Hotel's location was near Metro but also possible to enter center on foot. Room is spacious enough, and there is possibility to park for free out of the hotel on the street. Breakfast is decent.

Limited park spots for free on the street. If it is high season be aware that you might not find a spot. Private Parking is also available on the other side of the street with a charge. Once we went for breakfast at 07:00-starting hour- but not all food options were ready. Needed to wait for 15-20 minutes. I do not consider it a major thing but for travellers who need to catch a flight time is important. Good to have: Three bottles of water provided only the first day. It would be nice to provide the room with more( renew it) on the next days while cleaning the room. .

Excelent breakfast, very polite and helpful staff. The room was cleaned every day with deligent care. It was a very good choice.

As we stayed 4 nights, it would be nice to get coffee capsules refilled.

The hotel is well located. It is very close to bus stops or metro station, so it is very easy to move to desired location. There are two supermarkets close so you can do small shopping. Also, two good restaurants close by. The breakfast was very good. The room was cleaned every day. We had very large bathroom.

Although the breakfast was rich and almost everything was there, it was every day the same. Since we stayed for whole week, some diversity would be welcomed. Also, the worst thing - there was always somone loudly talking outside of the hotel since our room was close to the entrance. It was worst thing, otherwise the feedback would have been much more positive. The windows were very small, like in a prison. TV was too small, so not even worth connecting Chromecast for evening watching. Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel, but I guess there are better as well.

Very well situated hotel, central and easy to reach, quiet area with mostly other hotels and offices. Our room was rather smallish, but well equipped and okay for 3 days as we were out most of the time. A large bathroom, just a pity the windows could not be opened. Bed very comfortable, we slept so well despite it was a single mattress (we had booked separate beds). Breakfast was nice with quite a choice. Good coffee machine which is not usual for hotels.

Staff was businessy friendly, but nothing more. A bit unusual for Portugal.

The hotel has a great location - about a 10-minute walk from Praça Marquês de Pombal (metro station, buses) and Parque Eduardo VII (nice park - great for a relaxing walk or even jogging). A few minutes walk from the hotel is the Burger King fast food restaurant and the Continente supermarket / grocery store. The hotel made a very pleasant impression on me, the staff were nice and smiling. The breakfast was amazing for me - real orange juice, classic scrambled eggs, bacon but also fresh pineapple (I love pineapple), yellow melon, kiwi, etc. This fresh fruit was the end of every breakfast I had. The selection of sweet pastries also included the traditional Portuguese (and very tasty) Pastel de nata. Since it was a business trip, I'll mention the details related to that. I appreciated the classic desk and chair, so I could work in the evening without any problems. The free hotel wifi worked quickly and without any problems. I was definitely very satisfied and would happily recommend this hotel to others. If I visit Lisbon again, I will definitely consider it.

My only small complaint is about the glass door to the bathroom - in my room it took more force to open it - a weaker, e.g. older person might have a problem with it. But it is possible that it was not a feature of the door, but its defect/damage.

Hotel is near to the Marques de Pombal square and the Liberdade avenue, therefore is a near, yet relax area to stay. Room was confortable, with nice decor touches and the water was VERY hot as I like it :-). Breakfast was good with a good selection between sweets, breads, some meats, fruits and vegetables. The breakfast room is relaxed but I recommend to go there before 8am. Staff was very friendly and felt safe to walk around during any moment of the day. Highly recommended if you want stay close to the city old center (20 minute walk) but in a relax not noisy area.

My only concern was the noises that the maids made while they were cleaning the upper rooms. Sometimes I wanted to stay in bed until 10am but wasnt possible due to the noises.

I recently stayed at Sana hotel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exceptionally quiet, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its fantastic location. It was just a short walk to the starting point of the sightseeing bus, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I could easily hop on and off throughout the day without any hassle. It was also very close to the metro to hop onto a train which is 3 stops to the city centre. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service and a prime location for sightseeing, I highly recommend Sana hotel. I will definitely be returning!

Small but modern and well equiped hotel, near the main square and city busiest artery - Avenida Liberdade. Near to the metro station and food store. Fridge in the room which is not always a given.. Very comfortable bed matrtress and 4 pillows. Extremely good breakfast for 3 star hotel!!!!

Very strange and small windows in the room, but that's architectural. Other things were ok.

Location even though its in the Center location is in small street so it’s quiet for sleeping. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and opens for 3:30 h with fresh dishes coming. Staff was helpful.

Rooms are on a smaller size if you come in pair. Hot weather in the shower looses pressure in the morning when everyone takes shower.

A nice quiet area. Excellent breakfast.loved the little Pastel de Nata cakes in our room on our arrival and free water bottles! Lovely park and a good supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. A very clean hotel.

I always choose hotels with a kettle in the room but here they don’t provide them but they were so kind and lent me one so I could make tea!!! They provide a coffee maker but you have the pay and it was complicating to use. The hotel is a little far from the historical side of Lisbon but that was our choice as we preferred to be in a quiet modern flat area. It is perfect for catching the hop off bus and any tours as they all leave from just around the corner so it is ideal .
