Hotel was very nice and clean, looking just like the pictures. Great value for our money. Awesome amenities with an indoor and rooftop pool with great views of the city. We had breakfast included with our stay; it was delicious with plenty of options.

Lisbon is very spread-out & hilly city with attractions in completely separate areas, so I wouldn't put too much weight on the walkability score. We ended up using Bolt to get rides most places (the rides were pretty inexpensive compared to usual Bolt/Uber pricing so that helped)

I absolutely loved this hotel and wish we would have stayed longer. The gym and pool were awesome, great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Location was great, a 20 minute walk to the centre, with plenty to see/do on the way down. Will definitely be back.

What can I say! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hospitality, friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10. The place looks fabulous and is such a great distance from the city centre - 15/20 mins walk. The spa was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned and stocked up atleast 2x per day - which is amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, being a vegetarian I felt there was a good range.

Epic Sana Marquês is a great hotel! We have been here before and love this place for excellent service, facilities, personnel and atmosphere. The location is great, the rooms are clean, the staff is very professional and friendly!

Amazing 5 star hotel in a fantastic location just off the beaten track but only a short walk in to all the shops. Very friendly staff and little touches each day left in our room to make you feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. Great breakfast with everything you could want, we had a fantastic stay and will definately be returning.

We visited in January which is out of season which meant the roof top terrace restaurant was closed. It did not affect our stay and was understandable due to the time of year.

A beautiful hotel! The breakfasts were sublime - best breakfast we have ever eaten. The staff were friendly, polite and extremely attentive. The room was immaculate and the rooftop pool was the icing on the top. Outstanding - the best hotel we have ever stayed in by far! We didn’t want our trip to end.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Epic Sana. The staff were amazing, the rooms were fabulous and the facilities were the best we have ever stayed in. The staff were so kind to offer us a complementary upgrade with complementary wine and chocolates. We are already looking forward to our return trip.

The facility is generally amazing. Karim is super. Full of life.. Not to forget Vitor who drove us to the hotel . Fantastic people! Very helpful. Coming from a country (Kenya) where people are extra friendly , I was very impressed. The breakfast is amazing, especially the pastry area is super! The free wine and chocolates.. Alloy restaurant is fantastic.. Very impressive!

Some morning they couldn't get my omelette right, but I understand it was probably a language barrier thing.

It was my second time celebrating my birthday in a SANA hotel. I really appreciated the consideration and effort making the day special. The staff super professional and welcoming. The room was beautiful and the bathroom perfect, mostly for privacy. The indoor pool was super fun. It's like a huge jacuzzi. The spa area was super clean although many people were around the pool, the sauna and steam room.

I didn't like the restaurant Allora. The restaurant was chic. The background music was loud and the music played gave disco night vibes than classy. The waiters were quite agitated sprinting fast from table to table, I noticed all of them. I was wondering if there were enough waiters that night. The second "eek!" was the breakfast. The Restaurant was pretty and spacious. The issue was the buffet. There were lot of vegan and gluten free food option, which is not bad, but less option for normal eaters, like myself. We had hard time picking what to eat and the taste didn't match our expectations due to , as mention earlier, vegan or gluten free food.

Breakfast buffet was vast and extensive in options. Servers very helpful with options not on buffet. Spa was superb. Front desk and concierge staff, and the doormen, were amazing. And housekeeping couldn’t have been nicer. As a boutique hotel kind of guy, I was very surprised and deeply impressed by all aspects of the hotel. I have stayed here multiple times since my first visit, and it has always been exceptional. Several times I have brought friends and family and put them up in other rooms, that they have also been exceedingly impressed as well.
