Basic but well equipped apartments which worked well for our family, with 2 cots and high chairs provided which was great. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, and it was cleaned every day during our 4 night stay. Good kitchen facilities too, and an iron, hairdryer and safe, and very generous towels/bedding. When we couldn’t figure out how the taps worked the hosts replied very quickly, excellent communication from them throughout. Loved the early check in time vs other places (2pm)

The walls/ceiling/floors were a bit thin so several times we heard the people above us moving around. The coffee machine could have been a bit more modern/easier to use as it was a filter machine so had to get both coffee and filters for it

I really enjoyed the area – very clean, quiet, and pleasant for walking around. The apartment was bright, clean, and well maintained. Everything went smoothly during my stay. A very pleasant experience overall.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of sheer curtains. Without them, it wasn’t possible to enjoy natural light while still maintaining privacy. If I opened the heavy drapes, the apartment was clearly visible from outside, as the windows were not frosted or treated for privacy. This made it difficult to have both daylight and a sense of comfort.

The apartment was well located, very very clean and organized. The bedding was amazing! I loved that we had cleaning during the stay. I would like to mention that I had an issue with the washing machine of the apartment that was not working and what would be a negative point was transformed in a positive one because I received all the support to solve the issue and we dad our clothes cleaned. The host and staff were very supportive.

Just one improvement point: The codes to entry the building and apartment are very long and similar so a few times we had issues and I needed to call the number for help. It will be useful to have just one code for both.

The location was absolutely great, walking distance from more than one metro stop, and a shopping mall. Best price. Check-in was super easy and quick, very streamlined. Any questions or queries were answered very timely. We really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, especially the thoughtfully laid out tea and crackers upon arrival.

There were some furniture in the bedroom that very obviously needed replacement. We were very grateful for the complimentary drinks & snacks, but missed the coffee.

Sophia, the manager of our building, was amazing! We were both hurting - my husband had hurt his back, and I had hurt my leg. There was no way we could wander around Lisbon with 4 suitcases until check-in. Sophia worked it out that we could be comfortable while waiting for our apartment to be cleaned and made ready for us. She was so kind to us when we were feeling bad.

The apartment was clean and really big, especially after being in a small cruise ship cabin. Having a washer was fantastic.

The apartment has a great location, it is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

The check-in is a bit tedious as they ask for a bunch of specific information about each guest. Even though the apartment had all the amenities listed, we were not expecting such a small space for 5 people. It worked well for a short stay, but it would be nice to have more space to move around comfortably.

Perfect location. A metro station is so close, grocery, supermarkets, a big trade center, some nice restaurants. Cleaning of the room.

No handheld shower head, no opportunity to leave even a hour later.

We stayed here for two nights with our 2 year-old daughter. Entrance of the apartment was via code. That was pretty convenient. Location was great, close to metrostation that connects directly to airport and centrum. Shower was great. We arranged a taxi transfer via the host (although we had too pay 10 euro more because we got a van rather than an auto and we had lots of luggage). Two elevators in place. The room was cleaned when we got back home the first day. Two aircons that work great. WiFi is good.

It was kind of noisy from the inside (not for outside traffic). We could hear people coming up the stairs all the way. We thought it would be very new, but the laminate bent at some place. Using the dish washer the board of the kitchen fell down. The view out of the window was kind of dissapointing, but probably it will depend which house you get.

Location is great, apartment is a good size. A lot of room. Very easy check in process. Staff (Rosie) was exceptional. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Cleaning done daily.

The AC units did not cool a lot. I am used to stronger air conditioning so on hotter days it needs improvement.
