We spent one night here before flying home to Canada. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We knew the room wasnt going to be huge, but we had plenty of space. We opened the window for a while and could hear lots of street noise. Closed the window and heard nothing. Great soundproofing. The location was excellent for us. Cross the street from the hotel and a 1-2 minute walk you're at the Metro station that goes directly to the airport. Breakfast included and it was really good. All staff that we came in contact with were so lovely and couldnt do enough for us. Very enjoyable experience for our last night in Portugal.

The property is wonderful, clean, in a very good area, next to everything you couls wish for: transportation, shops, supermarkets, museums, parks. And everything smells amazing inside. The staff is descreet and attentive, really elegant service. The bed is very confortable, the housekeeping teams is great, too. The breakfast has many options, it covers both the sweet and savoury range, there are 3 coffee machines, so you don't sit in line for coffee in the morning. And the food is tasty. I do belive they offer the best possible value for the money.

Very smart organized, luxurius. Our stay for 7 nights was very pleasant. Very quite, although planes fly over the hotel. Really unbelievable, but we could not hear any disturbing noises. The level is indeed 4 stars, if not actually 5 stars. The personal is very helpful and customer oriented. Metro station in 50 meters getting you to all places. I would again stay in this hotel !!!

The last 3 days we have experienced strong wind and continuous rain (breaking two umbrellas). But, it was worth to experience this, as in Athens, we do not have such weather.

The location was good. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Sao Sebastiao metro station (two lines and a couple of stops to then centre). The fancy El cortes Ingles department store is located nearby too. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Breakfast was included and included breads, meats, fruit, eggs, pastries and juices and hot drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine. Powerful and hot shower.

Nothing to complain about. There weren't tea or coffee facilities in the room but they can provide a kettle and cup if you would like these.

The staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel is well located, close to the metro, cafes and a small supermarket. The breakfast has lots of variety and the staff keep all the food replenished and are quick to clear and clean vacated tables. The bed was very comfortable indeed with nice pillows too. The shower was nice and powerful with lots of hot water. The glass bottle of water in the room was replaced with a full one when needed. All in all this is a very nice little hotel indeed, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again should I visit Lisbon.

I was on the second floor and street noise was intrusive from around 7am with trucks unloading in the street below.

Amazing reception staff! Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful!! The breakfast is fantastic as well with very attentive staff! While not located in the middle of everything, this hotel is in a quieter area of Lisbon, yet the Metro is right across the street, allowing you to get anywhere in the city. The airport is a short 15 minutes away. Plenty of food options in the area along with El Centro Ingles shopping mall just a few steps away. A great place to be!!!

Front office desk staff were exceptionally nice. I got there very early and they let me check my luggage and introduced me to the neighborhood. I then checked in early since they had a room. The breakfast was very good and also the staff in the dining area were very nice to the hotel staff. The hotel is a short distance by metro to the city center but there are plenty of good restaurants close to the hotel. There is a very nice park with two wonderful art museums inside the park that is a short walking distance and a shopping mall with a supermarket close by.

Very well located, in a more residential area but close from downtown. Nearby conveniences: metro station, self laundy place, mini market, convenience store, some restaurants. Hotel super nice, rooms were comfy and clean. Staff helpful and friendly.

Breakfast room is a bit small for the amount of people.

Very comfortable room with AC, nice bathroom, nice staff, great breakfast with a big buffet with a wide range of products. It's nice that we were able to leave our luggage after check-out. Good price for this standard of room.

It would be great to be able to open the window and not be obligated to use the AC, without it there was absolutely no air in the room - this is not a very eco-friendly solution. Apart from that everything was great. The hotel is not located in the very center of Lisbon, but it's close to a metro station that connects it directly to the center and to the airport as well.
