A very nice modern hotel very close to the Lisbon airport. We stayed there on 2 separate occasions, 5 days apart. They have a free shuttle for pick up and drop off which is very convenient although for the 3 times we could have used the shuttle, only once was during the actual times that the shuttle was operating (restricted hours). Another great convenience was their luggage storage which we took advantage and was one of the reasons for selecting this hotel. Room was not overly large but was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a couple nights. Check in and check out was good. A restaurant on site is convenient as I'm not sure there are many other options for eating anywhere's close by as the neighbourhood appears to be quite commercial. Johnathan, the bar tender/server at the restaurant bar was great. He's very personable and welcoming. Convenient and secure, but limited, free parking at the hotel's entrance as well as parking on the street outside the hotel property. A great option for staying a couple nights near the Lisbon Airport.

Would have been nice to have an area within the hotel for purchasing snacks, drinks and other conveniences. Restaurant menu for lunch and dinner is the same menu. Might be nice to have a bit of variety for dinner vs. the options you had for lunch. There were torrential rains both times we were at the hotel. I don't understand why there isn't some sort of protective roof/covering over the hotel entrance to protect from the elements. It's quite a distance from where one would exit their vehicle to entering into the lobby so an overhead covering outside would be nice.

I saw other reviews that were critical of the size of the room, but honestly, it's an airport hotel, most stays are for 1 or mayne 2 nights. Yes, it's cozy, but we travel Carry on only so my wife's suitcase went on the chair, mine went on the desk, there was enough room. The bathroom iscozy as well,but the water pressure was great and lots of hot water. It was comfortable for us and we enjoyed our stay and had a good sleep. I really need to comment on the restaurant and its staff. We didn't know what to expect at a hotel eatery. The service was exceptional, from the young fellow who seated us and brought menus to the young lady who took our orders and served the food, to the bartender, who was a lot of fun. We felt welcomed and taken care of, and it was just what we needed after a lengthy travel day. The food was really, really good, the servings were substantial and very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend that you try this restaurant. Also they make a great Caipirinha! Obrigado!

The design and style of the hotel are really impressive! It’s a fairly new hotel, so everything feels brand new. Dinner and the service were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the garlic shrimp and hake fillets—they were delicious! The front desk was kind, check-in was fast, and the airport shuttle was seamless. Oh, and the bed was so comfy! It made for a really good night's sleep.

Breakfast was a bit underperforming compared to the quality of dinner. Also, it was disappointing that you can't change the A/C mode to heating—we’re still in winter, you know, and it was raining cats and dogs!

All parts of the premises are very clean and airy. It is 5 min €10 taxi from the airport if you arrive outside the airport shuffle times. The bed is firm but comfortable. All linen and pillows seem brand new. Reception offers electrical adaptors. Large tv, office desk and chair. Wardrobe has hangers, spare pillows, safe, hair dryer, slippers and toweling robes. The bathroom has 2 in 1 shampoo, body wash, shower caps. Wet clothes dried easily overnight in the bathroom, it has good dry air circulation. Soundproof room from airplanes overhead, but heard neighboring rooms alarms (not loud enough to wake you tho). Restaurant on site and room service available 24 hours (only 2 vegetarian options, vege tempura and a fired egg potato leek dish). Not much to see in this neighborhood, but its close to the airport which is all that matters. Free coffee (pods, creamer and machine in the room) were really tasty. Good water pressure in shower, has overhead 'rain' head and hand held one. Helpful friendly staff

Tv remote needs batteries changed, dailing zero on the phone did nothing, so had to go down to reception to order room service. Room isn't big, has king bed and enough room to walk either side, no more. Bathroom is similar, big enough to not feel cramped, but no more

The reception staff was great…I had put in a request for a quiet location and they ensured I got that. They explained all the features and amenities and were very helpful. It was wonderful they had a reasonably priced restaurant with great quality food and breakfast was great. The room was compact but very functional. Happy for the espresso machine and free coffee pods.

The bed was not comfortable…needed some softness and padding on top of what was there. I opened the window for air as their HVAC system was set for heat. It was fine like that until a group of people entered the atrium space in the center of the hotel and spoke loudly for more than an hour at 0445…after that it was quiet again.

The restaurant was very good, had dinner there. Was gone too early for breakfast. Room was modern and clean with good wifi and very good tv selection on a large tv. Staff helpful and friendly. Shuttle service free.

Shuttle dropped us at arrival not at departures(not certain why) so took time to figure out how to get to right area. Room was very small, which many people mentioned. Didn't really mind except when I had to open my suitcase and found it challenging. And rooms were definitely not sound proof from outside noise or other rooms...acceptable for me for the one night but not more.

Welcoming and helpful staff, no exceptions. Newly built facilities, modern but warm design, combining references to flying on the hallways, crayon drawing on the stairwells and pottery from a local artist in the rooms and the main hallway. A 10-min shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle service only offered to the airport as of this writing. Restaurant in premises, great food at reasonable prices. Very comfortable rooms, TV includes an option to access arrival and departure information for the international airports in Portugal. Shower with great water pressure -overhead and handheld. Breakfast well catered with hot and cold food options, including local fare.

Water leaked under the shower door when taking a shower. Property will be addressing this issue.

The hotel has character, being an aviator I loved the themed aspect and the one liners outside the rooms in the corridor walls. The location isn’t best but overall I was happy with the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and the young man in the bar from COLOMBIA was very friendly and helpful. Courtesy bus was reliable and on time so yes a nice hotel but not cheap at €90 not including breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was good value and as expected.

I came to Lisbon to deal with a family emergency. Unfortunately, as I arrived in Lisbon, I injured myself and ended up with a complete rupture of knee cap tendons. I almost crawled to the hotel. Joana who was at reception when I arrived at hotel, went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly supportive almost carrying me to a taxi to transport me to the hospital. I can't be more grateful to all the caring and compassion she showed. Ibis hotel this lady is incredible and represents the hotel with excellence. Thank you Joana! God bless you.

Though small, the room was very comfortable and fully functional. Very easy transport to/from airport which was particularly appreciated when leaving very, very early in the morning. The front desk staff were very helpful!

My flight left too early so I was unable to have breakfast. Would have been nice to have had some kind of breakfast package to take along. And while it was nice to have a coffee machine, it would have been better if there was any form of milk and sugar in the room.
