- no iron provided in room and an iron wasn’t available at reception. Literally every person staying at a hotel will have their clothes in a bag, the clothes get creased and need ironed. An iron should be a basic provision in any hotel. Really disappointed this wasn’t provided. An iron should be a basic provision ahead of dressing gowns and slippers. - sound proofing between rooms is not the best. - only 2 coffee pods provided for the coffee machine in the room on initial day (1 was decaf) meaning there wasn’t enough coffee for a couple to have a single coffee each on the first morning. More should be provided as standard.

The hotel is a little outside of the town center, but is well serviced by several nearby train stations (5-7 min walk). You can also take a Bolt for 5-6 euros tops to get to the center of town. There are a few excellent brunch, coffee, and restaurant places nearby, a big El Corte Ingles if you need something in a hurry (we had to buy umbrellas because we left ours at home!), and a couple of grocery stores to pick up breakfast, fresh fruits, or snacks. The hotel itself is super elegant, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and spacious. The beds are fine (I've seen better and worse), there's a safe, plenty of space to store clothes and luggage, a small fridge (could be a little bigger), and a large bathtub.

Just the location on a hill (all of Lisbon is on hills, though!) and not super close to any train station or to the center of town. But you get all the other perks if you're willing to sacrifice this.

Great hotel with great service , very good staff and friendly people.they upgraded our room to a bigger room . First day they britpastel de nata for us . Room was very clean , bed mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and different every day. Many different cheeses and portugués food was served.roof top bar had a great view and we enjoyed sitting there. Location a little far from doybut close to different metro line and bus station,so you could go easily every where. Aldi and pingo doce near the hotel and if you want to buy something very close . We also ate dinner in hotel restaurant and the food was great If I travel again to Lisbon for sure I will stay here again

Each dish was crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that not only tantalized the taste buds but also provided a delightful start to the day. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was evident that great care was taken in maintaining a pristine environment, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The meticulous attention to detail in housekeeping practices ensured that every corner was spotless, making this establishment the cleanest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was an incredibly refreshing experience!

Service was amazing - aeighan (dinis?) at the bar was a blast and wonderful to talk to and served great Caiprinhias. The location was amazing - about 50 yards to the Parque stop on the blue line direct into downtown and near the Alfama. 50 yards from a nice parking spot off street for my rental car. About 0.5 mile from several nice shopping malls to break up the day. Also close to Parque Eduardo VII which had lovely views. Rooms were SUPER quiet too. And I almost forgot - on either side two great grocery stores - Pingo Doce and Aldi to pickup water and snacks / sandwiches to fuel our tourist trips into the Alfama and Belem. Some excellent restaurants nearby - Sangiovese and Il giardinetto both excellent. Nice coffee shop nearby for breakfast (Portela) Rooms were air conditioned and excellent in the 90F heat.

Small things - Wish the room had a pen and paper - When room service left the coffee pods they only left one (for a two person room) - Could not leave a tip for room service on the bill (we didn't always have small denominations of Euros on us)

Good location, very decent, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very nice at the front desk. Super friendly and always willing to help.

Breakfast too expensive. Sometimes hard to communicate with housekeeping lady due to language barrier. I would appreciate if the hotel offered a bottle of water on a daily basis instead of the having their guest bring it for 3 euros from the bar. After all it would cost the hotel nothing to put a small bottle of water in the rooms daily and it would be a really nice touch.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient. There were several charming cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance, approximately three minutes. I was also pleased to find a very modern and stylish fitness center nearby that offered one-day entry, located just a two-minute walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Every day, it appeared as if I had just checked in, thanks to the thorough cleaning service. I believe leaving a small gratuity each day may have contributed to this excellent service. I made use of the coffee machine provided in the room. The coffee was of good quality. However, I noticed that only one caffeine capsule and one decaffeinated capsule were provided. It would have been ideal if two capsules of each type were provided. The air conditioning system functioned effectively and was both modern and quiet. I was also impressed by the spacious bathtub, which was large enough to accommodate even a person of my size. The view from my room on the sixth floor was quite pleasant, offering a cityscape with ample natural light. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The towels were likely cleaned with vinegar, which was an unfamiliar scent to me, but it was not an unpleasant experience. Fresh towels were provided daily, and they were clean, although they were not as fluffy as I have experienced in other hotels. However, a fluffy bathrobe was provided, which was a nice touch, although it was slightly small for me as a tall individual. A mattress topper made of memory foam or latex foam would have further enhanced the sleeping experience, but I was able to sleep comfortably each night.

great location! , 2-3 min walk to the metro. 5 min walk to park eduardo and to a small mall with kurt engel, a good cinema, a big supermarket and lots of eating options. decathlon outside. the room was nice and big, with coffe machine. very clean. the breakfast was good, changing the menu everyday was great! but the best are every single member of the staff, from the amazing receptionists, to the cleaning and breakfast teams. The doormen are the best, allways greeting you with a smile :) In short, very reccomended

This is actually a plus! we had a problem with the tv not working for the first 24 hours of our stay. without asking for anything, they included the breakfast for our remaining time (7 days).

Initially they gave us a room on the 2nd floor looking the internal garden of the hotel where all AC compressors were located. It was impossible to open the window for fresh air due to the noice. At the same time the room's AC was not working properly. Thus whh there was a terrible smell in the room. On the 3rd day of our stay one of the cleaning staff placed and forgotten the toilet garbage bag with all garbages of the floor on top of our luggage were we kept our clothes which we found unacceptable. The Hotel Management to their credit immediately moved us to another upgraded room for the remaining of our stay.

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. It offered all necessary amenities in the room. Our room had a bath and shower into one, so everyone could be happy. The staff was equally great and they provided us with help to make our short stay in Lissabon a pleasure. Conveniently, the hotel is located near 3 subway stations of which 2 were located in the street next to the hotel. Equally, the Eduarde Parc is located next to the closest subway (2 minutes by foot) and offers nice tranquility at the end of the day.

I had no major problems with this hotel, except for 1 tiny thing. The towels tended to smell a bit musty, probably because of the way they are dried or stored. I would suggest looking into this. Otherwise no problems at this hotel at all.
