Room as described and pictured on booking.com (was room #6), very quiet at end of corridor. GPS took us exactly to location and outside door looked as pictured. Very close to Sao Sebastian metro station (end of red line direct from airport if using metro, which we did one way and it was super easy). One way we got Uber from airport (about EUR 7). Internet worked well. Powerpoints by bed and in other locations, inc. bathroom. Door straight out to patio where you could eat meals or relax (and have communal kitchen for use with others). Large LED TV fixed to wall across from bed. Coffee maker in room but no kettle or toaster (they do have a kettle and supply teabags in kitchen for use, and fruit and biscuits gratis - a very nice and appreciated touch). We would happily stay there again on a future trip (already have 2 other places booked for Lisbon for later in this trip) as it is near a major metro, huge supermarket and mall right across road, there are eateries around as well. Location was great and felt very safe. Good to be just out of the 'fray' of old town at day's end. Also like to thank the owners/management who were super responsive via messaging on bkg.com before we arrived (and during when we arrived early, let us leave out bags there until room was ready, etc).

The shower pressure was good and you had 3 choices of faucets (rain shower, hand shower and wall jets) which was fine, however it takes quite a bit for the water to warm and it is a bit of an awkward arrangement with the shower door and reaching the tap to turn water on/off. Hubby managed fine with longer arms but I found it a challenge without getting cold water shower first. But I managed. And it wasn't enough of a thing to stop us staying at Seven Dreams again.

Stayed 4 nights at Seven Dreams visiting Lisbon alone and for the first time and it was a great choice. Located in a more residential area of Lisbon, north of the city center and main attractions, hence you get a more local and definitely less packed feel with a lot of food places (Restaurante Sangiovese), coffee shops (Hygge, Pão de Vila Bairro Azul) and grocery stores (Lidl, in El corte Inglés) nearby. The metro and bus stops are within 5 min walking distance and get you easily anywhere, downtown is 20 mins of a journey in total, make sure you get the Viva Viagem card and use the 'zapping option'. The room is well equipped, it's an extra touch that they have 2 bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival, and leave small cookies/chocolate on the bed after each cleaning, along with replacing the pods for the coffee machine. There is also a community kitchen where you can find everything to cook your own meal with, a bigger fridge, books, some cards, along with water, tea, a bottle of Port wine, apples, buscuits placed out for free. There is even a washing machine just in case, also check out the outside terrace open area. Special kudos to Amin for always being available and dealing with anything that came up!

The whole accomodation is basically in the basement of a residential building, which I'm not sure is specified in the description, and not all of the rooms have windows, so light and especially ventilation is a challenge, take this into consideration if you have any respiratory conditions. The AC does help, of course, but it's not the same as fresh air. However, most likely you'll only be spending the mornings and nights in your room, so this shouldn't be a dealbreaker at all, wouldn't be one for me if I had to book again (for places with views, etc., you'd need to be looking at the more central and busy areas anyway).

Location is excellent for exploring, right next to a Metro interchange (San Sebastián) and directly opposite a large shopping centre with big supermarket and food court. There is also a large peaceful park on the other side of the shopping centre with amazing views down towards the river. Key code access for all doors so no need to carry a card key.The room is comfortable, clean and mostly quiet at night. The upstairs neighbour was stomping about for some reason on a couple of nights. The cleaners come everyday but I didn't need that service. An uber to the airport at 4am was 5 euros, very cheap as the metro doesn't start until 0630 am.

The WiFi wasn't great. But I was able to get 5G signal always in my room.

Amin the host was very hospitable, always responsive and so helpful in providing airport transport information. The location is right around the corner from Sao Sebastao metro station, which was so convenient to Cais Sodre the train station. There is a huge mall across the street as well. We were in suite 6 that had access to the terrace, a lovely outdoor space. The room was very clean, nicely appointed, shower had great pressure and beds and pillows comfortable. We made the mistake of taking the elevator up as we thought suite 6 was upstairs..wrong! Take the stairs down one level.

The only challenge we had was finding restaurants for dinner within a few blocks. Lots of breakfast and brunch locations.

Wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and available via WhatsApp, making my stay smooth and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable—one of the best I've slept on. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit, and having a coffee machine in the room was a real treat. The location is convenient, with a shopping center nearby featuring luxury brands and lovely green spaces for a stroll. The host, Mr Amin, was very friendly, and I had the pleasure of enjoying my morning coffee while he kindly paused his duties to chat and make me feel welcome. I only stayed for one night, but it was such a restful experience that I’ll definitely be back.

Really easy to access. Good location that is not in the centre so felt less touristic. Very friendly staff and supportive and helpful. Kitchen facilities available. Had a terrace you could sit at. Very quiet.

There is no staff there on arrival just in the morning. Though this was not a problem and the owner and management staff in the morning make up for it, it felt a little impersonal. But that is such a minor point. It would not stop me staying again.

This place is a hidden gem! The location was great, very short walk to the metro and one of the main shopping centres across the street. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. All contactless check in and check out but staff very quick to respond when messaging them which was great. Beds were super comfortable and great air conditioning!

Shower doors were a bit awkward

Good Location, close to metro and big shopping centre, supermarket too. Nice decorated room, good shower. All there soap and towels. Super kitchen with microwave, fridge and even flask's for tea to take with you for the day. Breakfast very simple and all the time the same, coffe, juice and croissant. Good manager and staff.

Not sound proof walls, I can hear everyone and everything. Doors banging, talks, telephone conversations.. difficult to sleep. Keep in mind it's like BB, not a hotel.

Great location close to metro, 20-30 mins walk to Sete Rios bus and rail stations. The room was spotlessly clean, so too the kitchen and garden areas. Bed and pillows were very comfy, meaning I had a good night's sleep. The communication I had with seven dreams was first class, so I knew exactly what to expect.

Nothing really - perhaps the room could've been a bit bigger and a breakfast option available?

I checked out pretty late in the evening at the place where I was staying, as I was not satisfied at all. When looking for another location to stay, Seven Dreams Suites popped up. The host (Amin) immediately helped me checking in even though it was very late in the evening. Amin proved to be an excellent host who wants the experience of the guests to be nothing less than perfect. If you need any help or have other questions he'll almost immediately responds and tries to help out. The rooms are cozy and clean and the location is perfect as well; about 2 minutes away from the closest (interchange!) Metro station, so you'll be anywhere in Lisbon in no-time.
