Breakfast was really good Location was near the airport which was what we needed Wify was excellent in the room The bed was really comfortably BB Hotel is a chain that we will consider for our next trip!

The room we stayed in was small although it had anything we needed, but I have noticed that you have different options for people that need to stay longer. We will ask for more space if we need it I suggest that you have a person dedicated to the reception. I called several times once during the morning and nobody answered. I tried in the afternoon and someone pick up the phone finally!

Breakfast was good, room comfortable, good bathroom. Staff really friendly, check in easy. They allowed us to leave our luggage with them during the day we checked out, so we could go into Lisbon - that was really helpful of them.

We had a minor issue with the system that issues room cards being down, after an update. This meant that the staff had to let us in and out of our rooms on the evening of our arrival. They were actually great about it, and it wasn't their fault. It was fixed in the morning. A bar would be useful!

Hotel fits the need, as in comfortable and very near airport. Easy to find, easy to park in their good sized car park and easy to check in. Good sized room, comfortable double bed, lovely large shower with good towels. Everything was very clean. Air con meant we slept well. However, it is a little noisy if you have a road facing room. Breakfast was passable with a good range to choose from. But it was obviously cheap yoghurt, the bread rolls were really dry, the crossiants were burnt, and the coffee was mediocre. The best thing was being told I would have to wait 15 minutes for a clean spoon, as they were all in the wash! Usually a B&B breakfast is a good one, so maybe they were having an off day!

Great hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. We arrived late at night and were greeted well. The room was basic but clean, bathroom was better than in most hotels, shower and toiletries great. Breakfast was excellent value for money. The lounge area is well laid out and we were able to chill until it was time to go the airport, with free coffee on hand. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a syopover And would definitely use it again.

We had a room on a very noisy road. The windows were not well insulated.

Actually. I could say everything almost. The place was super clean and had clean sealed rooms. Shower is huge too. It's environment conscious. It's confortable, safe, and even has free coffee or other drinks. It has free WiFi, a huge reception. Staff was super nice too. It also has a big garage and the staff picked the phone up straight away once I called to ask about it prior to my arrival. This was a gem in the midst of a crazy Lisbon city.

It was excellent. Just small stuff as tips: maybe a little trash basket on the room to put trash

The staff were friendly and helpful. When our car didn’t have enough clearance to park in the car park, they let us park directly in front of the hotel for the night. We were able to stay with our two large dogs for €20 each. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

The aircon wasn’t very effective, so the room was a bit hot. We could open the window, but the street outside was busy traffic-wise. This was all only a minor inconvenience and we would stay here again.

The breakfast was okay, although most of the food was cold, but eatable and they ran out of plates. We did arrive 20 minutes before they closed, so could be that, but still food should be kept till they close in the same way as when they open.

All was okay, except that the Airconditioner was set yo heat only and we couldn't change it to be cooler. The room was really hot and all we could do was to open die one and only window in the room. Other than that it was fine.

We booked this last minute (and late at night), as our original accommodation was cancelled as we were flying to Lisbon. The hotel was super close to the airport, had parking and the staff were very helpful. A simple utilitarian hotel with breakfast and comfy beds and great showers.

As most of the rooms face onto the central courtyard, it could be a little noisy with people chatting in the courtyard if you want an early night.

Did not have breakfast (left at 04.30) It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient, and had a supermarket near enough for last minute shopping. Suitable for single night stay while traveling

The outside traffic went on until very late. There were no facilities for tea or coffee in the room, only on the ground floor, granted it was free of charge, but when you are tired from travelling long time it would be nice to be able to just stay in the room with a hot drink.

The hotel provided us with what we needed. A place to sleep for one night before taking the train to Porto. The shower was REALLY good, the best one out of all the places we stayed in Portugal. The bed was good and the staff were helpful when we needed some info. Supermarket just across from the hotel was convenient.

The really strong cleaning smell when we entered the room. Took some time to air it out, never went fully away. Would have been nice to have a restaurant close by as we were hungry and tired but the supermarket across the street saved us!
