The room was comfortable. In a great location with Parque Eduardo across the road. Plenty of restaurants nearby and roughly a ten minute walk to the centre of it all. The reception staff and housekeepers and ladies that worked in breakfast all had smiles on their faces everyday and did not hesitate if you needed some help. Reception know how to get around the city too. €2 bus ride to Cristo Rei and that is well worth the visit, what a view.

Silly things really, wished there was another pillow on the bed (however I could of asked but didn't) also the toilet flush worked but had to get the right way to make it fill back up with water. Didnt ruin my stay though.

HOTEL IS LOCATED AROUND CORNER FROM THE PRESTIGIOUS AVENIDA DA LIBERDADE, STEPS TO MARQUES DE POMBAL FROM WHERE THE TOURS LEAVE FROM. IT IS NOT A 4 OR 5 STAR HOTEL BY ANY MEANS,. HOWEVER, IF YOUR BUDGET IS NOT 300 PLUS MUCH MORE AND YOU WANT A GREAT LOCATION THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. PRICE INCLUDES BUFFET BREAKFAST, GOOD CHOICE AND CERTAINLY WORTH THE MONEY WE PAY PER NIGHT. FRONT DESK HAS 24 HOUR SERVICDS AND THEY ARE ALL VERY HELPFUL, GREAT KNOWLEGE OF THE AREA AND READY TO HELP US WITH ANY QUESTION WE HAD , LOOK UP TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION, WHICH BUSSES OR SUBWAY TO TAKE. THEY WERE LIKE A LIBRARY OF INFORMATION. I TRULLY APPRECIATED THEIR HELP. AND HOW FRIENDLY THEY WERE.

All bathrooms have been renovated on 5 and 6th floor, and they continue to do the others off season. great job.

I especially liked the room that they offer for families of 4. The breakfast was very good. The location is very good. It is walking distance to many cultural and tourist spots. My family loved how we could just walk in the evening and find good places to eat.

Aside from the elevator, I cannot think of anything else to comment on. The management and staff are very nice and helpful. I can see that the Hotel is also a favorite among locals. I would gladly check-in again when I return to Lisbon.

The hotel needs some aesthetic and modern decor upgrades such as some rooms, the lounge area, maybe the hotel needs more light. Also, they need to open the bar and extend the restaurant time to serve lunch and evening dinners. It would be helpful. Overall, my family and I loved the stay, it was good.

Staff really really helpful. Our checkin time was at 15:00 but we reached at 11:45 and still the reception mad gave us our room. Thank you Breakfast was great. Full English breakfast was available and included in the room price. All cleaners were so friendly , you ask them for anything they just give you. In 20 years of travelling I have not seen this level anywhere!

Lift, too small.

The location is central, and you have easy access to the shops and restaurants. I've stayed at this location before and definitely will stay again. There are some renovations going on, and the hotel has improved a lot. True value for money.

Like most of us, in the morning, we all prefer a good breakfast. Don't get me wrong, as the breakfast was ok. Personally, I would've preferred a bit more verity.

A special mention re Staff Nawaz. He was truly amazing, commendable and helpful in every way. Good breakfast spread to start the day. Excellent location. Walkable to tourist attractions. Near metro, bus stops and 2 supermarkets. Easy access to Lisbon airport. Paid €4/pax on Bus 744 from Lisbon Airport to Hotel. N €2/pax on Bus 744 from Hotel to Lisbon Airport. Clean and comfy rooms.

Staff very polite and helpful go out of their way to make the stay very pleasant and enjoyable, location 5 mins away from Metro Marquês de Pombal

Painting and upgrading, increase the staff salary who are very hard working if a heathy dish of porridge would be included in the breakfast would be helpful as well

Crockery (plates, etc) was still wet at breakfast - I dried mine with my handkerchief.

Security - anyone could go up with the lifts (elevators) - it will be best that the lifts can only open if you use your door-pass. It is also worth knowing that anyone from the streets can join in for breakfast - there should be one to check your door-pass.

Very friendly and helpful staff , kitchen , housekeeping and front desk. All were amazing. Breakfast was wonderful and was included with cost of the room.

Elevators were small but worked ok. We didn’t have a lot of luggage so was fine. A hostel a few doors down so pretty noisy at night.
