The hotel is excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. The service from the moment you step into the hotel reception is delightful. The junior suite was very nice and clean. The breakfast is plentiful with good quality hot and cold items. The restaurant serves very good quality food and gets very busy in the evenings. Staff were a bit overwhelmed on our last night and we had a long wait for a table. The food is very good so it was worth the wait. The hotel is located near a metro station, with a spar next to it and a fast food chain across the road. There’s other restaurants in the area including one down the road with a jungle theme.

Great location - almost the center of the city, next to the Metro and other public transport stops. 
 Room - nice small room, pretty clean, but it was a little bit dark, because windows of the room overlook an old building directly. So..we didn’t get any nice view, but fair to say that hotel didn’t promise anything about it :)
 Dinner - we booked a room with dinner included. For a dinner you need to go to the same cafe as for a breakfast, and you can order everything except beverages from the menu. Delicious.
 Nice and friendly staff as well.

I don’t know why but we had only one greeting bottle of still water and that’s all. Water was no longer brought during room service. There was no hygiene kit with toothpaste in the room.
 There is no USB connection from the sockets. There are very few ordinary sockets for free use, we had 2. A “modest” breakfast menu. There are no porridges.
Slightly intrusive waiters at dinner come up every five minutes to see if everything is ok.

The receptionist was extremely nice, always ready to help us, proactive and supportive with all our requests, questions, extra details, suggestions on what to visit etc. They even gave us our breakfast as takeaway because on our last day we had our plane very early in the morning and we would have missed it otherwise.

The only little issue we had was with the temperature in the bedroom, I think the heater wasn't heating the room properly. But we stayed only a few days and as we were most of the time away we never got to signal this to the reception. Otherwise, I'm more than sure that if we had flagged it, it would have been solved right away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was great, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff. When they saw in the system that it was my birthday, they went above and beyond — everyone was so kind, wishing me a happy birthday, and they even surprised me with a bottle of champagne in the room with a personalized card wishing me happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay extra special. The hotel was also very clean, which made my stay even more comfortable.

The only downside was that my room’s door opened directly into the main hallway, so during night I could hear guests walking to their rooms, which was a bit disruptive at times. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

Nicely located away from the hustle and bustle of crowds of tourists. Is walkable to areas of interest. Pretty easy walk (15-25 mins) to/from area attractions and meeting points for tours. If you have difficulty walking consider taxis or Uber it is worth it for the comfort and quiet of this hotel. There is a great Italian restaurant next door for breakfast and dinner at an additional cost and there are plenty of choices for eateries nearby. I would definitely come back.

We were met outside the Hotel by the Lobby Ambassador/Greeter who took our luggage and walked us up tp the reception desk. Since we arrived early and our room was not ready, he stored our luggage while we went sight seeing. Everything as described and more. The staff at the reception were fantastic as well. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The only this I did not like were the rude American guests there. As an American, I was really embarrassed by their actions. The bartender had not arrived yet so a server filled in. They raked her over the coals and she was nearly in tears but she remained professional and did her very best. Please remember during your travels in a foreign country that we are guests there and English is not their primary language. If they don't serve what you want, move on and try something new.

Location, hair dryer, toiletries, pillows really comfy and bed also comfy.

Small rooms for whom is travelling with big luggage. We were a couple each with a 20kg luggage and for the entire week we had to jeep them closed and opened every day when we needed to take a shower and change clothes because of the rooms too small to have them opened or in a place more comfortable and accessible. They could offer for free bottle of water in the room.

Excellent location close to all the designer shops if this is something you enjoy. The staff were all great very helpful front desk Food was very good. very comfy beds also.

We had a family room we stayed in the larger room whilst lots of wardrobes it poorly laid out and lacked hanging space for long garments a simple rail would have fixed this.The room was a little dark again extra tall lamps would fix this issue.

It is a relatively small hotel but very nice and clean. Excellent attention at the reception. Very well located and close to the Metro.

The room, although large, was a little small for three people (we traveled with our 16-year-old son), it was well presented and clean. We really expected, from the photos and description, more space. For example, little space to put and manipulate suitcases. Also the bathroom is small. In relation to the cost, I think it is a little expensive if I compare it with another hotel where I stayed the first three days just one block from this one.

We choose this hotel to accommodate us during our wedding in Portugal. It was a very important occasion, so we wanted to be comfortable during our stay and not worry about anything. This is exactly how it was - fantastic room, excellent view, the kindest staff, truly superb breakfasts, no issues upon check-in and check-out. We faced a minor issue with a clogged drain in the shower, but we brought it up on the reception and it was fixed by the time we got home from dinner, which just shows how excellent the staff is. Definitely would stay here again!
