the food, the excellent staff and the amazing location with every room having a nice view of the river. Based on the typical rating scale of 1 through 10, this Hotel is a 12!

Everything was excellent

Beautiful hotel, amazing food, but above all the customer service was by far the best we had experienced in Portugal. And we have lived here 7 years and have been to really amazing hotels, restaurants etc Myriad is by far the best. Dora from the front desk made us feel so welcome, she made a custom card for us and sent us a glass of moscatel wine with pastel de natas as a gift, because she knew how we just came back from the airport with a nightmare from hell with a ruined honeymoon because of Turkish airline’s negligence. Dora was there to help us feel better and have a relaxing stay. Every single person in Myriad hotel is a star quality employee, we both hope that Myriad Hotel knows just how lucky they are to have Dora and the rest of the excellent employees they have there. Thank you for everything!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful room, decently clean, wonderful views. Slippers, nice towels, comfortable bed and a lovely swing by the window. Great teas and drinks, big terrace, fantastic location with a local bus round the corner taking you to the city center. Wonderful for walking and a quiet stay away from tourists. Lovely staff, way better than years ago. The hotel has improved in my opinion, though the prices also increased significantly. Restaurants don't have the greatest choice, but there's plenty of restaurants around the hotel and of course in the center. Reasonably short walk to the metro Oriente, about 10-15 min, where you have many buses taking you straight to Rossio and Cais do Sodre.

The spa is a disappointment, the treatments not the best, products used contain mineral oils, massage left me bruised. Bathrobes should be bigger, they are barely big enough for an average sized person. Breakfast was disappointing, had to buy my own because I didn't want to ask every day to have oat milk brought to my table. So many cheese choices, but no goat or sheep, at least not clearly indicated, which is weird seeing how many people can't or shouldn't eat cow's milk products.
