Good hotel at the great location and with friendly staff. In generally liked everything there except two things: outdated bathroom and poor breakfasts. Wifi also worked well.

Imagine a bathroom with a very very old curtain. The curtain always tends to touch you during taking a shower. Looking at it, I could only think of those thousands of nude wet bodies it touched. The only warm food in the breakfast was an omelette or boiled eggs in different days. For this price they could offer a better choice. And the coffee taste was a bit... specific.

Very friendly employees and a clean room. The hotel is located at less than a 5-minute walk from the Azul and Amarela lines. Walking distance from the Bairro Alto.

The windows are single glass, so if you're on the street side, you will hear the pedestrian crossing even with the window closed. Also, the rooms are not well noise isolated. My last morning there were new guests next door, which woke me up at 7.

The hotel's location, just 15 minutes from downtown, is convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness, and the spacious and comfortable shower added to the positive experience. The price and quality balance was perfect, and the room service exceeded expectations..

One drawback was the complicated parking entrance, especially for SUVs. Maneuvering might be challenging. Additionally, a small suggestion would be to include slippers in the room amenities, as I missed having them during my stay

The location was great for us and we slept well. We had breakfast included which was sufficient. Staff very friendely. Overall a good choice for us.

I imagine hotels were like this in the 70s. It could use an update, new furniture, etc.

Great hotel in a really nice neighbourhood. Close to metro station. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable with fantastic shower and excellent array of toiletries provided. Safe with key in room. Bed was fine. Lots of storage space.

Very minor things - the shower curtain constantly clings to you as your shower. The furniture is a bit dated and old (but still perfectly functional). I needed an iron to iron my shirts after having been in my suitcase but the hotel only provided a professional pressing service, at cost.

Very friendly, attentive, and personable staff at the reception. Well organised and ready to help with anything one needs. Reasonable selection of Breakfast foods in abundance staff once again efficient and there for you. Super clean and shiny from the reception to our room. OK it has basic interior and furniture not brand new but room is cosy yet spacious( we had twin) and Everything is working!!Hairdryer, tv , all the light fittings and most importantly the heating!! Unlike some of 4 or 5 stars hotels in London... My thought is if the interior updated( mainly furniture) this hotel can easily become a 4 star. Very close to the old town centre about 15 min walk. There is mini prieco supermarket and pharmacy 2 min away. Fantastic sushi restaurant just opposite of the hotel. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon.

I can't find any faults

Perfect location. The breakfast was very good (many options you can chose from just like eggs, hams, local one cake, jams, butter, jogurts, honey, good quality of bread, corn flakes etc. and orange juice and tea and coffee). The staffs are very kind and firendly. They are not forget to smile at us. After check out I could leave my luggages at the Hotel reception for long hours in safety. Thank you so much! The room was very clean and comfy. If you find a good Hotel in a good location this is highly recommended! ~ Obrigado ~

There was a contsruction nearby with noises but at the weekend not. And some other guests were also noisy in the late coming home but this is NOT the Hotel failure.

Very close to the tour bus terminal . Had some really good restaurants nearby especially Dote excellent food at a reasonable price. Short steep walk up to the branded clothing shopping centre.

It's only a continental breakfast but good. Beds need updating.

Location is good, 20 min walking or 2 metro stations to the Baixa, where everything is very close. Nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious and bathroom was ok.

No fridge and rather old furniture. It was not so important for me, I came to the hotel to sleep)) No vegetables at the breakfast.

Of course, the hotel itself is quite old, but you know what you take. Prices are reasonable, rooms are clean, bathrooms are big and what’s bery important people are super nice and helpful. I can recommend it :) For a simple stay in the city
