Easy to access with clear instructions. The place was very clean and serviced every day. It's in a trendy area and only a five minute walk from the nearest Metro station. The apartment had everything you needed, including A/C in the bedroom and seating area.

A tea towel or cloth would have been useful for the kitchen.

The location of the apartment is convenient, the apartment is clean with full amenities and cleaning is done in daily basis.

Our apartment did not have a smart tv ; with kids it was a big thing

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped - full set of kitchenware plus toiletry in the shower. It's conveniently located between two metro stations, close to a nice choice of restaurants and grocery shops. The décor is quite plain but it's fine for a short stay; for a longer stay some shelves in the bathroom or hangers in the corridor would help. Some snacks and water is available.

Electronic locks to enter the building and apartment are causing some issues and require several attempts to unlock.

Our family of six adults had a very comfortable stay for 6 nights in a 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment. The staff communicated by messaging on booking.com and were generally responsive. The instructions for entry into the lobby and apartment doors were clear and easy to follow. The living room sofa bed had a mattress with frame stowed under the sofa so it separated into 2 individual beds with provided linens. If you are using Get on/get off buses, they have a parking lot/starting point within a 6 minute walk. Note that there are two competing companies each with a slightly different menu of options. Compare the brochures carefully before buying your tickets. I recommend a 48 hours ticket. McDonalds is 2 minutes away from the apartment. We ate at Restaurant Selllva next door twice and recommend it.

Very spacious, with air conditioner. The cleaning was done every day . Towels were replaced every day as well. Close to the metro. We booked a parking lot at tbe building. When we reached there was a man helping us with the digital check in. Very helpful. A good place to say.

Great location and great little apartment, just what we needed for 1 night stay with the kids. The whole check-in and codes thing can be a little information overload at first, many instructions to follow, can maybe be simplified, but doesn't take away from the apartment and location.

Checking in procedure, too much information and emails to read and different codes etc. The payment and check-in form is not user friendly and kept having to start over and various cards we used for payment kept being declined, meanwhile the payment went through.

Our two bedroom unit was perfect for our family. It was clean, bathrooms were great and we had everything we needed. Lockers were easy to use for luggage storage before we could check in. Great location. There was a staff member on site when we checked in

We stayed 3 nights and appreciated the central location. We found the apartment to be spacious, clean, comfy, bright and cozy. The WiFi worked well and our bed was comfortable. Big bonus: ample storage space for clothes and luggage! There is a great Chinese restaurant nearby called Restaurante Feliz.

The check-in process at the self-service kiosk in the lobby is painfully inefficient. You end up staring into a huge screen, clicking desperately and failing frustratingly. You try to make a phone call to the "virtual reception" to get immediate help - but no one answers... We lost at least 30 minutes on vain attempts and waiting for something to happen. Other guests have complained about the check-in too, so clearly this is a major issue.

Great, spacious and clean apartments with a great location. About 30 minutes of walk to a river, located on a not too high hill in a modern district. Rooms are huge compared to what you can get in old town locations like Alfama.

- Main bed mattress produced too much crunchy noise and better be replaced. - Dishwasher did not properly release a tablet so the table always stayed half used inside a compartment. - Simultaneous use of the kettle, stove, and the range hood creates an electrical load that causes the circuit breaker to trip. Easy to fix as circuit breaker is in the same room but better know this beforehand.

The location was perfect, just a 2–5 minute walk to the bus stop and metro. The apartment was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. There’s also a supermarket just a minute away on the next street.

The kitchen had a coffee maker, tea pot, and toaster, which was great, but there were no outlets above the counter. The only one in the kitchen was at the edge of the sink, so we had to take turns making tea and coffee above sink - not the safest setup, especially with kids. It would be great if you could add an extension cord to make the kitchen amenities easier and safer to use.
