My boyfriend and me were just scammed by another „hostel“ in Lisbon and we were outside in the rain after midnight. After being stressed out we found this place and booked by accident from 08.-09.03. instead of 07.-08.03. and we didn’t notice before paying. Anyways when we arrived there and explained the whole situation, the woman at the hotel was so nice and changed the date. We had wonderful talks with her about places in Lisbon and she showed us an amazing painting in the hall. The room was cozy, warm and clean. All perfect and comfortable. But the most amazing part was her incredible kindness.

Nothing to say

I feel that I am in my own villa. All the WC provided by water Dosh which is preferable to middle east and Arabic gulf region. Special thanks for Mr Omed from Mozambique worked in night who his hands shakes make you feel as you with your family. And thanks alot for the woman working in the kitchen and all cleaners whom made the hotel so clean with 7stars. I booked for one night at beginning depending o reviews but I'm extended for 7 days when I find it's more than the expectations.

I have a suggestion that creat a short stay room 6-8hrs with 50% the price while waiting for the flight . I suggest to change the photos of the rooms because it not reflect the state but more than the expectations.

The best part of this hotel is its location. We were between 2 metro stations (Sao Sebastiao and Parque), easily accessible from the train. When we left Lisbon, we took the airport shuttle arranged by the hotel to get to the airport at 2:30am. It was good value at 20 Euros and the service was excellent! We were also located right beside El Corte Ingles, the most amazing department store. We found restaurants, bakeries and gluten free meals all within 2-5 minutes of walking. The Marques de Pombal roundabout, which is where many tours leave from, was a 5 minute walk away, downhill. We did not try the breakfast as it is continental style but they recommended a very good bakery across the street for GF bread. Or room was equipped with a bar fridge and it was easy to store milk and other items to complete our breakfast without going to a restaurant. There was a kettle to make tea as well. We arrived in the evening and the staff immediately suggested that they would change our room the next day to the more accessible floor, which they did. I asked for an updated room, as opposed to the older one we had the first night. That was granted as well. All in all, the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive to our comfort. If all you need is a well located hotel room, with no fancy offerings, in a safe and convenient location, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room that was not updated had a heater that I did not understand how to use. However, there were plenty of warm blankets in the cupboard for us.

THE STAFF!!! Seriously the most dedicated and polite, most hardworking staff I have ever encountered after 28 countries. Admittedly, the hotel room was a bit dated (though the public areas were nice!) and I was told both by the staff and it seems confirmed through other reviews here that they are going through renovations and so some of the rooms are dated and older and some are refreshed and new. The staff's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and courtesy really shines through. I was given an older room which one can definitely tell needs some work yes, but the room was impeccably clean every single day I returned and fully stocked. On my second day I accidentally sat in some mud while sightseeing (it was dark!) and the staff helped me clean up and dry my jeans! As a solo traveler, I am not picky with the rooms as I tend to only use them to sleep and keep my things. The air conditioning was perfect for a hot city with midday temperatures reaching about 30-32C and the room easily staying at 19C if desired. The bathroom was a great size and the beds were comfortable. I think I liked the idea of being in one of the older rooms not only because it was slightly cheaper but also because I really got to see how everything else about this property is highlighted. Since I knew going in that I would have a non-renovated room I could pay attention to the things they can control and that part was absolutely perfect. The staff told me the owner of the building won't allow the entire hotel to be renovated at once and hence why they had to go room by room while staying open. I can only imagine if you receive one of the renovated rooms you will have an even better impression! Location is another major asset!! You have 3 metro stops (yes 3, Parque, São Sebastiāo and Picoas) all within a short walk and each one is part of a different line (blue, red, yellow).

The only downside to this hotel was that I stayed in an unrenovated room. An extension cord was needed (and provided) in this room because it only had 2 outlets. The room felt very 1990s and a few aesthetic or decorative things were broken. However note that they are in the process of renovations and that should not be an issue shortly! More details on the positive side of this review. Other than that I found this hotel to be amazing! It's gonna be quite the gem once renovations are finished.

Clean Easy to find Daniel, the middle age guy at the reception, is very smart and competent guy, the rest of the staff is below expectations… Around the corner are nice place for breakfast Overall nice and clean place New and good working AC WiFi

My room was on the same level as the reception, very loud! Other guests were shouting and staff didn’t intervene Not very close to center Very outdated interior in the rooms the hairdryer goes back to early 70th, didn’t work They removed the window handles due to AC, I hate when I can’t open windows

Note that you check-in on the 4th floor...at the time of my reservation, this hotel represents the best value for money. Service was excellent. Location is in a more business environment, so it is safer. Bedrooms are clean...the layout of the bedrooms is a bit different but given the duration that I stayed, it was not a problem.

Bedroom layout...steps going into the bedroom...kind of strange. a lot of wasted space due to these steps. Decoration is rather old but again, given the duration of my stay, it was a problem.

The room is in quite good location. Only a few minutes walk from the Sao Sebastian metro station and even nearer to the big apartment store, el Corte Ingles. There also are many restaurants nearby. The staff was really nice here. The room itself was quite big with also quite a big bathroom. The access to the building and to the room were quite easy. On the streetside the outer door required a code to open after which it opened automatically. The room door opened with a key card. Real simple

In the bathroom there was a strange bowl opposite the toilet bowl itself. Not a problem really but could not figure out what it was. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but no plug to it so it was basically useless. The shower was an older model so you had to add cold and warm water using separate facets. Anyway, after balancing it worked ok.

Comfortable beds, fridge, air-conditioning, kettle, everyday floor and bathroom cleaning, taking out waste, making beds every day, quiet and safe neighbourhood, lift, possibility to buy breakfast, close to 2 underground stations (easy to get to the city centre), close to cafes, ALDI and PINGO DOCE, you can get your airport transfer from the hotel.

I didn't like the smell in my room, and the wardrobe was also a bit smelly (mustiness), there should be one more light in the bathroom over the mirror, I don't think changing towels every day is a necessity - it would be better to ask the guests if they need their towels to be changed every day or every second day (they could leave them on the floor if they wanted the towels to be changed).

Accommodation is on the fourth floor and there's a lift in the building. The door to the building has an automatic lock, and makes you feel a little extra safe, in general. Rooms are clean and serviced every morning. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is kind and professional. We had a flight out in the afternoon, and there were no problems leaving our luggage with them after checkout until we came back to pick it up before going to airport. Personally, I would take the same accommodation next time in Lisbon.

Internet coverage could be better.

Pleasant little hotel in an unusual location - it's the 4th and 5th floors of what appears to be an office building. Still, it's very central and the room was pleasantly quiet.

The room was really cold until I noticed the AC remote on the following day so that one was on me. That, and it's perhaps a bit overpriced for what's a very decent 2 star hotel.
