hotel in good location 👌 comfy bed. very nice receptionist and other staff they have restaurant too and we enjoyed our dinner we didn't have our breakfast as we needed to go to Santarem early morning Hope to be back soon my daughter forgot to take her powerbank at the reception area but managed to call the receptionist and was very pleased that they keep it for us for my daughter to pick it up later sometime this month .Thank you 😃

need more towels in the toilet

Clean in room, smell good, not noisy from other guests, good location, big bed.

Cleaning lady scream all morning and don't give you sleep well! AC heat as hell. I had no window, so, no natural light because window was closed (I understand why, its trash bags downstairs and no natural light). Breakfast the shame! Really, better dont serve it of dont call it breakfast. You really take money for that?

Overall, a uncomfortable shower and sink (water pressure leaves much to be desired), you can wash with it forever, fried eggs do not taste very good, The cleaning lady forgot a damp towel - sad. But the hair dryer in the room is older than my mom))

It was nice to have bath Instrad of shower. It was also nice that I was able to choose the room temperature by myself.

Some cigarette smoke occasionally. There should be real drinking glasses in the rooms instead of paper cups.

can’t fault it for the price. great location in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a comfortable, air-conditioned room with your own bathroom, shower, bath, bidet - at hostel prices… I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

I didn’t do anything at the hotel other than sleep and get changed - so I can’t comment on anything else

The wall in the bathroom was very hot from the hot water system. It made the whole room a little uncomfortable.
