Overall good experience, mainly because of the lovely staff. Especially the people at reception (João) and cleaning were really friendly. The suite was great for a family of four with smaller children. Breakfast was great with some stand out things like fizzy wine and fresh strawberries.

Almost everything was great, but some small things did stand out that distracted from the experience. -The really big and beautiful room was not super clean when we entered. -It was so nice that an hour after we checked in some lovely guy brought popcorn for the kids and two pastel de natas for the adults. Unfortunately the pastries were really bad -The sun deck looked great, but the hot tub there was not filled with water. When we asked why, it was mentioned because of the weather. Even though weather was great and dry.

The location is very good, close to the metro, and not in a noisy place. The mattresses (double bed) are good for sleeping for adults; sofa bed is only for children. The cleaning service was very very good. Also, the hotel prepares a surprise for the kids upon arrival in the room (snacks and toys, it was very cute and our children were happy).

We had family suite. Bathtub is strange. To turn on the tap, you have to climb into the bathtub, because the glass door does not open in the right direction. To wash the children, you end up getting wet yourself. In addition, the dining table is too small, and it is almost impossible for a family of four to eat at it at the same time. So if you were thinking to cook yourself, don't. The cafes in Lisbon are good and not that expensive, it is better to have lunch and diner outside, which is what we did every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Altis Prime! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping service is impeccable. Our room was spacious, quiet and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central yet very calm and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. A special thank you to Krasimira Dobreva and the entire team.Each member of the staff was exceptional. Upon learning that our flight was late in the evening, they kindly offered us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. We were also able to use the luggage storage, which made our last day much easier. Breakfast was good, with a bit of everything to suit different tastes. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would happily return to Altis Prime in the future!

Everything was great!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. They assisted us with a quick and smooth check-in process. The room was exceptionally clean, and the fresh scent in the room, pillows, and bedding was incredibly comforting. The fridge and all kitchen utensils were excellent, functional, and convenient, making us feel at home. Daily cleaning services were provided, and the overall organization and housekeeping were remarkable.

Although the room was cleaned daily, I wish the towels were replaced more frequently. Outside the hotel, I noticed some unpleasant odors, which were beyond the hotel's control but slightly affected the overall experience. Additionally, I would have appreciated having slippers in the room for more comfortable movement.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff is well trained and understands what hospitality is. The staff I encountered were warm and professional. The sound proof windows did an excellent job of blocking out street noise. It felt like a boutique hotel.

Some of the design of the room was strange, like the refrigerator being on the floor, the electrical outlets by the bed are under the little shelf that you have to lay on the floor to use. TV’s in the wrong place etc. Light over the table in the wrong place so you bonk your head on it. Kitchen sink set too far back so you bonk your head on the upper cabinet when you wash something. For an apartment the trash can in kitchen much too small. The bath tub is an abomination that needs to be replaced with a shower pan, why would you put an 8 inch border around a tub. It does nothing but collect water. Need a trash can in the sink area of the bathroom. Nothing that’s a deal breaker. But things you notice as you use them. The room designer should have been fired.

As a former architect I appreciated the interior design and the presence of natural materials as wooden sliding doors. The room was super comfortable and bigger than expected, it had a little living/dining area close to the little kitchen and the entrance area. I stayed there even for the Christmas day with my mom and it felt very cozy. It meant a lot having the kitchen that day and having the staff coming up cleaning. The staff is the real deal at this hotel. I travelled a lot and rarely met so professional and kind and attentive staff, all of them. I requested two rooms at the same floor and facing the courtyard and they managed to deliver. The staff was super patient with my mom's coffee routine in the morning and the. I love this hotel because it's not excessive big and yet, if you want you can pay and access some services at the bigger brother hotel a block away, such as the spa or the swimming pool.

The stay was too short.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the service exceeded all expectations. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was fast, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The customer service was top-notch — quick to respond and always helpful. The location is unbeatable, close to all major tourist attractions and surrounded by everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any traveler visiting Lisbon. This hotel is truly exceptional!

This is an apartment hotel, very centrally located in the business district. My room was very large, and well equipped. There are two supermarkets close by, and lots of places to eat and drink within 10 minutes walking. My room was at the back of the building, so I had no traffic noise at all, even with the windows open. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The apartment was cleaned every day, by very friendly staff. There was a coffee machine in the room, which is always very nice. Nice sitting area for reading and watching tv as well.

Some of the cupboards were difficult to open, but this was very minor. Wifi was a bit patchy, and I had to revert to 5G modem for some Teams calls.

We got upgraded to a family suite, which was spacious and immaculately clean. All facilities were great except in the room. It is situated on the outskirts of the city centre so except a 10-20 minute walk into the busy parts of the city and an uphill walk on the way back. Breakfast is expensive; much better and cheaper to eat at the local cafes. The staff were great.

Road noise; it’s on a cobbled street and every vehicle sounds like a train. We were on the 3rd floor with a street view. They need better windows.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient to metro stops, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super helpful. The room was big. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and ran from 7-10:30, so plenty of time to eat. I would definitely stay again.

Our room had a bathtub with an overhead and handheld shower, but no curtain. It was hard to not get water all over the place.
