Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast included in the price. Good location for Metro and buses or a pleasant downhill walk into the city.

The room was supposed to be a suite but was just a large room with a low dividing wall behind the bed. The ensuite bathroom was just a divided corner of the room with no ceiling (the room itself had very high ceilings) or extraction. All plumbing went via a macerator, meaning evey use meant that the grinder started up. It is initially hard to find the hotel as it is a floor in an office building. Although not the fault of the hotel, we were targeted by pickpockets on the walk to the Metro station (we spotted their attempt and didn't lose anything). The same 3 pickpockets were around the Metro entrance the following day. Please stay alert.

We really liked the studio where we stayed for the 4 nights. There was enough space, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. We truly felt very good there. The breakfast was very good, though it could have been a bit more varied.

The only inconvenience was the way the toilet functioned—it occasionally made loud and unusual noises. Additionally, the bathroom’s layout within the room didn’t provide much privacy, as the wall didn’t extend all the way to the ceiling and the door was made of glass. As a result, both sounds and other aspects were quite noticeable.

The room was clean, stylish, pleasant, and quiet, exactly like in the photos. It had a kettle, a small fridge, and a TV – everything you really need. Breakfast was buffet style. Not very varied, but all the food was fresh and tasty.

The only thing that surprised us was that the room didn’t have a proper window. It was only from the bathroom, not from the bedroom itself. And the room didn’t get much natural light. The view was also not very nice, as it looked onto an outside staircase between buildings where people sometimes walked by. However, it’s not a big issue.

The staff was very professional from the beginning, the receptionist made a proper job, a kind lady made us breakfast and served us with coffee, she was warm. The rooms were cleaned each day, the breakfast was amazing and fresh, with fresh coffee. The placement is excellent, right in the city centre and for two persons it costed us like 4 euros to reach the downtown, we also went to Sintra from there and it costed us 12€ per way. I’ve been in Pullman a few times, I could say the feeling is more like one of a hotel. I highly recommend this stay!!

Nothing i can say just a hassel free holiday break. All you have to purchase is a 24 hour rail, metro and tram card and you can go anywhere. All at a cost of 21 euro's a couple, we travelled miles in 2 days.

Room was beautifully clean and has everything you could need There is a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. A comfy sofa, tea/coffee making facilities and a tv. Breakfast was really good, a lovely choice of breads, yoghurt, cereals and pastries with hams, cheeses, tomatoes and fruits too. Coffee is amazing. Property is close to the main Marquis de Pombal Square which is the centre for things like the bus tours and access to the shopping avenue. Excellent eateries round about.

Not much, but the kettle in the room would be better if it was cordless as it's difficult to manoeuvre it and fill it. The light in the corridor takes l little long to come on when leaving the room.

The location and cleanliness were good . The fee is more than what we expected . What we really liked was the clean area , clean towels and bedding, which is very important for us.

This place is amazing. It is a remodeled floor in a great part of town (for tourists). It is close to everywhere you want to be when visiting Lisbon. The rooms are clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. There are small details (electric kettle, tea, etc.) that show the care given to providing an excellent experience. The breakfast is pretty good. And the best part is the service. The people welcoming guests and taking care of the place are great. They went above and beyond, taking our bags that were delivered from the airport after arriving late directly to our room, while we were visiting the city. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation, on the 5th level of the building. Very nicely decorated, friendly accommodation and staff. Delicious breakfast in a nicely furnished dining room. There is an excellent Italian restaurant 20 meters from the accommodation. Public transport is about 200-500 m away, and the city center is a 40-minute walk away.

There are not lamp next to bed for reading before sleeping.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Room was perfect for me, but might be tight for a couple depending on their needs. Staff was amazing. So happy for my stay with you all. Muito abrigada.

The only thing I noticed, because I’m getting a little older, was the lighting in the bathroom is a little too subtle; not bright enough in my opinion. Otherwise, it couldn’t be better.
