Excellent hotel with a great vibe of music theme. Everything was a high standard. Staff were all very friendly chatty and helpful. I ordered room service. Delivered well within the time. Arrived hot and packaged well in a cardboard box with condiments cutlery and napkins. Not possible to order drinks tho had to get at the bar downstairs Room was huge well organized everything you need fantastic shower and spotless. Flat screen TV on wall opp bed smeg fridge (quiet) and kettle tea tray well stocked. Loved the electronic controls throughout room and the music Spotify link up. Gorgeous rooftop pool with lights and seating area. Fantastic views of the city and winter wonderland in the park

Bed was a bit too hard for my liking I didn't feel my body sink into the mattress. The TV did not have access to Netflix or movies but there were plenty of channels (a few in English). No proper view as such looking over service areas and other buildings.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Lisabon. Very friendly and helpful crew. Delicious breakfast with a lot of food variants to choose. Large and clean room. I will definitely come back there. This hotel has a good atmosphere and was full of nice christmas decorations during our visit. We really recommend this hotel for couples and families. Breakfast was such a treat every morning. The selection was amazing. We loved the rooftop area for a quick drink and dip in the pool. Thank you for letting us use it after checkout.

There is nothing that could have been better.

The theme of the hotel is nice. Every time when you get in or out of hotel you will be welcome with a music. Also you have audio system that you can connect via Bluetooth and they provide you a nice playlist or you can put your music. The bed is really big and comfortable. Location is great. Close to metro station and mall.

The room was not soundproof. We could hear noise from outside also every morning we could hear and be wake up because of noise of vacuum cleaner. And if the neighbor from the room next your room will put play music via audio system from their room you will hear the bass and music in your room quite loud.

Was very different from regular hotels. Enjoyed the theme, red carpet, kids enjoyed listening to the music stations in lobby and the music room downstairs. Lighting in rooms was also very unique, blue and red. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from, kids loved the pancake machine.

The airfreshner/room spray that was pumped into lobby and hallways. It was very strong and quite nauseating. The artifical strong perfume smell everywhere was very overpowering, I could even smell it before entering hotel as the spinning front door rotated. I am not a person that is super sensitive to scents, but I did find if I spent more than 5 minutes in areas with perfume smell I was left with a splitting headache. Therfore unfortunately could not spend any time in lobby or common areas of hotel, other than rooftop patio. Also, would be great to have a microwave for guests to use.

One of my best hotel I've been so far. Great location, on walking distance from city centre. Hotel very unique and artistic designed, special. Staff very helpful and friendly amazing. Rooms very clean, great lighting, you can change in different colours. Breakfast is very rich and loats for choosing.. Beautiful swimming pool on roof top where we had mini party on New Year Eve, with great atmosphere and amazing city view with fireworks 🎆 Very reasonable price. My big reccomendation and definitely we will come back again for sure.

Location : perfect - just go down the road to reach the heart of the city ( 20- 30 min , depending on your pace ). Also, it feels safe , it's bright around. Cafe , restaurants nearby. All of the fancy fashion shops 5 - 10 min walk from the hotel.Metro practically at the doorsteps. Staff: very polite and helpful Cleanliness: rooms are very clean, daily cleaning service provided , fresh towels etc. They even folder my daughter's pyjamas 🥹 Tea/coffee/water replaced every day Breakfast: good selection, all that you need for breakfast Taxi service to the airport provided. Beautiful view from the rooftop I'm definitely gonna stay again.

We really like the property a lot. The room was super spacious and always clean! The Bluetooth speaker and telly was also a nice touch! The pool on the roof was cold but very relaxing and the bar staff were amazing! The location was perfect for us not to far from the main area but not to close and nice and quite! It was a birthday so we received a cake and a bottle of wine that we didn’t ask for which was a lovely touch! I felt super safe also for a young couple!

Nothing - the only thing was it was 2 single beds rather than a double but we didn’t mind!

Spent 7 nights in the hotel and we were delighted with the location, being so close to the Metro, bus stops, both for city buses and open top tour buses…also many day trips used the stopping round the corner as a pick up/drop off point.( The whole corner ‘block’ comprises 3 Fénix hotels. It is also handy for taking a walk down the beautiful, tree lined avenue. Very spacious, stylish room, a huge, comfortable bed, superb shower, great air con( even in October, very welcome!). We were on 6th floor with a view of the park and the constant coming and going at the Place de Pombal, which was hypnotic! Despite the busy location, the room was so quiet.There was a small fridge, plus a kettle in the room, which was very useful…tea/coffee replenished every day, as well as bottles of water. The view from the roof terrace is great, tho we didn’t use the facilities up there as we were either out and about during the day, or it was raining! We just had breakfast once as we had an early pick up for a trip…it was good, but not 15 euro good! (Nearby Herculano Pastelaria offered far better value and atmosphere!). Any dealings we had with the reception staff were very good…they were courteous and efficient ( especially rebooking our airport taxi when the first one failed to turn up on departure morning!) Everywhere was kept clean and shiny, the room was spotless…and the corridors always smelled good (it matters!)Oh! And it was a bonus to be able to play your own Spotify playlists through the sound system, using the excellent WiFi!

We had nothing to complain about…the relative value of the breakfast perhaps, but it was our choice to have it that morning…the quality was fine.
