I booked this hotel for an overnight stay for my family of 4. I liked that the hotel was fairly new, affordable, close to the airport and offered free airport shuttle. I also liked how clean and modern the rooms were. The hotel also provides buffet breakfast for $10 per person. The food served on site was very good and tasty. The rooms have air condition, bathroom is modern, clean with a great shower; beds are comfortable and a small coffee maker and small fridge are located in the room. The staff are nice and informative most especially JoAnna was exceptional. Joanna was kind enough for scheduling us in a connecting room and scheduled the shuttle at no additional cost to pick us up in the morning at no additional cost. Joanna suggested the restaurant on site for meals and I’m glad she did because we did not have to leave to go out in search of food. I want to thank all the staff including the restaurant staff who helped to make our stay memorable.

The property was close to the airport but not close to the downtown area. We only stayed overnight to be able to catch our flight the next morning.

Nice hotel, comfortable room (we had a free upgrade to a larger room, so perhaps that's why it didn't seem cramped), and friendly and helpful staff. They even loaned me a luggage scale! The restaurant was small but sufficient. There's a large open area downstairs off of the restaurant that could be used for relaxation or get-togethers, but conversation noise can be high. I paid for parking and was able to park my rental in the front lot which was convenient for me to go in and out. I didn't have any problems with the shuttle.

There was a nice refrigerator and a small coffee machine but very few cups and no way to heat up water. I needed a microwave or water kettle, so I had to buy an electric kettle and leave it in the room because I had no room in my luggage. The airport hotel in Porto had the same issue, so I bought it to use at both places. I didn't have that problem at any of the other hotels we stayed at all over Portugal.

We requested and got a very quiet room which we appreciated before our 30 hr journey back to Australia! Staff are helpful and there's a nice outdoor courtyard space which is great before you have to face airport/planes for hours. We also had out flight out of Lisbon cancelled at 5am, and the hotel was very accommodating letting us come back and check back into our same room till 12pm - and were very accomodating letting us extend till 2pm for a fee - which honestly we were just grateful for and they didn't hurry us in any way. It meant we could retreat to a quiet room to rebook our flights etc and get some rest. Also just 5-10 mins to airport and they have a transport service for free which again was very useful as we were back and forth to the airport!

The hotel is close to the airport and is new and very modern. We were there two nights between flights. It offers a free shuttle service to get you and drop you off. The facility was very clean and well maintained. There was a good variety of breakfast items in the buffet although the eggs/meat were cool. We had a suite which was larger than the exceptionally small rooms. We enjoyed the aviation decor and enjoyed the pool table. Our meals were pretty good and the restaurant is popular with locals.

The bathroom, although very modern, really needs a shelf by the sink. The sink doesn’t have enough room for a toothbrush and we set our water glass on the faucet! We created a shelf by placing a folded towel on the grated ledge beneath the sink to hold our toothbrushes.

- perfect location near the airport and airport shuttle - rooms are a bit on the smaller side, so more suitable for a shorter stay, but nicely designed and with many nice touches, we didn't miss anything - team is so nice, professional and helpful, makes you feel welcome :) - top clean & tidy - big shower - had Lunch at the Restaurant, which was really good aswell

- Like in every Ibis Hotel we have been to, Check-in takes time...but this seems to be just the software they use, not the fault of the team - In-room dining could use a bit more veggie/vegan options (but there are one or two)

Thorough, friendly and welcoming check in from Gustavo. Although compact, the room's efficient layout made it feel adequately spacious for an overnight stay. Very clean room, comfy bed, great shower and reliable wifi. Appreciated having a restaurant for dinner within the building. Located close to airport with with prompt transfer service.

Booking the shuttle pick up was not the friendliest process. Was strange that you could only reserve one seat at a time versus booking seats for two people on the same reservation. Thanks to an early afternoon flight the following day, we were able to book a shuttle to the airport upon check in but had we needed an earlier shuttle we may have been out of luck (shuttle was fully booked for some of the earlier times).

For Euro 10.00 the breakfast and restaurant were very good and very pleasant. Front staff speaks English very well .... not so at the restaurant. Overall obeservation .... The Portuguais in general don't speak other languages ,,,, a little of this, a little of that. Our guide Diana Cruz spoke English perfectly well ...... She was The Perfect Tour Guide ... friendly, helpful, patient, well spoken, smart overall 100+++++ % Our driver Manuel was great too !!! Very pleasant and friendly and foremost an EXCELLENT DRIVER ..... MY MOST CORDIAL THANKS AND REGARDS TO THEM BOTH !

over all in PORTUGAL .... A COUNTRY SO DEPENDENT ON TOURISM ... NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE SPEAK FOREIGN LANGUAGES ....... !!!

We found the room and amenities (robes - which we didn’t use), slippers, toiletries, etc. very good and better than expected. The breakfast was very reasonably priced for what was included!! We especially appreciated the free shuttle service from and to the airport.

The room was tight for us with 2 suitcases (the attached private balcony was almost the same size, haha!! …. and the bed was small for two people (likely as a result of the limited space). The price was expensive considering the size of the room but the shuttle service and room amenities made up for it.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. When the shuttle service works, it is great. We were able to be picked up from the airport and we appreciated that.

Pulling suitcases on the carpet is not easy nor pleasant. The bed is rather small- if you are used to King size. On both occasions we were not able to use the shuttle to go to the airport as it was already fully booked for the time we needed. It doesn't seem possible to book ahead of time, which is fine once you know it. Also, it is relatively close to the airport so it was easy enough to get a Uber.

The Portuguese restaurant within the hotel was reasonably priced and some good food available. No other restaurants or cafes nearby - we walked around the area in search of something…..anything! The internal outdoor space for eating or drinking was essential.

Very strange location not as near the airport as we were led to believe. Mainly industrial and car hire areas. The room and bathroom were both modern but quite small. The free shuttle bus to the airport took about 20 minutes. It had to be booked in advance and took longer than we expected.
