Central location, 2 minutes away from the bus, metro and train station, a big supermarket in Centro Vasco da Gama and many restaurants nearby, spacious apartment, kitchen well equipped. Carlos was friendly, responsible and helpful. He made the check-in quick and easy.

Bath cubicle is spacious but built about around 8 inches above the ground and with narrow entrance, to step out of it after bathing is risky because of the slippery floor. Besides, water seeped through the crack between the doors and made a puddle after bathing. Sofa bed is hard to sleep on.

Clean, spacious, good location, accessible, staff was very polite and friendly. Waited more than one hour outside for me to reach the apartment and to check us in (our flight was delayed). Management was quick to respond to any questions as well. All rules and directions were clear. Check in and check out process was smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone!

A bit small for a 1 bedroom apartment but was ok

Location was fantastic. Apartment was spacious enough for my family .Beds were comfortable. Paulo addressed all are issues promptly. He was simply amazing. Thank u.

The washing machine had an issue but when informed Paulo he had it replaced. The toaster too was not working . The 3rd bathroom was a powder bathroom .

Clean and comfortable apartment, perfectly located (we have attended Web Summit, so being next to Altice Arena was just perfect for us). Beds were excellent, kitchen great equipped! Great public transport connection, bus stop in front of the building, metro station nearby. Vasco da Gama Mall and a lot of very good restaurants around...

The apartment is very comfortable and clean; has the basic appliances and the different details were well appreciated. The location is the best, close to metro, train, shopping center. I would definitely return to this place!

Maybe the AC would need some improvements. I wouldn’t go during summer since the AC cools ok but might be inefficient during summertime.

Location is excellent, just a fews steps from Oriente station and a 15 minute trip from the airport. The metro takes you to the old town in 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

No baisc toiletries like shampoo, conditioner. Also, the dishwasher tablets were very less. Nit enough garbage bags.

The location and facilities were excellent

I don't appear to have my deposit paid back. The shower fixing was loose in the double room. Plus we couldn't make contact by phone on arrival

Agent met at property to turn over keys, go over appliances and access to parking. Bus stop is in front of building. Train station and subway are near by. Close to restaurants and shops. Apartment is modern and fully furnished with washer and dryer, a definite plus.

Far from Lisbon center. Took us over 45 minutes to get to city center by bus. Buses are crowded and unreliable (waiting time was 45 minutes). Over 20 minutes by subway with changes.
