Happy I made the right choice and stayed here despite of ppl complaining about renovation and old furniture. Turns out, renovation is almost finished, so I got a lovely, albeit small, single room with new furniture and modern appliances. The staff is always there and ready to help. Breakfast is simple, but absolutely corresponds to my idea of a quick little grab before hitting the city. The location is perfect for literally any activity you have in mind. Wifi connection was also great. What more can you ask for?

I wish the toothpaste was included in the necessities kit. 😅

On my arrival, I was welcomed by a very helpful young gentleman called Goncalo Fonseca. The room was lovely with complementary pastry, fruit platter & water. My room had great air conditioning & was cleaned every day by the great housekeepers. The hotel has a beautiful park at its doorstep & has loads of lovely high street designer shops nearby. Out of all my hotels, I was shocked by how beautiful the hotel was with it being so reasonably priced. Good value for money. Thank you, Hotel Avenida park.

Price, location & great service

The location was perfect. Close to metro, bus, restaurants, and convenience stores. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and pristinely clean.

The only thing that I would suggest is perhaps reminding the reception desk staff to be warmer and more welcoming. However, there was one very helpful gentleman (I didn't get his name) who gave us suggestions for the beach and directions.

I had a fantastic stay at hotel Avenida Park! The breakfast was truly delightful, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive, making it feel comfortable and inviting. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the reception desk employee, who was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.

The room was perfectly clean. The location was great, 1 min away from Marques and various public transport locations and options. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

The room was small (expected with the value). No kettle in the room, it's a nitpick but I think it could go a long way. Slow Wi-Fi.

Everything was perfect. Very clean place. The hotel is in a good area. I am surprised the hotel is classified as a three stars hotel. I don't see anything wrong with it.

The room phone was broken. I told the receptionist. She promised it would be fix but it didn't happen. I needed to ask for some room service and I had to go down to do it. Later I realized there were phones in the halls.

The hôtel was very clean ; the staff are nice and helpful ; the location is perfect, 2min walk to the metro station or the bus stop, only 10min in metro to the city center, there is a large choice of restaurants arround the hotel. I was very satisfied with my experience there 😍

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and had good space, providing a comfortable environment to relax. The breakfast was also nice, although it wasn’t included and had to be paid for separately.

The only minor downside was the small elevator, but it worked properly throughout my stay.

Fantastic location, easy to get to by the car and good links for the metro with two stations within a five minute walk. Free parking right outside the hotel as well if you're lucky, there's only a few spots, but if you don't get one there is parking complex a two minute walk away.

The room was slightly dated and the door didn't fully fit the frame so always conscious that sound may travel, but everything was functional, room and bathroom were both a decent size. The lift is also dated but works fine.

The location couldn't be better. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff very friendly and service minded.
