The hostel sit on the four star opposite, the old building, especially the lift, just 1 person and 1 luggage. the staff very friendly.

whole property haven’t got air conditioner, just supply fan , the fan small and noisy, the floor damaged , look not very good. and one of my friend the shower room so smelly , the third day change to another room . Honestly, I cannot accept not air conditioner in Portugal, so hot and too hot.

Raise for the staff!! Extremely helpful and caring receptionists - offered help multiple times - f.e when I've lost my piercing the receptionist didn't hesitate to help me find alternatives etc. Breakfasts are decent and facility for this price is quite comfortable and clean.

Creaking beds were quite annoying

In the city center, so very accessible. If you take Bolt, it's only 7 euros to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's no air conditioner in the room, so I felt a bit hot. Good value for money

the breakfast was free , but not for me, as there was nothing cooked. But not a problem as there is McDonalds and cafes around the hotel. You get free coffee not the best but still ok nice orange juice the room comes with a fan but doesn't really cool the room and is very loud on the higher settings the shower room is ok and the bed was alright as for value for money it is spot on what you pay for is what you get and its no at all that bad for it and the location is perfect to walk straight don in to Rossio and main Lisbon around 20miin

the room could of been clean during the stay there's not much room at breakfast in the main hall but there is outside seating

The hostel is in a very convenient location: close to a metro station and within easy reach of key parts of the city. We were able to get around easily, including using Uber at affordable prices. The individual room was well-equipped, featuring a spacious bed, drawers, hangers, a bedside table, and a bathroom with a good shower. Check-in and check-out were smooth. While only basic amenities are provided, the room offers good value for money.

One area for improvement would be the soundproofing of the windows. Noise from people partying at night disrupted my sleep during the stay. Additionally, including air conditioning, and upgrading the quality of the towels and adding a few practical touches (such as a small table or extra hangers near the bathroom sink) would enhance the comfort and convenience of the space. Overall, it’s a clean, well-located, and budget-friendly place to stay, with a few areas that could be improved for an even better guest experience.

Great location – Close to Marquês de Pombal metro station, which connects to two lines. There are also many bus stops nearby, and the area feels safe. You’ll find several places to eat and some stores within walking distance. Cleanliness – The common areas were cleaned daily, which was appreciated. Room – The room was basic but had the essentials for a hostel stay. A big plus was the air conditioning which made a real difference. Staff – The staff were very nice and helpful. They even let me store my backpack in the locker room when I arrived early, before check-in.

Breakfast – The breakfast was quite basic: just some ham and cheese, bread, an apple, yogurt, milk, cereals, and jam. It's fine if you're just passing through, but if you're staying longer, it might get a bit repetitive. On the plus side, there’s a good variety of coffee and tea. Access code – I had trouble entering the building late at night. I tried the access code about three times and it didn’t work, so I had to ring the reception. Thankfully, that worked. Mattress – I didn’t sleep very well because the mattress wasn’t very comfortable 🥲

The rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of outlets to charge electronics. Daily breakfast was a great perk. The staff was incredibly kind and offered lots of suggestions for things to do in the city. This is a great and affordable option for those traveling on a budget who don’t plan to spend much time in their room.

Two very small and non deal breakers. 1. A bath mat for the bathroom would have been nice. 2. It was a bit noisy during the day, but everyone did abide by the quiet hours. It was just a bit loud with people playing music during the day when we came back for a quick nap after traveling.

Location feels safe and is close to the Metro line, and well known spots in Lisbon are mostly walking distance. Access codes easy to use. Lockers are in the rooms and hall but you’ll need to bring your own padlock. Friendly and attentive staff. Stayed in 8 bed female dorm and still had much of my own privacy, the curtain was handy and there was a fan in the room. One bathroom in the room with shower toilet sink mirror hair dryer, there were at least two more a minute or so outside the dorm in the outer hall. Toilets on reception floor also. No towels but I believe you can rent for 2 EUR. Fleece blanket and thin sheet blanket and one pillow on bed. This was enough in the July heat. Coffee machine and water jug in reception in the morning, and if you get breakfast included it’s your usual cereal milk juice bread (nice bread) butter jam ham cheese yoghurt pot. It’s also 8:30-10:30 which is a nice portion of time. There isn’t too much street noise due to the area being a fairly quiet level for Lisbon city. It’s not completely quiet but you don’t get much noise bothering you. There’s also lift which is handy if you have lots of bags/can’t handle the hills of Lisbon each day. Overall would stay here again :)

Not much to dislike as everything is as listed and shown in the hostel description and I had a good stay!

Good breakfast, free luggage storage on check out day, many bathrooms, female only dorms if desired which is always nice, nice terrace where you can eat breakfast. Good wifi.

When I got there at midnight (as per specified before arrival) I couldn't get in because you had to message by WhatsApp and I didn't have data nor the hostel wifi which was a bit stressful as I was exhausted. Some locals who saw me struggle helped me out and called them and they finally let me in.
